The main setup work was refining the layout and completing the Microsoft 365 permissions. Disclosure: FortLyn is a CodeTwo reseller, and I used AI assistance to prepare this text from our actual setup experience. I could push it out without having to communicate with the client, and it was cheaper than other solutions. Also, going the add-in method instead of email relay made the client happier in regards to security. Pros That i could remotely push the add-in and get signatures properly showing up on an end user's iPhone and iPad. Cons Didn't run into anything that gave me an issue. The ONLY downside is pushing out the add-in took 72 hours, but i know that's not CodeTwo's fault, it's Microsoft's. Price and product are solid!! CodTwo is my go to recommendation for all of my customers. From the ease of setup and how well it works and the great pricing.. there is no competition in my opinion. Pros It was easy to setup and it works very well. I had no issues getting it to work properly on the Microsoft 365 tenant. Email and outlook integration work well. The sent items preview is also a plus. I haven't needed to contact support yet but I'm sure that is spot on too. Dealing with customers that have iphones and windows pc's CodeTwo makes signatures across the devices a breeze, especially when customers decide to change logo's often or add banners for sales teams. Cons Nothing really, the only thing that could be made a little easier is the custom design area of the web portal. The tables and setting things up aren't too bad but seem kind of tedious to get it just right. Also adding elements to custom signatures could be better like "|" pipe symbols to separate sides of signatures.
