February 15, 2018 5.0 No longer having to take notes on client/prospect communications has improved my performance on calls, as I am more engaged in the call itself, than trying to take notes while talking. Add in the ability to quickly flag important aspects of the call, and easily review (and jump to important sections) easily, and preparing proposals, doing client work, etc just got that much easier! Pros It has improved my sales calls; both the experience and the efficiency. Since I no longer have to take notes on the calls and can quickly flag important parts... Just use your new Jog conference code like you would any dial in and the notes are taken for you. Love the ability to drop flags at important points. And also love that you can share the entire conversation with your team. Cons Transcription isn't 100% but I don't really expect it to be. January 16, 2018 3.0 Recording the phone call allows me to focus on what is being said rather than rapidly taking notes that later don't make any sense. I have a terrible memory, so this is tremendously useful to pull up USEFUL notes generated from an important call with time-sensitive deliverables immediately following. Pros The ability to flag an important part of the conversation with a single click is very helpful. Obviously, what I liked most about the software is simply what the software does: ease of recording calls and eliminating the need to take excessive notes while on call. Cons I think I talk too fast for the software. The transcript emailed to me from a call was not very accurate. Cut out a lot of words I said and didn't capture the full conversation accurately. Pros Not only can you record all phone calls, but this program transcribes the conversation into text to easily read. It is correct in transcribing about 99% of the time. Now not only can I listen to pass calls but I can also read them as well. Cons It would be a crime to say anything bad about this software. The price easily justifies the service we received. Pros It's great how you can flag statements or key words for quick reference. Also really like the ease of use with the phone bridge - no pass codes needed! Cons Unfortunately, international support is not too strong with the conference call lines being US only and the "call me" functionality not working with international numbers. (The conference call line can receive international calls, however.) Sign up and you get a conference number that you can use anywhere. It replaced my existing conference service and now I magically get recordings and transcripts of all my calls.
