First it was exciting to experience this new trend,the different profiles ,the msic clipss,the pictures and messages ,literally everyone i knew was in there .as it became bigger nd bigger unfortunately it became to heavy,started lagging and then facebook killed it ,its a pitty .

Pros

Its been years since i used it, before facebook Hi5 was "the website" ,it was so popular and all your friends were there,I rememeber meeting people i had not seen since my days of school.Then there was all the activities like games,music,photo editing,it was grand.

Cons

Once they started adding up all the advertisement ,they lost touch and then came facebook and gradually all the friends started mirating from hi5 into facebook and suddenly there was practicaly no one left.

the culture rating meter works effectively to show how rich or poor a company's culture is. in less than 30 minutes the software calculates essential values such as integrity and team work to determine culture rating

the culture rating feature requires top level skills to understand due to the graphical presentations offerec by the software

Our experience has so far been great. The app provided much needed employee recognition and engagement.

Pros

Hi5 is a great platform to boost employee engagement and encourage recognition. We used the surveys extensively which are intuitive and easy to use. It helped my team share their voice.

Cons

Despite the ease of use improvements since we first used it, there are further improvements which would make Hi5 a winner product. Navigation can be improved a bit. We are still exploring the platform.

Pros

Great place to uplift team spirit. Perfect for recognizing and making visible young and underwritten talents with the company.

Cons

The risk that someone remains under the radar. A basic concern is that someone uses it to harm or not to critic positively otherse.
