To me it is a very natural and fluid digitalisation of my manual process. Customer success is great to facilitate the implementation.You have this feeling they thought about almost everything.I saved a lot of time and gained efficiency.Customer support and ongoing training sessions are great to address the topics at the moment you need to. Cons I would love more export facilitation and customization (which data I can extract to excel, easy one click pdf export for all ) and they still have to work a bit on the reports visualization.
