Pros

Beginner-friendly. It was a good option for us when we needed it and allowed us to manage our own FF&E.

Cons

Buggy, not easy to contact customer service. A little expensive for our need. Billing department unwilling to make any change or compromise. Not easy to cancel, no partial refund.

the promise of spec writing, but that was just wishful thinking

Cons

that there was no product catalog, it was only a spreadsheet and you don't have a database or catalog

I'm in love with Fohlio! I recommend it to everybody. It's such a time saving tool, the more you use it, the more time you save.

Pros

Fohlio is the most powerful tool I've seen so far. I have been working with it for almost 5 years and they just keep on coming with better ideas all the time. I love how easy it is to use, I basically taught myself. But when I struggled, there is always someone that can lend me a hand. Their customer service is as good as their product. It's a must for architects, interior designers and anyone in the construction field. It is so customizable that I will probably be working with a gift curator on it! It can be used for almost any task where you need to store data and images, it's that versatile. If you have ever dealt with more than one spread sheet to do your job, you need Fohlio!

Cons

There isn't much say! Many of the corky things it had have been taken away.

Because it does what others can't. The customization and search capabilities make it so easy to use.

Pros

I like the features overall and the ease of inputting items.

Cons

It is constantly glitching - I get random duplicates of certain products that randomly appear and then disappear. The input will sometimes register my text or sometimes all together delete randomly what I have just input. When creating a proposal, etc. the money will not register correctly or will show a zero amount for each item and the total. It takes several hours to get a reply and help when this happens which is wasted downtime when working on a project so is very counter-productive to the process. Also, they have new search features but instead of allowing every paid person to access this they make you resign up with a higher amount after spending hundreds of dollars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I saved lots of time with inputting product information and making stunning presentations. It has never been easier to be creative, when you have the proper tools.

Pros

It is extremely difficult to pick just one feature that I absolutely love. I have to say that I love that the software can easily be customized to fit my needs, this is its major advantage.

Cons

The only thing I did not like was that at larger projects, the loading speed of the page decreased. But this is perfectly understandable. However, if some improvements could be made on speed performance, that would be amazing!

Streamline Specification process

Pros

Our company use Fohlio for both our residential and commercial design projects. We have looked into quite a few interior design softwares and found Fohlio best fit for our specification needs. One big pro is that we can create custom templates for different type of schedules or calculate our project profit in different ways. Other softwares do not provide such flexibilities. Its workflow is also more natural to a design practice. I love how I can add product from vendor websites with Fohlio web clipper, and import my pin boards from Pinteret, and then create our centralized product library for future projects and mood boards

Cons

I wish they have more integrations with other project management softwares and provide more mobile friendly interface.
