### "Reliable and powerful CRM solutions for any kind of business design as a all-in-one platform."

March 15, 2026

5.0

As a senior consultant with certification, hubspot is the best CRM for entry level but also for bigger scale companies. Easily accessible and consistent , and possible to go beyond your expectations.

Pros

\-the free Marketing Hub services without payment option -Unmatched "Time-to-Value" and UX Consistency with powerful data contact management for list creation, audience -interface is consistent across Email, Social, and Workflows -The Workflows feature is very intuitive, powerful to handle complex logic -Email management easy to manage and setup

Cons

\-While the entry point is accessible for small business, the pricing jumps significantly for big scale integrations -Compared to Salesforce, HubSpot’s sandbox management is too simplified for deployment test

### "Place it all together but expensive to small teams."

May 7, 2026

5.0

If you have a budget for expanding your business, then HubSpot is a great tool. Enabled me to structure my marketing life much better than with five different low-cost instruments.

Pros

My favorite part is all of this is packaged in a single tool! I can manage my email campaign(s), social media posts and landing pages without having to switch between websites. My favorite part of that is the automation, it saves me a ton of time.

Cons

I find the one thing I can't stand is the price. Once you begin the addition of more contacts into the list, then the bill quickly skyrockets. Keep up with the expense is difficult for small businesses.

### "Powerful and User-friendly"

April 3, 2026

5.0

I'm a huge fan. It's so powerful and easy to use. Way faster learning curve to become an expert in HubSpot vs Salesforce.

Pros

Constantly innovating and improving. Plenty of resources between customer service, knowledge base, user groups and consultants. User-friendly, powerful, intuitive and with plenty of apps/integrations and flexibility so you can achieve anything you need.

Cons

not a con of marketing hub itself, but unfortunately so many companies are still stuck with their Salesforce CRM and integrating with HubSpot Marketing Hub instead of getting enterprise HubSpot. Get enterprise, it's so much cleaner and usable than Salesforce!

### "\*\*Review title:\*\* Powerful all-in-one marketing platform that makes execution easier"

April 3, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been very positive. It is one of the most user-friendly marketing platforms I have worked with, especially for email marketing, automation, contact management, and campaign execution. It is a strong all-in-one platform that helps teams stay organised and move faster. While it can become costly as needs become more complex, the ease of use, time saved, and strong integration with the wider HubSpot ecosystem make it a very valuable tool.

Pros

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it is to manage a lot of marketing activity in one place without it feeling too overwhelming. The email builder is straightforward, contact segmentation is powerful, and the workflows make it much easier to automate repetitive tasks. I also like that it connects well with the CRM, so marketing and sales are not working in silos. Reporting is clear enough for day-to-day use, and it helps you move quickly without needing lots of technical support.

Cons

The main downside is pricing, especially once you start needing the more advanced features or larger contact limits. Some useful tools are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can make it feel expensive as your business grows. Reporting can also be a bit limiting if you want deeper custom analysis, and there are times when setting up more advanced workflows or attribution requires more trial and error than expected.

### "Excels at email marketing, good CRM, but not an all-in-one marketing solution"

January 14, 2026

3.0

Hubspot is helpful for building workflows, email management, and as a CRM. But the limitations were too many for managing all our marketing activities within the Hubspot Marketing Hub.

Pros

As an advertiser, I really like the feature that allows us to create advertising audiences (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) based on customer lists direcly within Hubspot.

Cons

As far as marketing features (advertising campaign management, landing page creation/management, etc.), the capabilities are relatively basic. It's good for a smaller operation or simple marketing activities. But for individuals or teams who want to manage all the nuanced settings of their ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), break free from generic landing page templates, incorporate semi-advanced landing page features, etc, you won't be able to do all this in the Hubspot platform. Also, for enterprise packages, the cost gets pretty high pretty quickly.

Switched from

[Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/)

Mailchimp has since added features, but at the time, it was too limited for what we needed in a CRM. We were also pivoting away from Salesforce, and we shopped Hubspot Sales Hub at the same time.

### "Practical & Effective with great features. "

December 2, 2025

5.0

Honestly great for tracking campaigns, managing sequences, outreaching existing and potential customers. REally solid.

Pros

Great Crm, easy to use, solid kpi tracking, integrates well with most applications. Easy to manage accounts and leads + they are always updating features and especially in the past year or so they have been quick to role out new features.

Cons

Duplicate creation, It would be easier especially for people in sales roles if companies that were lareg that maybe have a few domains could still be attached to the parent domain and then link and organise each sub domain and contacts connected. Can be a little messy with data sometimes but generally very good.

### "Be very careful before signing a contract with HUBSPOT . "

March 4, 2026

1.0

Terrible - we thought we would give it our best shot, but on signing the contract, the sales team had changed us from a month-to-month contract to an annual contract. When the product failed for us, they refused to look at our evidence and us on obvious misrepresentation.

Pros

Great CRM. It looked like a great all-in-one company software package for our small company. The project management module and the sales hub looked like they would save us a lot of time from the outset.

Cons

Setting up was a disaster, and in particular, the TAX setting for invoices. It seemed like a great all-in-one for our company, but unfortunately, we just couldn't get it to work reliably. Customer support and account managers were useless in addressing our problems and ignored the obvious issues. The tax calculations embarrassed us in front of our clients. They have refused point-blank to relieve us from our $1400 per month contract that is useless to us. Never again

### "Higher prices are making us review other alternatives. "

April 24, 2026

3.0

Overall it’s good, but the new adjustments makes it dificult to be able to be a full admin without needed to have specific permissions for example sales professional, when I am and admin setting up workflows for sales and marketing.

Pros

The workflows for sending emails based on different triggers and being able to see several campaign results in on dashboard.

Cons

Hubspot has becomes more expensive, and keep getting stumbled with needing to purchase new users or upgrades.

### "Great marketing tool for managing accounts and streamlining email workflows"

May 9, 2026

5.0

I do a lot of outbound efforts in my role. I like how HubSpot integrates really well with tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn SalesNav.

Pros

I like HubSpot's user-friendly interface. I like being able to easily track all my daily tasks to complete. In my role I am able to easily ensure proper CRM hygiene of my prospects and use HubSpot's AI tools for email writing and discovery call notes.

Cons

There is a specific limit on how many contacts you can export into HubSpot and when you go over that limit the price tiers can get expensive.

### "Excellent tool, high price tag."

December 12, 2025

4.0

Great experience with the tool and it works great for us now, but unlocking the next stage will come with an enormous price tag. This tool is best suited for teams that will take full advantage of its capabilities.

Pros

This platform feels very cohesive and brings together everything we need for our very small marketing team. The interface is polished and user-friendly. The biggest highlight for us is probably the reporting functionality

Cons

Cost is the biggest barrier for us. Some of the more powerful features are locked behind higher-tier plans, so it’s easy to outgrow the lower-cost options. The pricing jumps significantly from the lower tier to the higher one.

### "Powerful all-in-one platform for inbound marketing teams"

January 3, 2026

5.0

Overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub is a reliable platform for managing inbound marketing and lead nurturing. It’s especially useful for teams that want structured campaigns, automation, and clear visibility across the funnel without relying on multiple tools.

Pros

HubSpot Marketing Hub works well as an all-in-one platform for email marketing, lead management, and automation. The interface is intuitive, workflows are easy to set up, and integration with CRM makes campaign tracking much smoother.

Cons

Pricing increases quickly as contact volume grows, and some advanced automation features are locked behind higher plans. Reporting customization could also be more flexible.

### "All-in-One Marketing Powerhouse for Scalable Growth."

February 25, 2026

4.0

Pros

What I liked about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how seamlessly it connects email campaigns, landing pages, automation workflows, and analytics in one intuitive dashboard. The automation tools are powerful yet easy to configure, making it simple to nurture leads at scale. Its built-in CRM integration keeps marketing and sales aligned, while detailed reporting gives clear visibility into what’s actually driving conversions.

Cons

HubSpot Marketing Hub costs can increase quickly as you scale contacts or unlock advanced features. Some customization options also require higher-tier plans, which may not suit smaller budgets.

### "All-in-One Marketing Powerhouse"

April 10, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been very positive. It’s a powerful, all-in-one marketing platform that makes it easy to manage campaigns, track performance, and nurture leads in one place. I really appreciated how well it integrates with the CRM and other tools, which helps keep everything organized and connected. The interface is generally user-friendly, and the automation features save a lot of time once they are set up.

Pros

What I liked most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how all-in-one and easy to manage it is for marketing activities. It brings together tools for email marketing, landing pages, social media scheduling, and analytics in one platform, which makes campaign management much more efficient. I also liked the drag-and-drop tools for creating emails and landing pages, since they don’t require any technical skills. The built-in CRM integration is another strong advantage because it helps keep track of leads and customer interactions in one place.

Cons

While the free and basic versions are useful, many of the more powerful tools are locked behind paywalls, which isn't that big of an issue to our company since we pay but could be troublesome for some smaller companies.

### "All-in-one marketing and email tools for journal growth"

November 12, 2025

5.0

HubSpot helped us grow our reader base and streamline outreach for more submissions and engagement with our content. Having all emails, leads, and analytics in one place enhanced our marketing efficiency at the International Journal of Nursing and Health Services

Pros

I like HubSpot Marketing Hub because, within one dashboard, it offers top quality in lead generation, bulk emailing, and campaign management. It’s also very user-friendly; it's easy for the publishing team to track the effectiveness of their outreach efforts.

Cons

Some customization and integrations require a bit of learning, and managing multiple email lists or campaigns can be time-consuming. The customer support is good but sometimes slow on deeper tech questions, which matters when launching big initiatives.

### "Uniting our e-commerce customer experiences."

March 4, 2026

5.0

As an E-Commerce Manager, I would be keen on monitoring the entire customer lifecycle. I do this as it helps me to centralize our marketing efforts and automate our email flows. It is an unquestionable giant, and the financial investment is enormous.

Pros

The convenience of being a complete one-stop shop is simply amazing, and we are able to integrate our email system with our overall retail contacts management database on a single roof.

Cons

The high onboarding costs and high upgrade costs are not good value to our 50-person company and the customer service usually only directs you to some generic articles rather than a technical support team.

### "Excellent marketing tool covering many key elements of marketing tech stack"

August 1, 2025

4.0

Great marketing tool although ideally needs to be purchased with other hubs to unlock the full potential. Will likely come across missing features if you only have the marketing hub.

Pros

Strong email marketing tool with all the basic options you need, manage and post social media posts, track marketing events (both "offline" and automatically e.g. Zoom webinars). Recent update to lead scoring provides a comprehensive toolset to tweak lead management.

Cons

Campaign management could be better and provide more options - e.g. more control of what counts as an influenced contact (email open treated the same as form submission). Better integration with social media to post, tag and comment/like through the platform.

### "Whole guest engagement."

January 10, 2026

5.0

We needed a way to track guest interactions apart from just a simple email list. This system provides us with an entire picture of our customer service and marketing efforts put together. It is powerful but has a steep learning curve as a small team you are trying to juggle daily operations.

Pros

Having all our emails, contacts, marketing interaction in one single dashboard is incredibly convenient.

Cons

The onboarding process is complex and take a long time to really understand. The pro features are priced out of reach for smaller hospitality businesses like ours.

### "Robust and game-changing"

A huge elevation to marketing processes in the company, which will eventually lead to a smooth running funnel for sales and marketing.

Pros

Cons

There is a lack of flexibility in the email template creator, making it difficult to design emails that stand out visually.

### "Hubspot marketing Review "

June 24, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, well-integrated, and offers a comprehensive suite of tools that make managing marketing campaigns efficient and effective. Its seamless integration with the CRM, strong automation capabilities, and user-friendly interface have made it easier to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. While there are some limitations with customization at lower tiers, HubSpot remains a powerful solution for streamlining marketing operations and driving engagement.

Pros

What I liked most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how user-friendly and centralized everything is. It’s great having tools for email marketing, automation, landing pages, and analytics all in one place — it really streamlines campaign management. The CRM integration also makes it easy to align marketing and sales efforts, which helps drive better results.

Cons

What I found least favorable about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that some of the more advanced features—particularly in areas like custom reporting, advanced automation, and integrations—are only accessible through higher-tier plans, which can become costly as needs scale.

Pros

I like that it's easy to use and simple but still advanced enough to do customizations and make advanced campaigns.

Cons

I feel like integrations with Salesforce isn't as integrated as well. Or at least Hubspot isn't set up the same way. For example Salesforce has Campaigns that have Sub Campaigns. You can't do this in Hubspot.

### "Terrible Customer Experience - Don't Bother if You're a New Customer"

October 8, 2025

1.0

As a business owner exploring a switch from another platform, I was hoping to get some basic guidance from HubSpot. My first impression was incredibly disappointing. First, their calendar booking service was completely non-functional; it just showed a blank screen. When I tried to find an alternative way to connect, I was given only two options: get a demo for a $300 product or use their generic chat/telephone support. All I needed was a simple 15-minute conversation with a human to understand if HubSpot was even the right fit for my business needs before committing time to a full demo. The fact that this isn't an option shows a complete disregard for the customer journey. It's clear that their process is designed to push expensive products, not to help business owners make informed decisions. If you are looking for a company that values building a relationship and understanding your needs, this is not the place. The focus is clearly on the dollars, not the customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Pros

A powerful and comprehensive platform. All the marketing and sales tools you need in one place. Beneficial for a small company.

Cons

Broken booking system and pushy sales tactics. They clearly don't care about new customers. Make it difficult to have a conversation to discuss options.

### "Useful, but too pricey."

April 29, 2026

3.0

My overall experience is therefore positive, but the positivity is getting contained, when I want to explore more and is met by further constraints within HubSpot.

Pros

I like how I can easily make a dashboard, that shows all leads that came from our marketing efforts, and that it contains a lot of information on those leads.

Cons

There are a lot of great functions, but they are hidden behind a paywall, and that paywall seems a bit too much. E.g. you can only create a certain amount of audience lists dependent on your package deal. But that audience list also can only contain what they call marketing contacts, which dependent on your package deal you only have a certain amount of, unless you buy more.
