Pros

Very good synchronization, excellent support, the best is the time that you save from AADE in Greece, they need to extend this to the TAKK fee and it will be complete PMS and Channel Manager for me.

Cons

They have some hours delay to sync with Pricelabs prices and availability calendar, this is a problem sometimes...

The onboarding process was simple, and everything just worked from day one. I also appreciate how well it integrates with multiple channels without needing any technical knowledge. It’s a tool that grows with my business, and I genuinely feel supported every step of the way.

Pros

What I like most about Hosthub is its real-time calendar synchronization across all platforms, which virtually eliminates the risk of double bookings. The interface is user-friendly, setup is straightforward, and the support team is always responsive and helpful. I also appreciate the detailed reporting and automated messaging features, which help me save time and manage my properties more efficiently. Overall, it’s a dependable tool that simplifies the day-to-day operations of vacation rental management.

Cons

What I like the least is that the ability to fully manage user roles and customize access for teammates—like property owners, cleaning staff, or co-hosts—is only available in the Pro edition. It would be much more convenient if this functionality were included in the Standard plan, as it’s a key part of daily operations when working with a team.

I moved from Travel Staytion to Hosthub because I needed a more reliable and responsive system. With Travel Station, support was a major issue — there was no 24/7 assistance, and we often had to wait several days to get help with critical matters. The interface was also difficult to navigate, and at one point, system changes applied across all our channels without warning, creating a complete mess in our listings. In contrast, Hosthub offers real-time support, a user-friendly dashboard, and stable performance, giving me confidence and control in managing my properties.

What I love most about Hosthub is how easy and efficient it makes managing bookings. It handles everything from availability to reservations and guest communication seamlessly. The platform’s interface is super user-friendly, so I can quickly update listings, set pricing, and manage bookings with just a few clicks. It saves me a ton of time and cuts out the hassle of manual work. A key feature I appreciate is the integrated messaging system, which makes it simple to communicate with guests. I can quickly reply to questions, handle concerns, and coordinate check-ins and check-outs all in one place, helping me keep guests happy. Hosthub also offers great reporting and analytics tools, letting me track performance and fine-tune my revenue strategies for maximum profitability.

Pros

So far, the set up and synching process has been efficient and effective. The minor issues I have run in to seem to be user-error, and easily resolved.

Cons

Hosthub is definitely a more well rounded platform meaning lots of intricacies to fine-tune to your needs. At times it can be overwhelming.

Starting 2024 currently the best tool I have found. Will see how will perform in future. 10/10

Pros

Out of all the other few things I liked the most are: - Fully functional free trial - Transparent Pricing - in billing section they don't hide costs or say "will email you pricing", or giving estimates - Owners portal - loved it! Owners can easy see how their properties are rented and it's pretty simple interface. - Expanses section - perfect - Customer support - it's instant Overall the best one I have found for now. Other platforms offer similar experience, but Hosthub overall wins for me.

Cons

Non for now. Will see how it will hold up in future as the competition is really good in this segment.

Frustrated and angry at their inability to get it right.

Pros

I like the idea of one system to link all my rentals to prevent double bookings. Hosthub failed in linking my properties

Cons

Not only are double bookings happens frequently they never actually implement their zero double booking guarantee. They never once reached out to guests to offer any accommodation whatsoever

Hosthub is a simple integration of vacational rental services. Did I say SIMPLE? Easy, simple and supported at every step of the way!

Cons

I didn't have any issues with the integration of Airbnb and Venmo into combined hosting on Hosthub and gained the ability to list with other services.
