Cons I won't say that I like anything the least, however I just think that I initially started to use Hubspot before I needed it as a small agency. I believe it works best for full teams and/or large operations so that you can see larger numbers of data in one place. It is an investment to have the full suite so you have to be doing the business to afford that. Learning curve is small if you do some quick research before starting anything. I have needed support one and they were fast and very helpful.
