My ooverall experience is positive, and that there are many other things HubSpot can do, and I will learn more over time as I continue to use the tool.

Pros

The software and using it is intuitive, and easy to pickup on new things to use it for.

Cons

The permissions can be a bit of a pain, and a bit tedious to get a full handle on. As an example, exporting lists has to be granted before a sales rep can export a list.

I’ve worked at multiple companies that I consider “low volume B2b companies” that need more features, but don’t have huge lists or outbound emails to justify the top tier levels and cost.

It's the tool our Marketing team use every day. Beyond making us generating new leads, it helps us communicating simply with our Sales teams, who now speak the same language as we do.

Pros

Hubspot contains most of what a modern marketer needs: email marketing, automation, workflows, social media planification, chatbot, CTAs, lead gen forms, landing pages, content management... The best remains that it is directly integrated to the Hubspot CRM and Sales platforms, which make your Sales-Marketing processes fluid.

Cons

The worst thing in Hubspot is that the software itself is quite long to respond. Pages can take several seconds to load. If you've used a CRM tool such as Pipedrive, you'll probably think loading times are endless... But you get used to it.

Overall, it's pretty amazing. It's grown with us as well so we didn't have to start paying more money than we could afford. Than as we expanded the team we were able to add seats and accomplish more on the software. Highly recommend it.

Pros

I like how I can manage the sales team, marketing initiatives and create dashboard all in one place to be to track performance. I also like some of the email and landing page creators since I can quickly build those to get campaigns out quickly rather than waiting for design.

Cons

Its a little restrictive with the drag and drop email and landing page builder. They could also figure out a way to more easily just take contact info from a google spreadsheet or something in a column rather than having to upload an entire CSV file and connect each column to some pre-generated property.

Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub

I wasn't a part of the process, but Salesforce had less of the marketing side and we say Hubspot as a more all-in-one solution.

HubSpot has given us one place to see all of the people that interact with our company in one spot. I can efficiently tell which campaigns are working and make tweaks to campaigns on the fly. The A/B testing capabilities are so easy to use.

Pros

I like the ease of creating custom pages and forms as well as the ability to track all assets of one campaign in one place. It is invaluable to be able to see it all in one dashboard.

Cons

Integration took more work than I expected. Some of the API's - like eventbrite, have issues. The social media publisher is good but does not allow you to do some of the things you want to do, like tag people.

As a marketing company, we utilize Hubspot Marketing Hub ourselves and for our clients that we bring to Hubspot to host their websites or CRMs. With this, the available flexibility is great. Thus making is a great system for us to use for ourselves and our clients.

Pros

Hubspot Marketing Hub is expansive. It can cover website hosting to contact management. From these two, you can capture new clients and quickly set them up for success. Assigning clients to sales is easy and with the data that is collected, you will know how to serve them the best. Set up marketing emails and campaigns easily as well and everything is tracked. New something custom set up? Hire a Hubspot developer and get that working for you. Online training and frequent educational days also are great.

Cons

With all the options Hubspot has, sometimes it can be too big for a single user. A team of users is much more suited for this software. However their help desk and developer pool are great.

Overall, I am very impressed with HubSpot's marketing solutions and the customer support team behind the platform. We have always had a good experience with HubSpot and I have worked with them for 5+ years now at two different SaaS companies.

Pros

I have used Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce (+Pardot), and other CRMs. They ALL work, but I find HubSpot is the easiest system to implement for small teams who don't have the time, expertise, and money to spend with a cumbersome onboarding process. What I like most about HubSpot is that each tool is simple to use, from email design to social media publishing. If you're a data geek, the dashboards are very simple to generate and easy to filter, update, and read. I think that HubSpot has one of the cleanest dashboards and certainly the easiest to build or manage of the CRMs on the market.

Cons

The only thing I would be cautious of as a small business or startup is that many of the join incentives for small teams or startups are VERY affordable. However, once you graduate from these discounts you'll feel the pain of full pricing especially if you've grown your marketing contact list. I would just be aware that you will want to get an idea of what the full cost looks like work with your account rep to understand that quote to budget for it when the discounts are lifted.

Comparatively to other all-one-marketing solution, HubSpot is definitely way too expensive. It's a pity because a lot of businesses could have benefit from it to create awesome content strategy for their business.

It's definately made our lives easier in the sense that it's easy to use and customise, and provides all the tools you need to attract and convert the right customers at scale. The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey for some budgets.

I've been using HubSpot for a few months now and I have to say that I'm really impressed. It's been a great tool for managing our sales and marketing efforts in one place. I especially like the features that allow you to track your leads and customers, as well as the ability to create and track email campaigns. Overall, HubSpot is a great tool that has helped our business to streamline our sales and marketing efforts.

Cons

While I think it's a great tool, there are a few things I don't love about it. First, the user interface can be a bit confusing and overwhelming. Overall, Hubspot is a solid B+ type of software. I'm glad it's there, I'm lucky to have it, and I don't even have an idea of something better to recommend right now. But that being said, there are a handful of fixes that, if implemented, Hubspot could be among the best. I don't even have access to the sales or web design module. I feel like if I did, it may even move it up a rank.

Pros

Hubspot does a lot of useful things for a marketer and makes automation easy. You don't need to have deep coding intelligence or skills to manage marketing for a client or business. The email marketing tools alone are some of the best I've used. There are other features in place that just make the application more useful than others. Hubspot is typically easy to use and makes my job easier - not harder.

Cons

Hubspot has gone down a handful of times, or encountered issues where some aspects could have been affected on the customer or site owner's ends. Usually these were fixed quickly and not a big issue. Something I really don't like is the user interface for creating landing pages or web pages seems obtuse. No matter how many times I go back and learn it, I feel like there are better ways to get to the drag and drop editor, or that there could be better ways to edit the content of pages. The Hubble language and interface when it comes to editing Hubspot's page modules is intimidating and unpleasant to use. By contrast, the drag-and-drop editor is fine. Customer Personas exist in the property settings for some reason. For every brilliant addition to Hubspot's toolset, there is a goofy decision behind how things work or how users are expected to use the software. I feel intuitive design isn't always behind these decisions, but am hopeful things will improve in the future.

I have been able to grow my email list quickly. Its automation features also make it easy to set up campaigns that help me make sales while sleeping.

Pros

Hubspot comes with all the features anyone requires to take their marketing to the next level. It has an easy interference that even a beginner can use it. Setting up lead capture forms takes only a minute. When I was starting, I didn't have money and it was hard, I tried looking for many companies but HubSpot offered a plan where you can start using without spreading much. Your forms and contacts are kept intact even when your website goes down. Besides. All emails send end up in the inbox and are not spam. i like it.

Cons

At the moment. I like the tool. it completes all my desired features, Although, i don't like the resolution on call-to-action features.

The thing I love about it the most is that it has a ton of integrations, so you can connect it with all of my other favorite tools to make my life easier.

Hubspot is a great marketing tool. It's easy to use, has many different features, and integrates seamlessly with our email marketing and CRM software. I am also impressed with the design and functionality of the tool. It has really helped us ramp up our marketing efforts in a timely manner!

Cons

I've been using HubSpot for a few months now and so far it's been a great tool. I like the fact that it's a complete suite with everything from CRM to analytics, so I never have to switch between apps to get work done. The only thing that I feel could use some improvement is the customer service.

This tool is practically already integrated by itself due to the features it has, unlike other platforms that do the work separately, I mean that with HubSpot I have complete management for social networks, both the creation of a post and the programming . Also afraid to run email marketing like campaigns and newsletters without using third parties like Robly or Mailchimp. Thanks to this platform, it has been possible to better measure the behavior of website traffic, social networks, the impact of integrations with ads, giving a true vision of how marketing is going, keeping everything in one place without any complications.

Pros

Although HubSpot looks like a very overwhelming platform, the customization is really simple and easy, having this as an aid for marketing workflow automation. With this platform it hasn't helped to keep a focus on managing new content either via email or social media, it's also very good at creating quick forms. HubSpot allows us to track, analyze and apply improvements, optimizing our responsibility to our customers and prospects because we have the content to do good marketing. I like that it's an all-in-one tool where you can find email tracking, social media, and even ads, without having to go to individual platforms to do the job.

Cons

There is a problem when it comes to having an integration with SalesForce and this method is important as it would be nice to have the ability to view customers and prospects without going directly into SalesForge since everything should be within the HubSpot platform. This is a minor and superficial problem but I feel that it is inconvenient for me, but there are times when the user experience is complicated when HubSpot makes an update changing things that were well placed and / or the appearance is changed such as the font or the text, this gets confusing and frustrating because if something works it shouldn't be touched. With the metrics I have problems since in some areas within the platform it is not possible to select to open a specific metric in more detail but I have to go to a new tab to be able to see the data in more detail. Lack of robustness within reporting.

Excellent, I highly recommend it.

Pros

In regards to Marketing, you can have your databases there with thousands of contacts, filter and segment them in lists (both imported lists or lists that are constantly adding contacts automatically), you can export said lists in a safe way, send massive e-mails and clone them for future use, create landing pages with real-time changes you can control, set-up forms you can link to your website to capture leads, generate links to your PDF files on the Internet, and many more features. In regards to Sales, you can give access to your sales teams; assign contacts and tasks to them; they can create tasks by themselves to track opportunities with specific closing dates, values, etc.; each sales manager can link HubSpot to their e-mail account to contact the leads, and also call them via phone with the mobile app; there are different kinds of reports with graphics showing the progress; among others. There is a mobile app as well.

Cons

It can be confusing when you are learning how to use it, like when you create a landing page and there are many options available, as well as the e-mails.

### "Great Now, and Getting Better Faster Than Any Other Competitor"

With Hubspot, we were trying to get all our marketing in once place to help keep from creating a spiderweb of tools. We used Hubspot for list organization, drip campaigns, attribution tracking, ad posting, customer service, sales pipeline, email campaigns, service tickets, and more.

Pros

This software is here to help create great customer experiences, and as a marketer you can focus on that. Hubspot has spent so much time making this software easy to use, that I can't name any other software that even comes close. It's incredible how easy it is to deploy a campaign, monitor performance, manage lists, and do so across multiple channels, and product lines. And what I love most, is that they continue to listen to their customers, and create great tools for marketers, so that they can create great customer experiences. So many high dollar software companies take your money, and forget about you. Hubspot goes above and beyond, always innovating and providing incredible customer service. We were in Enterprise, and if we ever had a problem, they would chat, phone call, or screen share with us any time of day, in under 15 minutes. Love these guys forever. Additionally, attribution tracking is incredible on this, I've never seen anything even close. You can see exactly how many sales you converted from campaigns, forms, marketing channels, and it's so easy to pull together. Going to Hubspot after using GA, FB, and LI pixels, you will begin to use Hubspot as your source of truth and never look back.

Cons

The social media monitoring and posting tools were there, but not the best. Likely though, this is because social media companies don't develop integration tools right away, so Hubspot can only do so much. Posting to social can be done, but posting Instagram stories, tagging other brands, etc will likely give you difficulty.
