It did the job we needed it for within the confines of one tech product w/o needing separate services. Typically we'd need an ESP like MailChimp + Landing Page/Funnel Designer like ClickFunnels + CRM like LeadsPedia + plugins to make sure they all spoke to each other. I did all of those things in HubSpot.

Pros

It made using all of the elements under one brand/UX easier to manage. The email portion was effective and tied in with the landing pages we created which then sorted our B2B CRM. It was an effective tool.

Cons

It has a bit of a learning curve and there are plenty of features we haven't used simply because they appear to be complicated and not self explanatory.

There is some limitations with Hubspot, on the technical side the Domain control, email control and security SSL settings are limited and could be better.

I was able to segment all of my visitors to be able to create messaging that was simple, great photos and a quick info to either view more or request more info from us

Cons

EXPENSIVE. Luckily I knew what to do but paying $36,000 year was a lot. And the email and landing page design manger is really tough for anyone without HTML experience- thankfully I did

I've realised that HubSpot could be a solution for a more streamlined approach to my business. Instead of marketing being a disjointed process across different platforms.

Pros

Product is very easy to use. The step by step instructions on how to perform each action are particularly helpful and simplify the process. In addition, you can schedule marketing and business tasks so you actually know traffic you are making progress and where you need to put more focus.

Cons

For myself, the issue is that I already have an email provider that I'm quite happy with and feel like the most benefit from the platform is if it is used for all aspects of the business.

Overall experience has been good because of easy to use interface and their knowledge base.

Pros

I love almost all features which Hubspot offers as almost all of these are ease to use/implement.Community support is there if you get stuck on anything which provides guidance in almost all your problem. I specifically would like to mention about the contact management part which is well managed, easy to access and very user friendly.

Cons

for this part I would like to mention that strategy behind deprecating use of API authentication. They recently deprecated API authentication method for their APIs and moved it to private apps for which finding right guidance for different technologies is quite a task and might need some serious efforts.

Even though it has many features, but what it lacks is through funnel templates feature. It does not have all the features of funnel building of what Katara has to offer. It's features of that is very dull.

What I like least about HubSpot Marketing is that since it is an "all-in-one-marketing" software, the strategies it offers do not contain all the information that exists in them, this is because it does not have a main focus in none of them.

HubSpot is the best tool to use when learning marketing automation. Our marketing team uses HubSpot Enterprise for emails, forms, landing pages, web chat, and social scheduling. Our biggest pain point has been our third-party integration with our CRM-- we use Microsoft Dynamics 365. The more tools/features you're able to use in HubSpot, the more convenient (and powerful) it becomes as you really can benefit from having "everything you need in one place". But as companies grow, it gets harder and harder to maintain that vision. I wish we could take advantage of all of the HubSpot Enterprise features we pay for but too many of our existing tools overlap with them and that's where the importance of reliable integrations come into play.

Pros

HubSpot has allowed us to streamline our marketing efforts so we can focus on what really matters. With We've been able to automates so many mundane processes that we used to do manually thanks to HubSpot workflows. HubSpot's ease of use also makes training and transferring ownership/management of the tool more efficient. What I liked: • Simple, intuitive fool-proof interface • Great support and learning resources • HubSpot Academy makes it easy to learn marketing automation • Workflows look like they were designed by a kindergartener-- I love how simple they are to understand and build

Cons

Six months into using HubSpot we outgrew the "honeymoon phase" as we started running into limitations with the platform, mostly involving integrations with other tools we use. At the end of the day, HubSpot is phenomenal at what it does but has real limits to it's function and flexibility-- it doesn't scale comfortably to larger enterprise companies/databases. If HubSpot fits within the scope of your company's marketing needs, it's a delight to use. HubSpot is built by marketers for marketers and it's run by a very human company that injects soul and purpose into it's products. Improvements I'd like to see: • Better CRM function-- it was too limited for us to use • Greater flexibility with reporting custom dashboards • Ability to use spend/budget data from LinkedIn Ads connection • Ability to A/B test automated emails without workaround

Although both tools perform many of the same functions, getting from A to B is so much smoother with HubSpot's clean, simple interface. HubSpot's platform and available products are much more robust, but ClickDimensions is a better bang for your buck when it comes to the basic functionality-- that is, as long as you can find CRM-confident marketers who are willing to manage an intimidating (sometimes buggy) tool.

The free version provides you with a ton of different functionalities that can be more than enough to manage your day to day. You won´t find this many possibilities in a free version when looking into other CRMs

Some times the platform can be a little bit confusing when looking into some specific utility, as some of them are a little bit hidden or require to many steps in the middle.Also, depending on the computer you are using, the platform can be kind of slow sometimes.

Hubspot is the application we use to plan and coordinate all the activities of our sales and marketing department. Our website is based on Hubspot's COS and was developed with all the functionality of the paid version. In addition, we use Hubspot customer management software and link it with our newsletter and email marketing. This collaborative system allows us to comprehensively understand the new customer prospects we are looking for, as well as track their interests and when they interact with us. Our sales and marketing department is expanding, so we can expand and create a collaborative system that allows us to share leads and maintain contact as we wish. Our website is not limited to answering consumers' questions, but also makes us look like an important resource for the industry.

Pros

The CRM application is excellent and allows me to find phone numbers, emails and make calls while on the road. The customer relationship management and marketing tools merge easily. I am pleased with the fact that nothing needs to be recorded and all of our emails and interactions are recorded without difficulty. Hubspot's feature allows us to reduce the amount of reps we employ. Despite all the effort we put into our work, Hubspot works on the back end to increase our efforts.

Cons

Simple design features are easy to modify (e.g., change text or images), but more complex modifications require knowledge of COS and HubL. Because the COS version is updated so quickly, I have had problems with some components not being modifiable. This is not a drawback for new customers coming on board since they have updated the coding at least a year ago, however, this was something I had to troubleshoot.

Overall experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is amazing to be short. We get a lot to learn and the updates company releases are too timely and fast. We use it daily to email our Members and prospects. also to report on email performance. We track users actions on the website and store the activity information for segmentation and personalization purposes. Also, the custom integration with third party vendors through HubSpot is so easy.

Pros

HubSpot Marketing Hub is one of the easiest marketing platform to use User friendly to the best The amount of contact details this tool tracks on Members/contacts is one of the best pros of this tool. Email scheduling is again an amazing feature on this, which we use on big audience list without any hussle.

Cons

Building emails from HTML is not that easy but I would say if you are a good coder then this wont be an issue for you. Personalization for more than 2 segments is not straightforward. We haven't got any SMS service from the tool, We had to integrate with a third party SMS service.

Pros

HubSpot is the most comprehensive, 360-degree marketing hub especially for lead generation, data capturing, storing prospect and active customer and audience-specific data... as well as actually DOING something with all that information. It is repeatedly the software I've been introduced to or expected to use and implement in a larger way within MarComm teams for 10+ years because of its hold on the delicate, important market of transmuting the capturable data into future sales, future loyal customers, and even data that makes SENSE (i.e. explaining ROI in a non-abstract way).

Cons

It can be pretty cumbersome, complicated to teach without the use of a HubSpot sales rep or experienced customer service agent at the company. That is kind of to be expected as there is a LOT going on in the app, though. I have been at companies that have never even scratched the service as to what HubSpot is capable of, so that's something to think about before buying and implementing as the services can get more costly depending on adds/integrations as well as your company and team size(s).

We now have greater control of our blog and website content from an SEO point of view. We use Wordpress and have started shifting our blog/articles to the HubSpot platform. Overall, we are very happy to invest time in optimizing how we use HubSpot's vast feature set.

Pros

The combination of content creation and marketing automation tools helps manage both the website SEO and email marketing components of our marketing plan.

Cons

Getting access to some variables for use in email template creation could be a little easier. The editor is super easy and powerful but accessing variables of our HubSpot users isn't available. (e.g. a sales rep's phone number). I also don't like that the administrator can't update their users' email signatures.

Knowledge and Insight. Knowlege is power and having insight into all activities your marketing, sales and business development team implement is extremely powerful in knowing where to tweak things and where you excel. Shooting blindly from the hip on massive marketing campaigns is extremely expensive and rarely effective for increasing your ROI. But with the knowledge and insight, the HubSpot MAP provides you, you always know what you're doing, why you're doing it, the ROI of your campaigns and where you are lacking. Not having to rely on the complexity of Google Analytics or manual entry of Excel is a huge time and money saver. You also don't have to have a million different tools, software and extensions to try to piece together your marketing strategy, analytics and results. This eliminates about 90% of all the tools you are paying for and using and brings it all into one single platform. Not to mention that it's merely impossible to get all the third-party tools and integrations to talk to each other to give you one bottom line result. With the HubSpot MAP's benefit of cutting hours and labor basically pays for the cost of the software itself. Knowledge is power and time is money.

Pros

Obviously, as it's stated in its name, but the Automation part of the platform. The workflows, lists, how a published blog with automatically distribute your blog via your social media accounts, the analytics of how well your strategy, content, and workflows are working, etc. are all exceptional qualities to the HubSpot MAP. The abundance of features and abilities available to a user is endless and always being updated, upgraded or enhanced. I love how the HubSpot MAP is 100% synced with the HubSpot CRM and CMS. In fact, since they are open to third-party integrations, you can enhance any or all of the features given to you all throughout the HubSpot system.

Cons

From experience in teaching the software to our clients, it can be an overwhelming learning curve. Especially for the CEOs and people in non-related marketing departments that have to learn to use the system as well, since it is meant to effect a company as a whole, obviously in a positive way. As stated above, HubSpot MAP is open to third-party integrations to better your user experience and insights into your marketing performance. The only downside to that is the budget. If you're a startup company, purchasing the HubSpot MAP and platform is expensive by itself. And when you add on purchasing other third-party integrations to get all the features you want, can be extremely costly or just over-budget in general. The other feature I would like to see HubSpot improve is their Social Media Platform, included in the HubSpot MAP. Yes, you can schedule tweets in bulk or a month's worth of social media posts for the next month, but in reality, it is very time-consuming. Especially for a feature that is meant to cut the manual labor out of your day. One reason for this is because you have to create a customized shortened tracking URL, located in a different area of the platform, to place into each social media message. That means a separate URL for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Google+, all for the same message. Now imagine having to do that for social media posts for the next week. It does get exhausting. That is one area you would want to get a third-party integration.

Thanks to HubSpot we have had more prospects so that they can become leads and later become long-term customers. In its free version we can add a lot of contacts, unlimited users, and access has no time limit, the Features that stand out the most in HubSpot are sales funnel management, which consists of having a trusted third party express their experience with my service or product, automatic recording of all activities, unified contact information, and conversations with leads and customers.

Pros

I like it because it is a CRM that helps me automate marketing, sales, and service processes, the goal of HubSpot marketing hub is to help marketers develop inbound marketing strategies. HubSpot allows me to control my marketing and sales actions in the same place, allowing me to have a global vision of all my potential clients: their name, their phone number, their address, the company, which are the business opportunities they are managing, etc. I can also associate this platform with social networks, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn and with our website, to open an account I can fill out the form or I can open it automatically with a Google account.

Cons

Something that I don’t like about HubSpot in general is the support team, they give very generic answers that on many occasions does not solve my problems and this is time consuming, they should train the support team more.
