You're stepped through everything you need to know and do in-app, with thorough explanations of what it's doing and why. I didn't need to search for any additional documentation or seek any assistance, it just made sense and within a matter of minutes, I was designing my signature and sending email with a consistent and professional signature. Overall, I have been pleased, there I say impressed, with CodeTwo and would have no problem recommending them for your business. Pros CodeTwo does what they set out to do, and they do it well. From sign up through to automated signatures across my company's Microsoft 365, it all just works, and it works great. Cons I really don't have anything negative to say, my experience has been superb. Man hat sehr viele Möglichkeiten, Signaturen zu erstellen, diese zu steuern. Der Support kümmert sich bei Problemen schnell und ist auch für Lösungen sehr offen. Keep in mind that custom fonts might not display correctly for every recipient due to email app limitations. Overall very pleased and don't foresee any issues going forward. Pros CodeTwo was very easy to setup and use. The html editor that is included in the product was also very intuitive and offered many great features to help us create professional looking email signatures. Cons Not much to list here. The only thing I wished was that CodeTwo offered some of the same logic to Outlook mode as is available in cloud mode. Specifically rules based on internal vs external recipients. Pros Ease of deployment was very good, both in terms of documentation quality and level of automation provided. The signature editor is straightforward and quick to learn, and apply more complex rules was easy to learn. Overall the consistency of output on the signatures was the main advantage having evaluated other services and products that didn't deliver as effectively. Cons There are a few minor rough edges on how the feedback feature is presented but the core product is solid. The only feedback has been that on the newer Outlook client the CodeTwo app can be a little less responsive, and generally is a little slower than the built-in signatures to load, however this is offset easily by the consistency of output.
