Pros Unlike other immigration law software, Immicompliance collects all the forms an attorney needs to file to obtain a specific kind of visa. Cons It should be integrated with Clio for greater ease of use. Reasons for choosing ImmiCompliance Better customer service. Also Immicompliance collected the forms I needed to file for specific immigration matters. Whenever I discovered an issue, either with the software or my understanding of how to use the software, the developers were extremely responsive. I have worked with various software programs since 1968 and I have to say this is the best response I have ever received from support. Pros The program allows me to capture all the needed information with ease. I have everything I need in one place whenever I need to work on a file. As my needs grow to different areas of use within the program, it will be easy as I will not need to enter duplicate information. Cons The software appears to be in the final aspects of development. I find some areas with a few inconsistencies when compiling forms. Part of this is due to the changing requirements of the forms for submission to USCIS or EOIR. At other time, the compiling appears to miss some information. These items are minor in the overall scheme of things and can be easily fixed. The support team can assist in all matters and are extremely helpful and attentive. Typically took a matter of hours to get issues resolved or to implement new features we would request. Pros Easy navigation, extensive features, attentive and quick responding customer support, up to date forms, custom workflows, client portals, well-designed templates and communication hub. Cons Forms can take time to generate. Typically takes about 30 seconds for about 5 forms to populate and generate all information at once.
