Die Software hat den Einladungsprozess von Veranstaltungen massiv vereinfacht. Der Einladungsversand und das gesamte Handling sind viel professioneller. Toll, wenn man solch schöne Newsletter versenden und empfangen kann.

Pros

Diese Software ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und intuitiv.

Cons

Mir fällt gerade nichts ein. Habe das Tool aufgrund der Situation leider schon länger nicht mehr gebraucht.

Pros

Sie ist einfach zu bedienen und logisch aufgebaut. Nachdem die Gästeliste korrekt hochgeladen wurde, kann man mit einem Klick Einladungen, Erinnerungen oder auch Save the Dates verschicken. Ebenfalls hat man eine gute Übersicht über An- und Abmeldungen. Dies erleichtert uns die Anlassverwaltung extrem.

Cons

Manchmal wäre es hilfreich, wenn die gleiche Mailadresse bei mehreren Gästen verwendet werden könnte. Ebenfalls wäre es gut, wenn im selben Event mehrere Versionen von Save the dates und Einladungen gemacht werden könnten und diese dann spezifischen Gästen zugeordnet werden könnte.

Mit EyeVIP erfasse, strukturiere und verwalte ich die Adressen für sämtliche Veranstaltungen.

Pros

EyeVIP ist eine intuitiv anwendbare Software. Nach einer kurzen Einführung durch das Support Team kann das gesamte Gästemanagement für kleine und grosse Events selbstständig verwaltet werden. Insbesondere die rasche Reaktionszeit bei Fragen in der Startphase war beeindruckend.

Cons

Teilweise ist auf den ersten Blick nicht ganz klar, welche Software-Pakete was beinhalten. Aber EyeVIP ist sehr offen für individuelle Lösungen. Daher kein wirklicher Nachteil.

Pros

Eyevip ist sehr benutzerfreundlich dargestellt. Mit dem "Handbuch" kann man sich oft selber weiterhelfen und auch beim "auspröbeln" wird man mit jedem Event vertrauter mit dem Tool.

Cons

Dass das vorgegeben Layout kaum veränderbar ist (Einladungen etc.) Ebenfalls hatte ich oft Probleme mit den Grössen der Unterschriften.

Nutze es für die Anmeldung von Kundenevents und Seminaren, funktioniert alles bestens und erleichtert uns die Arbeit.

Pros

Einfacher Import / Export von Daten. Es braucht keine Schnittstelle. Tolles Schweizer Produkt. Kann mich von überall her einloggen und daran arbeiten. Mit meinen Grafiken kann ich es gut individualisieren :)

Cons

Mir fehlt nichts. Meine Bedürfnisse werden mit eyeVIP gedeckt.

Sehr gutes und userfreundliches Tool. Wenn man das Tool nur für den Check-in braucht ohne die Event-Website ist es eher teuer, aber auf jeden Fall einfach und problemlos im Handling.
