I don't get spammed with upsells or silly webinars so that's always a plus. Pros I'm a simple guy. I expect things to work as advertised and CodeTwo does. The partial mobile compatibility issue was easily fixed and everything worked right from the start. i truly like hybrid feature. Cons If I must pick something, I would say the formatting is a little off going from standard view to mobile. But every signature vendor has that same issue in my experience. It a very easy and affordable solutions for every company to take a next step in becoming more professional. Pros The setup wizard and signature configurator is very clear and straight forward. I had zero experience and was able to setup everything in only 10 minutes. Cons The fact that I need to buy at least 10 subscriptions. I don't have these many people in my company. But the price for 10 subscriptions very cheap so I'm not bothered with it. Now that we're onboarded with all our users, we're looking to now explore refreshing our signatures and using this service to the max. Cons Nothing, I was happy with everything. The only thing that's a pain is the limitations of email in general - when we make SFP or email changes internally, it takes hours to fully propagate which isn't a CodeTwo problem, it's just what it is. October 3, 2025 5.0 Pros I was struggling with building out a custom template and \[sensitive content hidden\] jumped in right away to help, explaining what needed to change. I got a response within 24 hours. Great customer service! Cons I think the design tools within the program can be frustrating to use. The back button does not always work and there wasn't any intuitive way to adjust things like kerning or leading, for example.
