Schöne, schnelles User-Interface. Eigentlich übersichtlich, würden die angezeigten Daten stimmen.

Cons

Grundfunktionen fehlen entweder ganz (zB Importieren) oder sind fehlerhaft. Der Support findet nur per E-Mail statt und braucht Wochen (!) für eine Antwort. Die berichteten Fehler sind dem Anbieter bekannt aber werden nicht behoben bzw. können scheinbar nicht behoben werden.

Great product and great team: tech / developing the product and customer related /standing by the side of their customers

Once the setup is made, it is very easy to use. To me it is a very natural and fluid digitalisation of my manual process. Customer success is great to facilitate the implementation.You have this feeling they thought about almost everything.I saved a lot of time and gained efficiency.Customer support and ongoing training sessions are great to address the topics at the moment you need to.

Cons

I would love more export facilitation and customization (which data I can extract to excel, easy one click pdf export for all ) and they still have to work a bit on the reports visualization. But they are open to suggestions and improving constantly.

This was the first time that I used software from this type of softwares and it made it easier for me in many tasks in my job.

Pros

This Software facilitates the arrangement and collection of employee information in one place in an organized manner. All data can be easily synced with Microsoft Outlook, iCal, or Google Calendar.

Cons

Employees can submit their vacations for review, rather than trying to do it all.

La facilité d'appréhension du logiciel qui est très intuitif. La rapidité d'installation. Les modèles de questionnaires

Cons

Le plus gros problème du logiciel est qu'il n'a pas été développé en responsive et qu'en conséquence l'utilisation via le téléphone est quasi impossible. Cela nous fait clairement hésiter à renouveler l'expérience. Par ailleurs, les questionnaires devraient systématiquement être "privé" et pouvoir se décocher si nécessaire plutôt que l'inverse.

Avec la plateforme Javelo, nous simplifions notre gestion des entretiens RH (moins de papiers, moins de retraitement des données, accès en un point unique et par tous aux informations...).

Pros

Ce logiciel est intuitif et très simple d'utilisation. Il nous a permis d'accélérer la digitalisation des entretiens RH menés au sein de notre structure. L'accompagnement par notre interlocuteur dédié est remarquable : réactivité, prise en compte et remontée de nos remarques, conseils/aide, convivialité... Des évolutions sont réalisées par les équipes techniques de façon régulière sur l'outil et ses fonctionnalités afin d'être encore davantage en phase avec les besoins des clients et de répondre aux attentes des entreprises utilisatrices.

Cons

Des améliorations peuvent encore être apportées dans les possibilités offertes pour la construction des questionnaires d'entretien notamment mais nulle doute sur le fait que les équipes sauront encore apporter des nouveautés à ce logiciel !

Pros

Javelo est simple d'utilisation, l'intégration est rapide et facile ! Tous les salariés ont pris en main l'outil sans formation, chaque retour sur l'outil n'a été que compliments et remerciements d'avoir enfin un outil RH facile à utiliser.

Cons

Pour le moment, aucun point faible identifié. L'outil est en progression constante !

Le logiciel est en constant amélioration pour rendre plus ergonomique certaines fonctions ; dans la globalité l'utilisation reste facile

C'est une solution qui facilite grandement nos operations reviews. Un outil intuitif avec très peu de difficultés à surmonter. Un bon guide dès le départ et une équipe toujours à l'écoute en cas de soucis (très peu voire pas). Une équipe Javelo qui se soucie de l'amélioration continue de l'outil et à l'écoute de ses clients.

Pros

Outil très facile d'utilisation. L'équipe commerciale et de soutien est toujours à l'écoute des clients et de nouvelles solutions d'amélioration

Cons

Pas de commentaires et validation de plusieurs managers à la fois. Un valideur/un Viewer Nouveautés impossibles à implementer si la campagne a déjà été lancée.

Les demandes de congés sont enfin centralisées et suivies ! Auparavant elles étaient faite oralement, par SMS ou mail... Le suivi des heures est beaucoup plus sympa que sur fichier Excel !

Pros

Le produit est très convivial et propose la plupart des fonctionnalités nécessaire à la gestion RH de salariés. L'assistance est hyper réactive et c'est très appréciable !

Cons

La navigation n'était pas toujours des plus intuitive mais les choses évoluent favorablement !

Switched to kiwi after trying numerous other apps. The team found it easy, migrated our data painlessly.

Pros

Easy setup Flexible vacations and sick leaves policy Team calendar Responsive support

Cons

Good to have a full-cycle recruitment kit there. Good to have billing not per user but for the team. Eg. 1-5 // 6 - 15 // 20... Good to have customizable reports, cause most of the reports are not used by our team, however there some that we'd like to have.

Pros

With kiwiHR you can easily set up and manage your human resources, from employee profiles to their work schedules and attendance. The task and checklist feature simplifies many processes. And kiwiHR offers one of the best customer supports I experienced so far.

Cons

There is nothing I don´t like about the software yet. Even missing features can be requested and will be taken into consideration.
