Not too expensive and easy to implement. Pros The deployment was easy, and it is easy to use. The signatures are good looking and user-friendly to create. Cons That the Web-Adin no longer shows signatures as soon as it is offline. It looks some time to sort out but...mainly due to the time difference between locations (support & myself). I had several questions pre and post deployment and I always received an accurate solution within a few hours, but often within minutes. Keep up the great work. It improves professionalism and a uniform appearance of your organization. Its a simple but powerful instrument to improve our marketing efforts. As marketing we can plan and introduce new campaigns through our signitures without being dependent on users to manually implement them. Pros Easy setup with an Office365 account. No extra Login details needed. Good customer service with individual support. The visualized Outlook Add-in is a great feature. Users do not need much experience to use the software. Cons The signature editor is simple but a bit rudimentary. It could improve a bit in user friendliness for example there is no button for "undo". Pros Es hat unseren Prozess der Installation einer einheitliche Signatur im Unternehmen sehr vereinfacht. Cons Herausfordern war die Signaturen ans Laufen zu bekommen, Wir nutzen MacOS und Microsoft Systeme. Daneben IOS und Android Devices und leider ist es dann doch etwas aufwendig, bis bei allen die Signatur zu sehen oder richtig erscheint.
