There are many online tutorials that help navigate the setup and use of the software. When I ran into an issue I was unable to find a solution to, the customer service rep was very helpful and followed up to be sure the issue was resolved. Pros I like that CodeTwo signatures work inside of Microsoft Outlook, as well as on the server side of mail flow so the end user doesn't have to worry about signatures at all. Cons My biggest complaint about CodeTwo is inside the signature design interface. I really wish there was a UNDO button available when working on signature designs. The signature creation features are great and it has all the options for a signature we want and more. They're regularly rolling out new features and their support articles and videos are very helpful. Out acount rep is also very helpful and always quick to respond. Cons It sometimes takes me a while to find the admin feature I'm looking for. I think they could make their menus and options clearer. But part of this issue is because I don't need to go into the admin section very often because the tool just works once it's set up. Pros Creating signatures is straightforward with a smaller learning curve than I thought there would be. The licensing is creative and seems to work well. Cons There's not much That I don't like about this software, but one thing I'd love would be to allow the pre-emptive creation of a signature to go live at some future date, which automatically switches the active with the new one at that specified time. Pros The ease of maintaining signatures with not requiring deployment on every client device is very useful. Cons Sometimes signature modifications look correct in the portal, but sometimes look slightly different in different Outlook platforms (Mac vs. Windows) and you have to adjust the signature for it to appear correct, even though it then looks incorrect in the preview sometimes. Easy to overcome though. Would also be good if the 365 user did not require full GA access. You can call and immediately have someone on the phone who solves the problem with you right away – no issues. The price-performance ratio of the whole package is simply right. Pros That everything really works, there is an editor where I can directly translate into HTML, and the simple implementation in M365. Cons That there is no recycle bin, so if a signature is accidentally deleted, as happened to me, it cannot be easily restored from the trash. Also, there is no undo function like in Word or Excel that allows you to restore the last text or recent changes in the signature with one click. Pricing seems fair for the ease they provide, UI is clean and intuitive, set up is easy, and they support responded pretty timely. Pros Hands down the best thing about this product is its UI and how you design the templates. It solves a very real solution and we got set up in about an hour for our 15 person team. Cons The only thing that is difficult to get around that Ive experienced is the way Outlook client formats the HTML signatures. It "Wordifies" them and that conversion breaks the earlier signatures in a chain. If they can figure a work around to that formatting issue, then I would have 0 critiques.
