### "One platform that powers sales, marketing, and CRM"

It is in line with our interests; it has enabled us to reach a wider audience, reach the target audience through campaigns, follow up with clients, and grow our profitable business. With all we require from a CRM and more, Pipedrive has done incredibly well in my company, and we have seen a rise in income since we implemented it.

Pros

In my company, the program has features that support client relationship management. Its interface is simple and easy to use; it offers all the features we need to enter the market, comprehend clients, and give them with the appropriate goods and services based on their requirements and availability. It has contributed to the improvement of crucial procedures that are closely related to sales.

Cons

Although the program is great and performs at its best, it is limited in its ability to integrate with other tools; if it gets better, we may be able to make better use of our tools and save time and effort.

Pros

OctopusPro has been a total time-saver. Job scheduling and team assignments are now fully automated. Clients receive confirmations and reminders, and we can track progress and feedback all in one place. The ability to invoice and take payments instantly is a big plus.

Cons

The mobile interface, while functional, could be more user-friendly for field staff with limited tech experience.

### "Disappointed customer "

I joined Octopus Pro earlier this year as I believed its features would suit my business needs. As a small business, cost was a concern, but I was promised adequate onboarding training and support. Initially, I received help from a friendly and helpful support person. Once agreeing to sign on, I was handed over to another support member (\[sensitive content hidden\]). He lacked professionalism and knowledge. When I asked to work with the original support person again, I was told they didn't exist and \[sensitive content hidden\] was the only one on the team. This felt strange and of course, created trust issues. Unhappy with the support, I canceled my trial on time but was still charged. Octopus acknowledged their mistake and offered a refund plus a 'premium onboarding service,' but the support remained unclear and disappointing. There were also billing errors, including a $5000 overcharge, causing financial strain on paying our employees. I picked up on this mistake and was eventually refunded, however, ongoing issues led to continued charges for a more expensive plan than agreed upon. I reached out to the \[sensitive content hidden\]for help but received no response. After persisting, (despite initially being told that \[sensitive content hidden\] was the only member available), I was later assigned a new team member and offered more services to keep me on, which I declined, asking for a refund instead, which was denied. Overall, while Octopus Pro offers flexibility in scheduling and payments, its customer support lacks compassion, clarity, and integrity, significantly affecting my small business's growth. Our most recent issue is a charge for this month of $300 AUD, despite cancelling last month. Awaiting a response and not feeling very positive about the experience. Strongly recommend using a different platform.

Pros

The idea of Octopus Pro sounded like it would suit my business but in fact it is extremely complex and the customer support/onboarding is awful.

Cons

We have been incorrectly charged on multiple occasions. One month we were accidentally charged almost $5000. This was refunded after a week with little acknowledgement or explanation. We cancelled our membership after this. We have just been charged this month despite having received a written approval of our request to cancel. After speaking to other small business’ who were looking into Octopus, it is clear that our issue is a common one.

This is assisting us in streamlining processes and cutting down on redundant data entering, which lowers errors.

Pros

We've always tried to make our business procedures more efficient, and Octopuspro has helped us achieve this goal. We consolidated six disparate systems and procedures into one, and by having a single location for data entry, we anticipate time savings. The onboarding procedure is first-rate, and the software is incredibly user-friendly.

Cons

Although it works, the Engage mechanism has to be improved.

Pros

It has allowed us to better organize our customer data, automate invoicing and bookings, and cut back on time spent coordinating between field staff and office support.

Cons

A few more integrations would make it perfect.

### "A Real Estate company's usage of FSM"

In the construction industry, we are replacing their paperwork process with FSM. For the construction check, those developers would fill out a ton of paperwork and take a ton of photos before returning to the office. You would then need to arrange and classify that documentation. Just organizing those paper files takes a lot of effort and money. They save a great deal of time and simplify the process by using FSM, allowing the developers to concentrate on their work!

Pros

I appreciate how simple it is for our clients to replace their outdated paperwork process using just their phone. and more effective for the actual task.

Cons

I believe that the system must be in an internet environment, which is a minor annoyance for engineers working in the construction industry.

Our company lacked accurate field management which has been a thorn on us. But, we got help when we found about Octopuspro app, and it has helped us solve our major issue.

We started using them less than six months, so there isn't anything to complain on for now.

Pros

Nothing much to specify. We have got every customization that we wanted as per our needs within a day or so.

OctopusPro offers many features and integrations which Customer Support have been quick to help us out with when needed.

Pros

OctopusPro makes it extremely easy to manage our staff, customers, bookings, invoicing, payments, sales campaigns and a whole lot more. Our entire team are very impressed. OctopusPro really has too many features to mention in this review. A few features to mention: - Technician AND customer facing app - Very helpful dashboard - Jobs status notification to clients - Ability for field workers to manage a job end to end (job check in, arrived onsite, work completed, accept payment), etc. - Very responsive Customer Service

Pros

The software is great for dispatching and does what it is supposed to.

Cons

The fact that they are based in New Zealand and it takes forever for the pages to load. Also, the techs were not a fan either as they would receive multiple notifications and could not continue until they answered the notification. A lot of steps to get one item completed.
