Also the product is excellent value for money. Cons You do need to think about some of the rules for applying the signatures if you have multiple email accounts with different signatures. It a very easy and affordable solutions for every company to take a next step in becoming more professional. Pros The setup wizard and signature configurator is very clear and straight forward. I had zero experience and was able to setup everything in only 10 minutes. Cons The fact that I need to buy at least 10 subscriptions. I don't have these many people in my company. But the price for 10 subscriptions very cheap so I'm not bothered with it. April 25, 2025 5.0 CodeTwo has been one of the best software services we have used with our Microsoft 365 tennant. It works flawlessly and it was so easy to setup. We do change logos from time to time, with codetwo in place it will make that a breeze now to get everyone changed over to the new logo. Pros How easy it was to setup and implement. Made it a breeze! Cons There isn't really anything I dislike about . If I have to mention something, it would be that the links on the support pages always open in a new tab. But if this is the only 'negative' I can come up with, it just goes to show how great the product is overall. I would highly recommend to any company that's wanting a professional good looking signature without having to create a signature for each user. Plus the signature's showing in a reply or forward is an amazing feature! Pros The setup was really straight forward and \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me out with some small little issues. I thought the whole setup on the tenant would be a bit confusing but after a couple of clicks CodeTwo does it all automatically which is a massive pro. The only thing I would say I've noticed but not too worried about is now opening a email from someone that uses CodeTwo takes a bit longer but its not that noticable. Cons The signature editor it could be separated, to give acces for the marketing team separately to edit the template. Now that we're onboarded with all our users, we're looking to now explore refreshing our signatures and using this service to the max. Cons Nothing, I was happy with everything. The only thing that's a pain is the limitations of email in general - when we make SFP or email changes internally, it takes hours to fully propagate which isn't a CodeTwo problem, it's just what it is. I didn't need to search for any additional documentation or seek any assistance, it just made sense and within a matter of minutes, I was designing my signature and sending email with a consistent and professional signature. Overall, I have been pleased, there I say impressed, with CodeTwo and would have no problem recommending them for your business. Pros CodeTwo does what they set out to do, and they do it well. I got a response within 24 hours. Great customer service! Cons I think the design tools within the program can be frustrating to use. The back button does not always work and there wasn't any intuitive way to adjust things like kerning or leading, for example.
