We are very happy with the features of CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365. Pros I like that we have the ability to deploy this automatically to ensure compliance throughout the organization. It's made a huge difference in how we present ourselves to the people outside the organization. Another pro is the ability to add special customizations for users who require additional information in their signature block. It serves the needs of all of our users. Cons There was a bit of a learning curve to start, but once I became familiar with the controls and settings it was easier. Sometimes it feels like it takes a lot of clicks to get where we need to go, but overall it's a minor inconvenience. The answered to all my questions! Pros We switched from Exchange Rules Pro, from an on premise Exchange installation. The entire switching process was the quickest. CodeTwo provided us a free conversion tool from our existing signatures. And, voila! It took just a few click. All the configuration process is entirely automated, including sync from Azure. Cons Just a thing: in Exchange Rules Pro we had the opportunity to compress the attachements our outgoing mails. It could be nice to see it on Email Signatures for Office 365 too. Worked like a charm! Pros This is the kind of solution most people don't want to spend too much time on; you want something that is simple yet powerful, looks great but is flexible. CodeTwo is all of that. I had beautiful signatures going in about 15 minutes for my users (guilty admission: barely had to RTFM!). Pros We all send emails from many different devices, controlling signatures can be a real hassle. With Codetwo you have the ability to change email signatures in one location in a matter of minutes. If your organization has an announcement, webinar or promotion you can add this quickly in the signature and it will populate to all your email addresses. If required/preferred there are a host of signature email rules/exceptions you can set up. Codetwo provides templates or you can create you signature from scratch. Code two provides great tech support. Cons To my knowledge you need a PC to create or change a signature in the signature app. The signature apps has an older look and feel. Even complex logics or special conditions are no problem and work like a charm. Cons The pricing model as SaaS is not my favorite, because it has some disadvantages (e.g. you cannot put it in some leasing contract). It supports on-prem AD and M365 groups. To learn and make necessary changes required very little effort. The KBs were detailed too. Cons If anything worth mentioning, I had a feeling the signature preview could have been improved. It perhaps was the HTML tables that we had and a special case, the preview didnt match the layout on OWA and Outlook. Now, all of our company email signature blocks are branded and exactly the same, no matter who in our organization sends/receives an email message. I liked that it integrates well with my Microsoft Business 365; that it had high ratings; and I like the app name because it I'm already using an application called CodeOne. And it created more work for our company to fix them and train users. Code two was very quick and easy to implement, no end user training was required. We are able to put marketing banners company-wide on the signatures now. Pros I like the ease of use of the design editor, it is very simple and clearly laid out. It easily integrates with office 365, and Active Directory, I also use the photo uploader software which fits into the package nicely. The support team are amazing, they reply and resolve issues quickly. No problem is too small for them, they are still kind and patient when teaching me even the little things. Cons I found getting the right spacing very hard, one small move and the whole thing would jump. I contacted the support team and within a day they created me an html template and showed me how to use tables to keep my images and text in place. I also love the fact that the Logos in the signatures are very easy to change and is then pushed out to everyone. Everything is wizard driven, no need to make manual changes. Pros Easy to implement and everything is Server side. That is something we wanted. As a benefit, CodeTwo supports our preferred Azure Datacenter Zone. In general, the solution is very flexible and bringst lot of value. No more hassle with new or changed signatures, no worry with updates! It just works. Cons The Signature editor sometimes produce strange code. We solved this by copy the source code to an editor and manipulate and finished it there. Especially when it comes to complex tables.
