Pros Excellent value for money, clear upfront pricing, free trial and fits with our branding and marketing requirments. Also fits nicely with security best practices. Also looks like it would be easy to disconnect and cancel if we ever left the service, so no anti-patterns. I'm not a total Miicrosoft 365 expert but took very little time to setup. Cons to much choice of templates, no for real, all good. We really don;t have any complaints, been using it for a couple of month at time of writing this review and the service is good. It was easy to signup for a trial. I integrated it within 10 minutes into our system. I told it to override user created signatures allowing me to control signatures without team involvement or having to login to their accounts. You can virtually use any CSS via the HTML source code editor, but the real limitation comes from email apps (not CodeTwo), as they only support fairly basic HTML and CSS. Availability and speed are excellent. Cons Actually, nothing at all. The only thing that might be a bit more complicated, in my opinion, is setting up the signatures (outside of the templates). You can completly design your Signature on your own or use templates. We compared CodeTwo & Mailtastic and the are about the same price but the functionality at CodeTwo is a lot more. The price CodeTwo offers and the subscription models are really nice and easy to understand. Pros \- low price per license - really easy to use - outlook (client) integration is easy and really usefull Cons There are no negative aspects for using CodeTwo so far. Only the admin/Tenent Admin roles are a little bit confusing at the beginning. Reason for choosing CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 In Mailtastic I only have a few templates to choose from. Additionally the product is very affordable for the service it provides. Cons The signature editor takes some getting used to if you are trying to build something comeplex. By the end of the first day I had already set up custome email signatures for each department with their own unique image. The social media links were customized. The templates were easy to work with. Cons None. The implementation only took a few hours and every thing I worked on in the demo enviroment converted over to the fully paid version. With this solution all mails leaving our organisation do have the same layout which is easy to put together and also using the access management function is not complicated for us to add users to the rules so they can manage the everything without the support of the IT team. Its a great software and the best thing is there is always some new functions to expect. The support is also very helpful and fast in replying to enquiries. Pros The solution is easy to manage and the features are fantastic. Setting up the software was very easy. There are also many videos and tutorials that are very helpful. Another important point is the support team behind this product. They respond very quickly and also know exactly how to help because they know very well how their software works. The access rights management is just awesome and helps us to manage the users in the solution properly without any hassle. I would not want to miss this great software anymore! Cons Not much. The only thing that was missing was the Email Signature Rules Tester feature but that has been implemented in the solution. The most important thing is that the solution is the best in its field. It works and hasn't stopped working. professional templates that don't overdue it. I don't get spammed with upsells or silly webinars so that's always a plus. Pros I'm a simple guy. I expect things to work as advertised and CodeTwo does. The partial mobile compatibility issue was easily fixed and everything worked right from the start. i truly like hybrid feature. Cons If I must pick something, I would say the formatting is a little off going from standard view to mobile. But every signature vendor has that same issue in my experience. Now with CodeTwo, I just configure my signature and hit 'Publish', making it a very efficient and easy process. Pros I am amazed at the extensive set of tools for creating custom signatures. We were writing HTML for our signatures and now it's so easy to just design it with these tools. Cons I had a bit of a learning curve getting the platform set up for my tenant, but online resources helped me get started. I have only ever had to call customer service twice, and both times they were fast to answer, very friendly and helpful, very technical in their knowledge, and were able to solve all issues with me almost instantly. Great product, great customer service. Pros CodeTwo is relatively easy to set up for a Microsoft 365 administrator like myself. I have had no hesitation in implementing CodeTwo for all email signatures for every client and organisation I have worked with or set up a Microsoft 365 tenant for. Simple to set up, intuitive process, and with a bit of HTML knowledge you can craft some beautiful designs with rules for each user, recipient, keyword, or even shared mailboxes and delegated mailboxes. All of those features make for a very powerful email signature tool. The ability to choose between client-side, server-side, or "combo" is also incredible. Cons The only con I have found is every minute or so, the interface will freeze and show a temporary "disconnected" loading screen. This only displays for a couple of seconds before disappearing, but can slow you down when you want to make changes quickly or are playing with signature designs.
