  • This is amazing all in one marketing platform. This is great marketing platform to be connected with clients.

  • Analytics tracking and lead capture are super easy to use and implement. I find the reporting on communication and reading analytics super useful and impactful in strategic planning.

  • In general, I would describe this very wonderful experience with your company, which is distinguished by its wonderful style and dealings, and this is the most important thing to me.

  • I love the workflows and granular data you can dig into with Hubspot. It makes marketing tasks very exciting and fun to design.

Cons

  • For the non advanced/experienced users, some features can be confusing, also, we had some problems with email delivery. Pricing for Brazil is extremely high, due to currency exchange.

  • Sometimes the lessons are a bit hard for me and a lot of information could be a bit confusing.

  • Also, workflows can be confused in their elaboration. Recomendation: Test before you start on.

  • Does not have integration with Microsoft ads so tracking the performance of search ads in Bing is difficult. Most landing page templates are ugly and hard to configure.

"HubSpot's Marketing Hub: A Marketer's Dream"

Overall: We are able to use this complete package of tools to coordinate our marketing activities, starting with the leads and ending with the customers.

Pros: In this series, HubSpot’s Marketing Hub is particularly possible thanks to being an integrated solution that functions as CRM, marketing automation tool, and analytics.

Cons: Despite the fact that there are a number of provided templates with different kinds of preset reports, targeting very special areas with very special criteria may be very difficult.

Switched From: Google Analytics 360
Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub: Before this, our marketing tools included Google Analytics and Mailchimp integrated into our website. Although these tools were efficient separately, they did not seem well coordinated as we wanted for an integrated system. With HubSpot, we did not require other tools to monitor our marketing campaigns because the program offered a more elaborate analysis.

"The best space to achieve continuous tracking and winning new deals."

Overall: With HubSpot all your updates in one place, boost collaboration and engagement around everything that's driving new deals.

Pros: HubSpot is easy to use, its amazing dashboards help me seamlessly collaborate and manage my marketing tasks. HubSpot keeps everything in one place, clear and easy to track. I love how it seamlessly connects email, calendar, keeping my team and I on the same page at all times. I love how HubSpot captures every detail from the source and provides very detailed data that helps me reach better targeting. The live analytics let me instantly adjust campaigns and see results improve immediately. I love how I can pull up reports that show everything about the opportunities our team is working on.

Cons: HubSpot has everything we need, simplifies tasks without complications. Incorporating some charts can help us understand the current situation faster.

Overall: Hubspot is a great tool with a lot of features if you invest quite a bit of Marketing Budget

Pros: It is a very sophisticated tool with a lot of features, and it has a great reputation

Cons: The price - if you don't pay a lot of money the features are limited

"great for a larger business"

Overall: It's been very useful for landing pages, templates and organising contacts and Comms with clients.

Pros: It's a very comprehensive CRM and is useful for organising your contacts

Cons: Many features are paid and their payment tiers are unsustainable for a small business.

Overall: I like the easy to use interface, and all in one solution, and the scalability of it can be good for big and small businesses.

Pros: Easy to use interface, and all in one solution, combines tools for marketing, sales, customer services and more, this works well with me as I'm not technical skilled.

Cons: The cost of it can become more expensive as you scale.
