Pros

A very easy to use and simple tool to recognise colleagues. Its name rhymes with the purpose of the app / software.

Cons

Nothing at the moment. Looking forward to expanding more on its integration with work tools.

I haven't HI5'd anybody yet mainly because I don't think I've had the urge to, but I've had a good look at other employees HI5's and was impressed by the layout and overall quality.

Pros

I like the fact that I could express my thoughts to my colleagues without the hassle of a meeting

Cons

The software is a bit slow, sometime the webpage crashes.

Pros of using hi5 is a good user experience, great use of colors which enhances the UI experience, can interact with 10+ people at a very low cost, managing all work followup on one trail app. Flexible integration of other apps

Cons

Cons of using Hi5 , resolution of screen changes as per devices, which doent fits properly to other devices, which causes a bit of concern.

there are other similar software to this that seem to have a cleaner, less clunky more minimalist interface that i prefer

When you try to open a hi5 comment from email, it doesn't take you to hi5, instead on dashboard

When this software got introduced to us at work, I thought WOW, what a great tool we are going to use for recognition and appraisal at work!!

Cons

I do not like the idea that this software would bring about favoritism among peers at work. Only those who are liked or in favor would get a Hi5 or appraisal
