Hubspot is easy to run and user-friendly for the most. It is a decisive device that helps our social media team and helps us drive more leads for our sales team. From creation, planning, and analytics, Hubspot supports every step of our strategy and matches what we have on another platform.

Cons

From this point of view, I found limitations with the website analysis data. They can provide more accurate and real-time data. As well as, it does (from time to time) require a technical consultant).

Die Software bietet alles was man braucht, um sein Unternehmen (oder Firma) zu digitalisieren. Gerade für Freelancer, Einzelunternehmer und Selbständige bietet HubSpot bereits eine kostenlose Version an, mit der Websites, Landingpages und Kontakte verwaltet werden können. Aber auch die große Community, die es bereits weltweit gibt, ist sehr hilfreich, wenn man Hilfe benötigt.

Cons

It is with sadness that I can say that we are not currently using HubSpot. At the time, we were using Infusionsoft and wanted to investigate other alternatives. We started with the free trial version of HubSpot Pro and loved everything about it except the cost. In order for us to use it, management decided that the cost of HubSpot would not be cost effective because of the benefits. The benefit of being a young company is that the budget will increase over time as the business expands. As a group, we have already firmly decided that we will use HubSpot again when the time is right, as we were sold on the platform quickly and easily.

Pros

The ability to define and assign statuses to the customer lifecycle was vitally important because of Infusionsoft's failed CRM. From free to paid templates, and anything developers can come up with, Hubspot creates beautiful emails. Our programmers loved the game and were also blown away by the simplicity of its use. The look and feel of CRM was very well planned and comfortable to navigate. I was amazed that I entered the information I had on a contact and then it generated additional data on its own and filled in the contact much more than I had entered.

Cons

As with any automation program, you need to have a good team of developers or a good programmer to get the infrastructure built and get the program up and running. Set up and associate all custom fields, connect analytics, social networks, etc. Once this is complete, sporadic changes by the programmers will keep the game moving, however, from that point on, the non-developer buyer will be able to carry out their work smoothly. Honestly, I am left with no other alternative. There are plenty of freely accessible online help, in addition to a staff that is willing to provide assistance.

Highly annoying, frustrating, disappointing. Something I really don't care to ever use again honestly.

Pros

There really isn’t, sadly enough much about hubspot I personally liked. It is complex, time consuming, annoying. The time spent inputting, cross comparing, and checking. Making sure potential customers are only in system once. I could have had generated 10 new customers and closed the deal with 5.

Cons

Oh so many things. I could break them all down. Honestly the whole program is a let down. Major pitfall any csr can take your hard earned lead and close it. There is no, mapping to ensure you are only csr working a potential customer. This also causing many calls, and outreach marketing. Ultimately turning off potential customers.

It did the job we needed it for within the confines of one tech product w/o needing separate services. Typically we'd need an ESP like MailChimp + Landing Page/Funnel Designer like ClickFunnels + CRM like LeadsPedia + plugins to make sure they all spoke to each other. I did all of those things in HubSpot.

Pros

It made using all of the elements under one brand/UX easier to manage. The email portion was effective and tied in with the landing pages we created which then sorted our B2B CRM. It was an effective tool.

Cons

It has a bit of a learning curve and there are plenty of features we haven't used simply because they appear to be complicated and not self explanatory.

There is some limitations with Hubspot, on the technical side the Domain control, email control and security SSL settings are limited and could be better.
