Also, does offer quick and easy restoration of VM's offered by VMWare Pros Backup and Restore process is quite fast as compared to other Backup technologies. Also, Resource group creation is very simple. Cons Does not offer wide variety of backup functionality as compared to Rubrik. Pros We recently moved much of our replication orchestration to Snapcenter from previous offerings. It has been an easy transition and has provided an increase in functionality. The interface is clean and easy to use. Cons When any advanced settings are required it involves editing complex configuration files. We needed to open a case just to understand how to do it. Great product and NetApp support . Pros Very easy to setup and configure. Oracle and Exchange are both straightforward. Created explicit resource groups and they’re all taking very quick filer sided snapshots. About to bring SQL under SC control. Make sure you upgrade to v4.3.1P1 as it gets past the Oracle Java plugin Issue and the Exchange token schedule issue. Happy Snapping! Cons Need AQoS PowerShell scripting help.
