Pros

I used this at a past job for literally everything. We managed our blog, our email marketing, and our website all through Hubspot. It made it simple to have everything together.

Cons

While my prior company was grandfathered in on price the cost now is bonkers high. I think it's probably a barrier for entry for a lot of companies.

Pros

Le prix, il permet de commencer gratuitement jusqu'a 2000 e-mails/mois, pour un free-lance c'est largement suffisent

Cons

La complexité, le logiciel ne permet pas de se focaliser uniquement sur une partie en cachant le reste, de prime abord, il peut paraître assez complexe.

HubSpot is so easy to use and their support team is unmatched. The software is truly user friendly, and easy to navigate. It is very comforting to know that there is a large database of helpful documents that you can easily search online, or even ask a question of a support team member online. The online support team always gets back to me within 24 hours and I know if I need something faster then that, I can just call in and speak with someone.

Pros

How easy it is to use, the support team and the tracking tools.

Cons

I wish there were some better integrations with other products. While there is a salesforce integration, you sometimes have to create work arounds to have everything sync the correct way.

Pros

\- Hubspot tasks and dashboard keeps me up to date with my daily work and also previous. I have more control on my tasks and also it reminds me which clients I need to follow up with - Automated emails via pipeline: This is probably one of the best features, once I mark a task to a certain stage, an automated email is sent to that client. I send multiple emails daily and this helped me with time management.

Cons

\- Ease of use: It can get a bit tricky in the early stages, until one get more used to the system. However I believe that this outweighs due to their great training and customer service

Pros

Hubspot can do everything you will ever need for marketing automation. Plus, it has amazing spying functionality that allows you to know everything someone is doing on your website and to market to them as such.

Cons

The software is clunky. The template builder feels like it was made in 2010. Things often "just don't work" - though, Hubspot's support is great and I usually get an answer in a less than a day (even if it's not an answer I like).

It allowed me to expand my marketing, social and online presence, all in one tool!

Pros

In the Marketing automation tool, you have everything in one place. The software is like a swiss army knife, where you have Email automation, website design, and contact lists all-in-one! You can also automate your social media posts.

Cons

It can be a little bit more expensive when compared to other Marketing automation tools, or "hacking" your way to the same features using mailchimp or other automation tools. I think this tool is VITAL and a life-saver for the small to mid size business owner, who doesn't want to spend hours upon hours on their marketing. When you can automate things, organize things, or change things all in one place, it can save you so much money as well as EARN you the money you get from exposure.

As a one-man marketing department, Hubspot allows me to automate several aspects of my daily workflow.

Pros

Very easy to use, fulfills most of my needs. The UI is easy to navigate and to train the rest of my team on.

Cons

Limited reporting functionality. Some odd holes in product features where a feature seems very logical but it's not offered. Has led to some headaches / investing alot of time in a workaround.

Coming from a marketing operations background and using other marketing automation platforms, I'm so happy to be using HubSpot for our small business. HubSpot is our house for everything sales, customer success, and marketing.

Pros

Such an easy tool to learn and use. I think this platform is the most user-friendly when it comes to learning marketing automation.

Cons

We wish there was a little more reporting flexibilities (I do think this is on the roadmap) as well as more enterprise and ABM features.

Simple to use marketing automation software. It doesn't have everything I want, but it has the best of things I do want.

Pros

Hands down, simplicity is the one thing I like most about this software. I heard about HubSpot Marketing from an accelerator and decided to give it a try, and I'm still using it after more than a year.

Cons

I found that it's not as feature-packed as other SaaS, but maybe it's the trade off for simplicity. Overall, I think it's a good software to keep.

Social reports, landing page a/b testing, dashboards and reporting, email campaign management, tracking urls, adwords url creator, hubspot events plugin. EVERYTHING!

Cons

The new interface is different and I'm tired of seeing BETA everywhere. Also customer support takes longer to get back to you now but Chat is a nice feature.

Pros

Easy to use. Intuitive. Certain functionality is extremely useful (i.e. ability to send email campaigns by time zone to recipients).

Cons

Expensive. Some functionality is covered by other tools many organizations already have in place and that makes it difficult to get maximum use out of the tool. It would be beneficial if HubSpot allowed users to "cherry pick" the modules that are most valuable to them and only pay for those. The all or nothing approach will eliminate potential customers with more modest budgets.

HubSpot's onboarding experience is good, anyone can try for free, almost instantaneously. They do sales calls, which doesn't seem professional to me. Any compelling product should just have a checkout page, and that should suffice.

Pros

Their software actually works pretty well, but I didn't find any of their offerings to be an absolute necessity; for things such as a CRM, there's simply many options out there which integrate better for specific industry needs with greater utility.

Cons

It's a very basic CRM, which is useless for organisations below scale. The ideal CRM for any growing organisation would start from the very beginnings of a funnel, i.e. building and storing templates for sending out communications, nurturing and developing those templates, which is already done more suitably by other solution providers such as Mailchimp.

Just a great experience. We had worked with another software system prior to HubSpot and I am SO glad we made the change!

Pros

The customer service is superb! They are so helpful, positive and willing no matter the problem! We've had great success in using HubSpot for our emails, landing pages, and sales activity tracking.

Cons

Sometimes it can be difficult to customize emails/landing pages if you don't know coding. They have added a more intuitive builder, but it doesn't do all of the smaller customization!

HubSpot has helped us streamline our marketing and engagement experiences for a variety of audiences, which has led to much better marketing results.

Pros

The software goes beyond marketing. We use it for contact management as well. There are a ton of resources available, it's generally easy to use, and they're always looking to make improvements. It's super easy to find training on how to use the software, which makes it good for new people in the department who don't have experience with it.

Cons

The fee structure is a little wonky. Along with a monthly fee for usage, you have to pay an initial start-up fee. Tough for a nonprofit to justify, but it is what it is.
