Pros: Hubspot is pretty easy to pick up and teach people. It meets the most basic needs at a high level and keeps everything organized in one place (which is HUGE).

Cons: It's virtually un-customizable. It's built in such a way that is supposed to be a "catch-all" for everything which results in many circumstances not being able to be addressed. Further, the customer service team basically googles your questions and then sends you Hubspot blog posts about them... I don't think many of us would be calling if we were going to get the same google search result that we found on our own.

Overall: all sales and marketing data in one place!

Pros: This software has kept me from having to type and retype the same monotonous information on a daily basis instead it goes in for me

Cons: What I like least is it doesn't quite cover all the tasks I needed to because my business has continuous sales of different and it never stays the same. It's very hard to automate something that's ever-changing.

Pros: If you do marketing for other companies or any marketing for your own organization, HubSpot is absolutely the best platform out there. Stunning UI, entire suite of functionality and tools, stellar support, the list goes on and on.

Cons: HubSpot is extremely expensive. Startups and small businesses can barely/never afford to use it. Plenty of free tools and materials that HubSpot provides but the actual platform does not seem to be worth the price that it is sold at.

Pros: Available in the most important languages for business. It has a free version for those who start. The price-quality ratio is very competitive.

Cons: Website is required to download the trial version, and I think HubSpot don't access to source code, in some cases is limiting to customize the tool.

Overall: An effective relationship tool with customers, scalable, easy to use and adapted to the needs of small businesses

Pros: I like that HubSpot has different hubs for the different departments but all the information is sync so that interactions with customers can be shared.

Cons: I would like to see the Knowledge options more diverse. We use a lot of videos and screenshots in our tutorials and better options would visible would be great.

Pros: This product offers a variety of useful features that would be helpful to any small business. It is an extremely popular company.

Cons: Hubspot is known for being extremely expensive. With an already high monthly payment, they jack up the prices even more at times to get more out of you. There are plenty of other marketing softwares out there that offer the same functions.

Comments: The software is good for the free version but needs a lot of work to level-up with other CRM software like Salesforce.

Pros: The different range of filters or columns available is great to work with, considering the free software version

Cons: The design of the dashboard could be worked on. Also, there could be an option having files in different folders (for eg. Dropbox)

Pros: Really liked the fact that they let you use it for free forever, it made our decision to try a no brainer. However it was hard to use out the gate, so we still use it just not premium version.

Cons: Hard to use is a big issue for use, we've heard different but for us it was a difficult software to implement in our online retail business.

We needed something to share info with clients and representatives, this was a good fit

Pros: I really do enjoy using Hubspot. It's a massive product, yet it still manages to stay user-friendly. It makes my life as a marketer easy as everything is in one spot. I don't need multiple subscriptions. I also love Hubspot's Inbound event - it's a must-go conference for anyone in sales and marketing.

Cons: I do wish the onboarding into HubSpot was more hands on. When we signed up over a year ago I found the process kind of fragmented. I had different points of contact and not one sole person who sought to understand my needs and my skill level. It was more of a product tour than actual helpful onboarding. It took us some time to be fully on Hubspot for that reason.

Pros: This software is very easy to use and offers a number of tools that can help with inbound marketing. The software comes with training modules that ensure you use it to its fullest. They offer a number of helpful reports and make it easy to analyze data and draw conclusions. They stay up to date with the latest in inbound and are good at communicating changes and how to use tools to your advantage. It is an all in one tool that is great for almost any business.

Cons: Some functions still need improvement, especially the social end of things. The data often varies and does not match data found on the individual social platforms. i.e. social followers was lower on HubSpot than on Facebook. The starting price is high and makes it difficult for some businesses to see the benefits. I also think that the number of issues I ran into devalued the software making it seem even more expensive.

Overall: Great learning modukes. Everything you need in one platform. Updated regularly. Easy to use.

Pros: Very intuitive and easy to use plataform, its really a good loking product. The 7 days free trial is very nice becouse its not easy to find it in the market. Its very hepful when it comes to business owners, becouse, provied blogs with online markething very helpful information

Cons: Insane over pricing, in the market exist more cheap or even free software with the 99% of the tools that hubspot offer. After the beuthifuls 7 free days, you most have to pay a 12 month contractact for a very hig price, and any of the packge not includes all functions, so you most have to pay for some of then. As yors contacts grow, so does the cost of yor requeriments. And to end, the support is paid. In resum, ery step you do, yo have to pay for it

Pros: Has some robust features including an extension for your Gmail account that will directly feed leads and contacts into your Hubspot dashboard

Cons: Honestly theres not a lot I can complain about. The software is free and so, comes without a lot of expectations and yet is a great product

Pros: There are really good analytics to look at. The social media scheduling is very simple. A lot of the features are straight forwards once you get the hang of navigating the software.

Cons: There are so many features it is a bit overwhelming at first. Takes a while to get the hang of what. I still feel very unfamiliar with many of the features.

Pros: The Platform is the easiest to use out of the other rival software and upfront the company offers you a 7 day free trail where you can decide whether you will need the service or not to feel the importance of investment. The company has the most comprehensive blog which i have ever seen in terms of educating their own customers.

Cons: The technical support should be obtained by paying the specified amounts and it is compulsory to have a 12 month contract in place.

Overall: This is a software where you get the every functionality in one place and easy to use.

Pros: I liked how easy it was so integrate multiple channels into one dashboard. I also use it to keep track of my marketing efforts on a weekly basis.

Cons: I found it hard to cross-post between some platforms. I found that I would sometimes forget to go manually post for the channels that didn't work.

Pros: It is the holy grail of marketing automation and sales enablement. This software package is more than just software, it's an invaluable resource for anybody that is using it.

Cons: The cost. I don't know what can really be done about that though. For the price, you are getting the best marketing/sales software possible, but its price point does prevent a lot of small businesses from investing.

Overall: If you have the budget to afford this product, use it without a doubt

Pros: I like that I can keep track of all clients. It is an easy to use software and I have no problems working with it and sharing it with coworkers.

Cons: I have not encountered anything on the software that I do not like. I use it for basic reason, to keep track of clients.

Pros: I am currently using the chat function of this tool which is integrated with my website. It helps me to connect with my site visitors. Using this tool, I can monitor all the site visitor activities and I can even send them a message! It was so awesome!

Cons: Late notification on their mobile app. I can only receive chats from the site visitors when I open the app.

Overall: The awesome thing here is that I can send messages to all online visitors on my website!

Pros: - Easily automate marketing efforts with workflows and smart lists
- Great way to hold your marketing database and get messages sent out in mass or in highly targeted campaigns based on specific criteria
- Customer Support replies quickly and usually with a solution. If they don't have an immediate solution they will follow up within a couple days with a solution

Cons: - The workflow tool is a bit cumbersome and will not allow you to bring branches back to the main "tree" of the workflow. Because of this the workflows either become MASSIVE trees with duplicated steps or you end up fragmenting your customer journey throughout many workflows which becomes unmanageable quickly.

Pros: Amazing, if not the best user-experience in marketing automation. Workflows are particularly powerful with plenty of controls to map your buyer journeys. You can execute very powerful campaigns with tons of triggers, actions, and filtering options.

I really liked their training, including the HubSpot academy training which are built very professionally. The way they present their e-Learning platform makes the information easy to digest and ultimately understand the inbound marketing methodology. That is in itself worth the cost of admission, even though this is provided free of charge.

Cons: HubSpot Marketing is an excellent solution, undoubtedly, but you will get about 80% of the features if you host your website externally. Initially, they will assess if your site can be migrated to their platform.

I imagine plenty of people would rather not do that. If you want a solution that you have to marry, then HubSpot will be okay for you.

They say you can utilize the majority of HubSpot features without hosting, and that is true, but some of their more advanced features such as A/B testing content on web pages or Smart Content will not be utilized. You can still utilize workflows, drip campaigns, and so forth...but these features are only available in the per month plan. Additionally, if you run multiple websites, you must have their per month plan, which is well out of our budget.

On top of that, there are certain modules (i.e. paid campaign tracking, additional contacts) that they will charge additional for. For every 1000 contacts past 1000 you get with the package, they will charge an additional monthly fee. There is also a fairly high onboarding cost. You are also required to commit to one year of their services.

All in all we could not afford to do business with HubSpot because A) we didn't want to move our websites under their platform and B) their price point was not accommodating to our budget. As far as features and functionality...it's all you really need for marketing automation. Their CRM is lackluster though if you want true alignment!

Cons: Some of the features on Hubspot are hard to find/navigate. I did not get the full ROI on hubspot because of the cumbersome features

Pros: I like the approach they took with integration of sales and marketing into the CRM portion. I like the fact that it showed if emails have been opened ect by the end user

Cons: Customer support was terrible. I received multiple calls from multiple people who clearly didn't know that I had conversations with others at HUBSPOT

Pros: It was very easy to use and learn the software package. I really liked the aid of the tutorial assistance on many items and functions.

Cons: Going from one screen to the next could have been a bit smoother I feel. It took some time to change screens.

The biggest pro of this tool is its free version. This software is able to identify potential customers and what they do on the company's website. Cons:
One of the counter presents the software is that it has no tool to merge the information of the contacts of different companies. Another disadvantage, possibly the main one, is that the HubSpot does not present the option of adding several email addresses to a single contact record, which prevents the possibility of establishing communication with a potential client by more than one way, in the case that it is not possible to contact her for a particular one.

Pros: I love using hubspot more than any other marketing platform. It has the best UI/UX by a longshot. It makes it easy to do literally anything. The support is always quick and helpful. I love their workflow and analytics the most. It's easy to see how well a campaign is doing and quickly. Really helps anyone become a master at multiple channels of marketing.

Cons: The wysiwyg is probably my least favorite thing. The drag and drop feature makes it easy for people who are unfamiliar with coding, but it can cause a real mess of things on the backend. I wish it was easier to edit the wysiwyg option and create your own snippets.

Overall: Seriously, this is the best marketing platform.

If you need a simple way to track your marketing this is it.

Pros: We love that our clients (and us) use HubSpot on a regular basis and it allows us to set up landing pages and track leads from the completion of a form through to Salesforce. We can look at the ROI of our marketing efforts right down to the penny,.

Cons: It can be tricky when you are getting started but the support team is there to help you get going. Sometimes the email templates are clunky and we need to use our web programming team to fix or redo the HTML

Overall: The number one benefit is measuring ROI from our marketing efforts (and those of our clients)

Pros: I love that they send out so many informative emails with webinars, information on new trends, ideas to try. Hubspot is constantly keeping me up to date just by sending those emails out. The work books and infographics are always very helpful.

Cons: The only meeting tool is GoToMeeting and no other options - hopefully this will change in the future. Also they really restrict the number of people that can access the platform at one time. Make it difficult when you have multiple people who want to use it.

Pros: love the onboarding and hubspot academy. It has almost everything someone can ask for from getting started with the product. Pros: I like that the CRM and marketing tools are all in one place and that I can access it easily from anywhere. I appreciate the API with Proposable and some of the work arounds for logging emails with contacts or entering contacts easily. I also really like the scheduling feature.

Cons: You really have to know your way around Hubspot to use it. If you don't have an agency, I can see where it might be really difficult to take advantage of the tools. Also, the technical support can be hit or miss. Sometimes they can't find an answer or just refer you to forums (when no answer exists).

Pros: This is a gamechanger for huge companies. As long as configuring settings take a while (great onboarding to be honest!), then any other process takes you only minutes. The most beautiful thing is that you pretty much don't need any other tool - you need just this one. Cons: The cost is really high and so is the learning curve. Pros: From email automation to website hosting to analytics to workflows, Hubspot has a lot of marketing tools to offer. They have comprehensive training through the Hubspot Academy, though I find the tools pretty straight forward to use. You can cover content marketing, email marketing, some social media marketing and some paid advertising help using Hubspot's marketing platform.

Plus, their support team is fantastic! About 80% of my clients who are using it love it and it's easy for a marketing agency to carry out their strategies with.

Cons: Social tools are lacking. Moving towards content and away from SEO (meaning the keywords tool was recently removed and more content tools are being added for strategy)

If you build a Hubspot website, there's no easy way to get it out of Hubspot.

Can be expensive if you have a lot of contacts to manage

Pros: I love the ease of use. The templates are so useful and take the guesswork right out. It's also very easy to track email campaigns.

Cons: It is a bit on the expensive side. Some of the templates were not very useful. I'd love to see more options on those.

Overall: It was easy to use and I loved that about it. The free trial was long enough to get a great feel for the software and I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't need a lot of customization.

Pros: - You get what you pay for. HubSpot beats all others, hands down
- If you get the enterprise features, you are building in event triggers and more that can help you scale the platform quite well
- Really easy to use, and functional
- Amazing support

Cons: - Expensive and difficult to break down / move in and out of contracts or tiers as needed
- Expensive onboarding, and hard to waive
- Can be daunting to setup initially to justify the ROI
- Really difficult offboard. The CTAs, buttons, links, reports, etc. become deeply embedded in your sales system and process. Will be near impossible to leave without major hiccups.

Overall: Greatest marketing tool for any marketer on the web. Period.

Pros: Overall quality of product is pretty good, they offer great support, easy integration, good UI and many features for marketing needs. It took less then a day to set up, integrate and start using the platform. Free trial option is also very useful.

Cons: Pricing is high, and it would be nice to have more integration options. Other than that the product is good.

Pros: The Customer Relationship Managementand (CRM) platform is easy to use, it has a comfortable designed product. HubSpot allows you to complete information about your customers and concentrate the interactions between the company and their customers.

Cons: Requires a 12-month contract, you have to pay for continous technical support. There are others similar CRM platforms for a lower price.

Overall: HubSpot is easy to use, it offers you analysis and statistics on the performance on the platform. It helps you to complete the information of your customers to contact them in a better way

Pros: The thing I like most about HubSpot is the ability to make Smart Lists, which allows our team to strategically focus on a particular group of people when sending emails, using CTA, pretty much anything we want to make smart.

Cons: Because our company has a unique business model we occasionally run into situations where there are features HubSpot does not have and we are forced to work around the situation or give up on what we were doing.

Overall: With out this software we would not get the Analytics we need, smart lists and organization that HubSpot gives when connecting to our own CRM system.

Pros: Hubspot marketing lets you track and automate everything from lead generation to MQL's, to closes and automates the entire process. the workflows you can create for email nurturing campaigns are easy to use and very powerful, you can create smart forms that know who your leads are and push content specific to them. The conversion forms allow you to generate better data and the tracking and metrics is pretty easy to use.

Cons: I found that the metrics reported for our website on hubspot were a little off. We don't host our website with them so maybe that impacts it but the insights from google analytics and the metrics from hubspot never perfectly matched up which causes some concern with the other reports. It is expensive!! Rightfully so for such a complex product but you really need to nail your process before you can afford a platform like this.

Pros: I love all of the features that are offered in the marketing platform, so many time saving options to stay in touch with your market

Cons: If you are a small business the investment in this product can seem on the high side. However, if you are thinking about investing marketing dollars, start with hubspot and grow your marketing campaign organically.

This is a great email automation tool for most sizes of businesses.

Pros: Easy to navigate. Organization of automation is clear and straightforward. User-friendly with few errors. Allows for nurture programs, a/b testing, and optimization settings. More affordable than other platforms. Additionally, Hubspot has a built-in CRM, whereas with other programs you have to purchase that additionally.

Cons: No sales dashboards, analytics options don't provide as deep of a look as competing automation platforms.

Overall: Ease of use for multiple size companies. Easy entry for those less experienced technically with marketing automation software.

Pros: It makes CRM a cakewalk - tools for authoring emails, blogs, social posts, CTA's, & landing pages are great! Project management and tracking, while not as good as dedicated platforms like Trello, is still quite good.

Cons: The automated workflows are good for having auto-responses, confirmation emails, follow-up emails, entire nurturing campaigns, and more!

BUT, the workflow tool does have niche limitations that prevent this good tool from becoming a very powerful tool. While there are very useful third-party tools such as Hookspot that can be accessed via webhooks, simple things like an if statement that checks if a customer has replied to an email or not isn't possible.

Pros: The abundance of functions and capacities available to a user is infinite and is always updated or improved. It seems good to me that the HubSpot MAP is 100% synchronized with HubSpot CRM and CMS. Hubspot is easy to understand and becomes the user interface is very simple. It adapts to most of the needs of the company. The most important thing is that not everything has to be done by the user. It also offers functions to automate processes and prevent manual entry of all data while using the software.

Cons: How every application also has cons, one of them is Your price. If the business is small and does not have a medium cash flow, a good level of sales and a constant full-time worker, it is very inexpensive in the cost-benefit relationship. The price can be according to the version that more. It is also difficult to find Latino clients that have important characteristics such as accent are not available, so it is not applicable to multinational companies that work with multiple currencies.

Overall: The automation when loading data to the platform. The system automatically integrates the leads that enter through HubSpot into the CRM, which represents a significant time saving and decreases the error margins. Allows to create lists to filter different groups or segments within the total of the database, this allows the sales team to perform a more efficient job. The system allows you to personalize the emails sent in bulk, in such a way that each contact receives communications from the same vendor.

Pros: It consolidates marketing + sales efforts and everything in between whether we are talking content, templates, landing pages, email workflows, lead lists, forms, social media management, etc. Their support team does a great job. Hubspot marketing is overpriced but they do a good job of compensating by offering a startup discount for an initial term.

Cons: I think the app could be simplified even further and it lacks a few major value features like A/B testing within campaigns/workflows. There's a decent learning curve & without adequate training, you could find yourself redoing initial setups by missing a few critical elements (companies vs contact properties, smart lists, connecting the website + domain, etc).

Overall: Automation across the board. This helped me significantly with email marketing and associated materials like landing pages, forms (lead conversion), complementing sales processes, etc.

Comments: I would really recommend this to organizations that manages a lot of contacts or campaigns.

Pros: It is easy to use, easy to manage. There are filter options that you can use to easily sort the contacts or companies.

Cons: No issues with Hubspot. I haven't encountered any major issues, just downtime with their server (not loading the contact details.)

Pros: The content management is great. I LOVE the dashboard. I can see at a glance literally everything i need to see, and can customize and filter data the way I want to see it. Hubspot interfaces with other solutions pretty easily, which is a perk if you have a small or low budget tech team.

Cons: There are a lot of features and so it can be overwhelming for someone who is just trying to figure out marketing automation for the first time.

Pros: Hubspot makes it easy for several users to collaborate effectively and effieciently on a project for one contact as it centralizes information, tasks, notes, and communication history all in one place.

Cons: There are some features about tasks that are not as functional as they could be. The date that a task was created is not obvious. Also, there is not a history of all completed tasks for each contact record which would be helpful to see.
