It really gives colleagues encouragement, it really helps with motivation in the office.

Cons

It sometimes isn't user-friendly, usually hard to find the hi5's given to you, i actually preferred the old Hi5 wall (used early 2018)

One finds out what people like about you, the recognition after completing tasks are also on point via Hi5

Pros

I love the look of it, it sure is inviting. The app is user-friendly and I love the gifs (they are funny)

Cons

I just don't like the idea that I constantly receive emails that reminds me of "Hi-fiving" someone. To do that on birthdays will work.

The marketing of the app stood out and because of it benefiting our company in a positive way

It was my first time hearing about this s/ware and also the first time I used it. The app is great to get colleagues engaged. It captures peer to peer reviews that could have otherwise gone unnoticed or unspoken. I also like the fact that there are reports that the organisation can generate

Cons

it will great to increase the Hi5 limit per week.

Very positive. The tool really makes it easier for me to give recognition to my colleagues when they deserve it. Previously there was no way to track this, generally would just be a pat on the back.

Pros

Ease of use and the ability for anyone in the company to leave a recognition comment out for you. Having an app available makes it easy to do this at any time of day and wherever you are

Cons

Minor issues with the app that I am sure will be addressed.

So far its very positive but we will have to see once HOD have loaded roles and goals and performance review is done.

Pros

Very early to say - but like the ease of loading, quick. Great assistance but not done for you, but we are still on trial so can understand.

Cons

Not sure how performance review will work - its still vague on this.

We have been using Hi5 for a few months now and have I found the team are using it to sing another staffers praises without having to shout about it the passage ways.

My biggest issue currently is the mobile app and pc version are not the same there is some stuff that you can do on your pc that you cant do on your mobile app

It have help us to motivate each other to work hard in order to get a hi5 in a team in such a way that we will recognize a person that is doing well in a team

Cons

the person that have most hi5 does not appear as a leader on the leader board.

No Alternates I tried. The feature I was searching - Leaderboard exists only with Hi5 as far as I searched.
