### "An email signature system the just works "

The CodeTwo email signature system basically works. Not difficult to set up and once it has been we have not many reasons to change things. We do use it to promote events (eg our webinars and AGM) but once set up we can forget them - they even stop posting as we set an expiry date for the date of the event, so we don't even have to switch it off.

Pros

Integration with Office 365 makes use simple and staff do not need to think about email footers for internal or external emails or update them. We rarely consult support but whenever we have CodeTwo Support have been exceptionally helpful and sorted things out with us.

Cons

The interface used to be a little more clunky but has been improved a lot.

The integration with Office 365 was a key feature in the buying decision. Some of our volunteers (eg President, HonSec, HonTreas, Chair) have O365 accounts from us and so they and staff send the same messages in their email footers.

Overall I have had a good experience using the platform. It is for the most part pretty straightforward and integrating with users information.

Pros

I liked that it was easy to design the signatures that we wanted. That it can be quickly changed and updated on everyone's stations.

Cons

Had a little bit of issues rolling the client side application out. We have multiple users using the same stations and pushing the install out through Group Policy didn't work originally and had to restructure our install plan. Eventually got it to work. Also wish you could inject more CSS into the designs

Our modern web add-in doesn't require installation through GPO – you can deploy it straight from the Microsoft 365 admin center (https://www.codetwo.com/userguide/email-signatures-for-office-365/signatures-add-in-for-outlook.htm). When it comes to using more CSS in the designs – you can certainly do it using the source code editor, but some email clients are picky when it comes to displaying more advanced CSS elements. Our signature template editor is optimized to guarantee consistent results across various email clients.

Overall, with the price point and the featured offered this product offers a great ROI in the form of being able to consistantly and professionally market yourself and your brand to your clients and partners.

Pros

The most benficial and critical part that was deemed the most important was to be able to centralise and rollout multiple signatures to multiple parties.

Cons

The mobile and server side signatures are quite difficult to setup and making sure that the connector works properly, I am still trying..

Pros

The customer support is great! The product works and whenever you have questions there are a plethora of knowledge base articles, but when you need a specific answer, the support team does a great job explaining things clearly.

Cons

Nothing specific really comes to mind. When requesting support it can take quite a few hours to get a response but, nothing absurd.

The setup was straightforward and easy. Creating my first signature was simple using the signature designer.

Pros

The setup process is straightforward. It is easy to create signature rules to customize which users get which signatures. And the Outlook plugin is easy to deploy.

Cons

It would be cool to see some stats about which signatures are used most often.

We now have a controlled signature that is consistent for all staff.

Pros

We were able to implement this very quickly and deploy a new email signature to all our users. The ability to pull in information from Azure AD but also create your own logic using conditional placeholders has allowed us to create one signature that fits all.

Cons

One thing I'd improve is the feature request programme, we have requested several new features but unable to track these or know if they are being considered.

The modern microsoft add in was one of the main reasons we went for CodeTwo. Having the add in that allows users to see their signature within new emails on Outlook desktop and outlook on the web was a must, also the add in allows other custom signatures to be selected.

Dramatic reduction of administrative effort

Pros

With the usage of CodeTwo Email Signature we ensure that all users, independent of the device and/or software used, comply with the legal requirements for business communication and mandatory information for email signatures. Furthermore, we ensure that the corporate CI is used all the time. The individual administrative effort is reduced, everything is managed centrally.

Cons

Documentation for initial setup is a bit broken up, but everything was found after some research

Pros

Everything we wanted in an email signature tool. In fact, we didn't know it could be this easy. We thought there must be a commercial product to help us standardize our branding and email look and feel, and boom - we found CodeTwo. We thought it seemed a little too good to be true, but found it more than met our expectations. We have found features that were not part of our initial requirements that we now use and can't live without. Great product! Great price!

Cons

Not really any negative. Being a small IT shop it was good that the system administrator and I worked closely to set up the tenant. From there, we handed it off to our IT services person and within a day had it up and in production. We were concerned early on that dealing with an overseas company may cause logistic, language, and/or cultural differences which would make it difficult to overcome. However, that was not the case at all. Everything was well documented, perfect English, and easy to communicate between our organizations.

We upgraded from the on-premises version to this one when we migrated to Office 365 and loved the experience. Tech Support and Sales departments are extremely helpful.

Pros

This software makes it so easy to add a consistent look and feel to the signature block at the bottom of every outgoing email. It integrates easily into our Office 365 and AD environment. The support from the vendor is one of the best I've ever encountered in software companies!

Cons

Nothing to really say is a "con". The initial setup is involved, but it works well.

Despite the difficulties and some minor problems, my experience in using the program in electronic signature is very good and excellent.

Pros

The program performs many important tasks for companies and individuals, and it is easy to learn as well as to work, which is the most important thing in the program, and the application of electronic signature is easy compared to other programs that provide the same task.

Cons

I find some difficulty in dealing with pictures and linking them to writing in the completion of the electronic signature, as well as the difficulty of implementing after designs on the signature to be more beautiful, and the same with ready-made forms, which are inappropriate and consumed

### "Standardization of Email Signatures, easy management and implementation with CodeTwo Email Signature"

We have used CodeTwo Email Signature for Exchange for about two years. Before CodeTwo we had a hard time trying to have users use branded standardize signatures, especially on the IT side who had to enforce it and management for users. We migrated to Microsoft 365 and upgrade to the CodeTwo Email Signature 365. The process was very each to setup and migrate our existing signatures. In addition, their are more features available to us now with the 365 version. We were especially thankful for the great support from all the sales team and tech team. The website also has very good documentation.

Pros

The ability to standardize our signatures throughout our organization. In addition, the easy of implementing, creating and publishing signatures per users and groups. We are also looking forward to using some of the new features such as one-click survey and auto responder.

Cons

I would like to have the feature to standardize the format of emails for all users.

From the research I did regarding centralised signature solutions for O365, it quickly became clear that CodeTwo were very much amongst the front runners in the marketplace and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the subscription model was very reasonable. It was a very easy decision to commit to using CodeTwo

Pros

The two things I liked the most about CodeTwo signatures for Office 365 were the speed and ease of getting up and running with a very professional solution in a very short space of time and also the very clear and transparent way that CodeTwo communicate what you will be getting when you become a subscriber. As they say themselves - no hidden catches.

Cons

As a fairly new subscriber, so far I have not found any issues or problems with Email Signatures for O365 and I'm not convinced I will...It was easy to understand, easy to configure and quick to implement. A few improvements have been made to the original signatures since implementation but again, these were quick and easy to achieve.

I have had a great experience with CodeTwo thus far. I have been able to create a a streamlined process for signature creation and can now control when employees are using a signature. The time saved with CodeTwo has been well worth the price. Also I have received top notch customer service.

Pros

The ease of integration with my Microsoft and instructions on the CodeTwo website made the set up process a breeze. The software itself is very easy to use and didn't take long to figure out.

Cons

I think the design portion of CodeTwo could be a little more in depth and the overall look could be modernized a bit.

CodeTwo Email Signature has truly impressed me with its seamless distribution of email signatures and its efficient template management system. I am particularly fond of how it effortlessly integrates with Office 365, allowing for easy retrieval of user data and personalized templates for each individual.

Cons

I have found the template creation window and its editor to be somewhat less efficient. At times, the editor can be a bit clunky and lacks the smoothness I would expect. While it gets the job done, it could benefit from enhancements to improve the overall user experience. A more intuitive and responsive editor would make the template creation process even more enjoyable and efficient.

Pros

I have used the on prem and cloud version of CodeTwo for Office 365. From the beginning, CT has always felt like an IT program, based on logic, if then, conditions, etc. This means it has endless customizations. What sets it apart, however, is the responsiveness of their support queue. Every business is going to have tiny requests for their email signature, and CT reps are willing to help with each one, even if you know HTML! In other words, no request is too small.

Cons

Due to the "IT look and feel" of CodeTwo, it can be overwhelming to a non-IT professional. As such, I have also configured one of their competitors' product for Office 365 signatures, and the other company NAILED it for graphic design and ease of design process. Where the competitor wins on the design part, CT wins on endless customizations. If CodeTwo spent more time making it flashy - I know - sounds weird from an IT person, I think they would capture the market based on the price. Then, an HR person could configure their software. An after-project suggestion: have the trial team on CodeTwo do a remote session with potential customers to get the signature exactly right due to its \*codey nature\*.

Without a central signature management like Code Two, it becomes hard to maintain a common and shared signature within, it is then required to rely on end users to manage their signature on their own which leaves room for mistake and for unconcerned people which would not always update their signature on time. It is also very useful for communicating on companies event and major information.

Pros

As an IT company, we appreciated that the code two support helped is to merge all our customer administration and billing under one single platform, which is super useful with our MSP spirit

Cons

Still in this MSP approach and as a Swiss company, it would be great to receive automatic invoices payable within 30 days, instead of using a corporate credit card.

Antes solía hacerlo todo de forma manual en una software de manejor de imagen pero me veía limitado en el momento en que tenía que generar los links hacia las diferentes redes sociales o páginas web, ahora todo esto es sumamente fácil de personalizar

Pros

La fácilidad de implmentación, puedo personalizar un plantilla en MIcrosoft Word de una manera muy rápida y luevo pegarla y mi outlook.

Cons

La limitación de Imágenes profesionales que vienen en las plantillas.

Marketing and IT can control branding and appearance of all email correspondence.

Pros

Handles complex requirements, group, department, individual. Works well with AD and allows many permutations of signatures. The ability to stop the endless repeating of signatures in a thread is extremely good and provides a more professional appearance and readability to log email threads.

Cons

A really excellent product for the needs we have, the only area for improvement would be rule testing (like the on-prem product).

The system is mainly useful for the communications and marketing department. They use it to advertise events, products, services etc. It was also useful during COVID and lockdowns. Information about delays caused by COVID were added to the signatures.

Pros

Competitive price, works as expected and useful features.

Cons

The desktop app is being phased out and will be replaced by the web app. Personally, I would prefer if the desktop app could be kept... I prefer it over the web app as it is more responsive/faster.
