Very Very poor support. They do not correct the problem. They just repeat the same message as if its a bot. 2+ months they have not corrected the issue.

Pros

I have given this company 2 months+ to correct this issue they have not. the issue: We purchased 1 million credits 2 times a week they dispear and reset to 1000-2000 leaving us with the inability to verify for those days that the credits are gone. Then they correct it out them back and then the next day or two they are gone again. This has been happening for 2 months now

Cons

WE ARE LOOSING MONEY. wE CAN VALIDATE EMAILS SO WE CANT SEND OUT EMALS FOR MARKETING.

Pros

It's relatively budget-friendly compared to some of its competitors. However, due to the inaccurate data, we need to run every data set at least 4 times (and then do post-processing ourselves), making it more expensive than others.

Cons

After testing multiple similar platforms, this platform is - by far - the most inaccurate. Even if you process the same leads multiple times, you'll get completely different outcomes. And yes - I've contacted them about it, but even after sending 5+ message I haven't had a proper response for 3-4 weeks. Doesn't seem like the right business.

Great value for money

Pros

I bought the LifeTime Deal of this software from APPSUMO. I will get 1 Million credits every year to clean the email list. It's quality is also good.

Cons

The quality of cleaning the email list should improve because I have seen some emails bounced even after I cleaned the list using this software.

Email list validation is easy to use, just upload and it filters in 5 different categories - this helps greatly in email newsletters to improve reach, delivery rates and clicks.

Cons

The tool is buggy at times its not able to process the data, you can call it downtime
