## What is PrivateDeal?

PrivateDeal is the first automated negotiation system available directly on your hotel's website. As a cloud-based solution, PrivateDeal allows guests to propose a price for a stay (in night or day-use) in response to which it will either accept or negotiate the offer. You get access to all accepted AND rejected offers, as well as client data for your marketing. PrivateDeal also provides advanced statistics to help you adjust your room price to the current guest demand.

Pros

The idea behind it. Really interrested tool for the guest to negociate. For the team at the reception, there is no extra work, and it save them time ! gool connectivity with channel manager, and the follow up is also good. Payment are coming fast.

Cons

Nothing really. However, I am sure it will become perfect when it will set the discount ratio max by itself !

Pros

My guests are happy to bid their own price, and since the implementation of PrivateDeal, I increased my direct bookings by +30% and client data by +50%. Moreover, the system is flexible and user-friendly, really suitable for my 4\* hotel.
