It did what it was supposed too until a few years ago when it started crumbling down (And our load of projects is average, I don't consider 20ish projects/month that outlandish).

Pros

Note that all these comments apply to version 5 of the software - It does a decent job of helping manage projects and allocate resources.

Cons

We basically were submitted a complete reimplantation for the latest version (Read: Pay the software full price like we already did once). Considering the version we have looks like it was designed for Windows '95, doesn't work on a secondary screen, has a bad architecture that impacts performance in the worst way (Their software engineers never came up with a solution for us), and is now unsupported, it's not tempting to upgrade. I would think twice before going for the current version as there's no saying they won't pull the same stunt with the next version just to force everyone to pay full price for an upgrade...
