Scheduling for 8 Contact Centers can be a nightmare. This program has allowed us to configure our staffing needs while maneuvering through a variety of individual availability's and numerous requests.

Pros

The database is comprehensive and accurate, and the application is very user-friendly.

Cons

There is not currently an option to create customized reports.

I never have to wait for customer service - the response time is same day!

Pros

Very easy to use - adaptable. We have a unique setup with season work with pro-scheduler I can still projected staff coverage accurately.
