### "Marketing Automation is a Breeze with Hubspot"

May 20, 2020

5.0

Prior to using Hubspot, we had no marketing automation platform at all. Nada. Marketing automation wasn't a thing for our company! Slow to the game, I know. However, the perk of Hubspot is just how quickly you can learn and use the software. You don't have to be an expert - everything is laid out for you exactly as you need it. Plus, the Hubspot support team is incredible. Now our company has a robust and thriving series of marketing automation workflows that are based on everything from NAISC codes to form submissions to deal stages. We're happy!!

Pros

Marketing Automation in Hubspot is incredible!! I couldn't be happier to work with this platform daily. From creating automated emails to implementing automated workflows - everything within Hubspot is easy peasy. When making the automated emails, it's literally as simple as 1-2-make email- click save for automation - done. I can't imagine it being any more intuitive. Then using the workflows feature that use these automated emails - super simple. We haven't progressed too much further down the automation rabbit hole than the above, but we'll get there. So if you're a company like ours who is moving a bit slower - but wants to focus on marketing automation - Hubspot is definitely the platform for you.

Cons

Only issue I've encountered is that Hubspot can be buggy at times. At least twice a month you'll get a notification in the system that your emails aren't sending, or that workflows are being delayed due to "unforeseen circumstances." It can take a day or so to resolve. Not too annoying, but I'd expect this once in a while - not monthly. Seems they have a few kinks to work out.

Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub

Hubspot is less expensive and is much more user-friendly than Marketo. We knew that we would be at a disadvantage by not having a Marketo expert in-house, so we went with Hubspot. Couldn't be happier!

### "No words for my love of Hubspot"

April 7, 2022

5.0

Pros

I'd like to preface this by saying I am a Hubspot power user - I use the tool every single day so my knowledge of the platform is deep. My marketing team uses Hubspot for just about everything and I think it's a great tool to have everything in one place from our website pages to workflow campaigns to reporting. I've found that the support team is very knowledgeable and helpful when a question arises. Plus, Hubspot did a really great job with providing users the necessary trainings to use the platform.

Cons

As I work for a larger company with a very advanced marketing team, I do feel that Hubspot tools can be limiting at times. Hubspot has all the data we would need for reporting but it isn't always accessible for dashboards. I oftentimes find myself within the Hubspot knowledge center having to request optimized features for things that seem very basic. Overall, the platform is great though!

### "Awesome experience with HubSpot Marketing"

December 22, 2022

5.0

Taking the plunge to join this organization was a turning point for my business. Through their professional presentations and meaningful analytics, I quickly gained insight into what had been holding me back from taking that next step forward in growth. Not only did it provide blog creation solutions; It provided an easy pathway to tap into knowledge I didn't know existed - unlocking new potentials within my venture!

Pros

After a brief adjustment period, I quickly discovered the immense potential of having all my marketing tools in one place. With Hubspot's help, I successfully moved all my marketing activities and now benefit from automated workflows & analytics as well as an landingpage experience. What truly sets them apart is their ability to track conversations with customers which helps me gain insight into how best to meet specific needs while scaling up operations.

Cons

The blog could benefit from improved editing options and a wider range of fonts, to ensure posts are presented in their best light. On the other hand, backlinking capabilities appear to be running smoothly. Furthermore, it would be helpful if each contact record provided easier access to form submission content as well as any subsequent emails associated with that individual.

### "An incorporated way to deal with marketing materials"

May 21, 2019

4.0

Hubspot has enabled me to work in a composed and quick way, without bringing about any mishaps. Today I have 3 accreditations supported by this stage and I truly comprehend and apply the Inbound Marketing system that is the fundamental base of Hubspot. It is astounding to deal with the site of the organization where I work and I trust that the expense/item proportion is reasonable. Picking Hubspot as our essential work instrument has been an incredible choice.

Pros

The genuine estimation of HubSpot Marketing is the reconciliation of each promoting stage. Blogs, email, landing pages, workflows, work processes and more can without much of a stretch be made - and incorporated - for a simple to utilize, across the board promoting entryway. Fundamentally, my organization utilizes HubSpot to rapidly construct and distribute blog entries. With the inherent online life apparatus, you can without much of a stretch offer the blog entry to your crowds. At that point, you can repurpose the substance you previously made for an email battle. Another most loved component: you can create beautiful landing pages. With this, you can make delightful presentation pages that make it simple for clients to change over to a deal, or showcasing qualified lead. Another extraordinary component is the examination instrument. You can see the presentation of each showcasing component in one nitty gritty dashboard. This encourages you see what's working - and so forth. This truly helped my organization put their advertising dollars where they're most powerful and effective.

Cons

There's only a couple of disadvantages to HubSpot, from my point of view. HubSpot works best when you can create a lot of substance. HubSpot is extraordinary at making your substance lovely and compelling, however in case you're not delivering content, you won't get the full esteem. Second, the valuing level for HubSpot can be somewhat steep for private companies without optional salary. I'd state the administration is as yet justified, despite all the trouble, yet the speculation requires talk and responsibility from the group to be an extraordinary venture. Ultimately, HubSpot requires an on boarding charge with each new contract. Presently, this on boarding expense isn't enormous, yet this was a hindrance for passage for my organization when we initially joined. The on boarding process unquestionably helped my group take advantage of HubSpot, be that as it may, as I stated, it was a slight obstacle for the group while considering HubSpot.

### "The Only All-In-One Marketing Automation Platform You Should Consider"

December 4, 2015

5.0

HubSpot is truly an all-in-one marketing automation platform. Expect to get your entire team involved as there are tools for everyone; email, calls-to-action, workflows, reporting, lead scoring, CRM, website CMS, social dashboard and so much more. As a HubSpot Platinum Partner, not only do we use this software for ourselves, but we use it for all of our inbound marketing clients. Inbound marketing gets results, if you do it correctly. Don't be fooled, executing a solid inbound campaign takes a lot of hours and a lot of know-how, HubSpot can help to alleviate that pain. With a dashboard that incorporates all of the necessary tools, you can forget about wasting time and focus on getting results. The HubSpot community is also something to be coveted. HubSpot has built a vast network of brand evangelists that are willing to help and share experiences with other users. HubSpot helps to facilitate these communities and offers a lot of their own content and expertise to aid users.

Pros

HubSpot is easy to use once you have gone through their training. You will need to understand the inbound methodology to see results, and with a HubSpot certification, you will have a great basis for how to use the tool out of the box. If you run into trouble, you can always call their very helpful support staff, or look to their online resources for help. Between HubSpot and their communities, this tools is very well documented. HubSpot also does everything. You will be able to cancel all other automation subscriptions after adopting this software.

Cons

HubSpot can seem expensive up front, especially if you are just starting out. It's worth the money if you can justify the amount of sales you will need to generate to justify the cost. You will also need to sign a one year contract, there is no month to month. Inbound isn't an instant fix, and HubSpot knows that. You will have to commit to a year to understand the full use of the tool. You will need to work with an agency. This isn't required, but in order to get the best out of the tool, you need to utilize a company that is in this tool day in and day out who is willing to partner with you strategically. Don't sell yourself short by trying to do it all yourself, it simply isn't feasible and you will be disappointed with the results.

### "The best email promoting administrations and programming"

March 2, 2023

5.0

As a matter of fact, more clients interface with email on cell phones, and that implies they can get to their messages over the course of the day, any place they are. Likewise, remember that cell phones have developed a ton as they support versatile instalment choices and empower clients to make online buys through their cell phones thanks to arrangements presented by Apple Pay and Google Pay. Each of these makes versatile advertising more significant than at any time in recent memory, which is the reason different promoting organizations endeavour to give direct deal connects to make it simpler for clients.

Pros

Fabricate or set up an email pamphlet. The best organizations offer multiple ways of doing this; For instance, you can import your own HTML document, you can begin without any preparation, or you can utilize a pre-planned layout. As a matter of fact, the greater part of these administrations has simple to-utilize UIs that permit you to pick precisely which components to incorporate, as well as picture libraries in which you can store different pictures, for example, your logo or organization pictures. Devices that permit you to test your messages for spam or spam are likewise fundamental since there are some apparently innocuous spam administrations out there that can toss all your diligent effort into the spam envelopes of your endorsers. Or on the other hand, much more dreadful, your messages might be hindered before they arrive at your clients.

Cons

The specialized help administration gave by every one of these organizations, as it isn't well accessible to all organizations as we anticipated. You'll find that a few organizations offer all-day, everyday telephone support and live visit as well as email help, while others pass on you to depend on restricted web-based specialized help documentation. The best organizations likewise offer a scope of self-administration help assets where you can look through FAQs and articles to track down your own responses, as well as live help by means of message or via telephone.

We can easily get the lists of our clients and their contact numbers. The comparisons of our bookings when we have incentives in our company. The benefits that I realized are that we can organize our jobs and our Managers can access the software and too handy to use. It makes our job more easier and well organized.

Pros

It makes our job as a Digital marketer to assist our Manager when it comes to our lists of clients and for the bookings of our tools that we are selling.

### "The best automation tool out there, if you can afford it"

January 9, 2023

5.0

Pros

I worked as a CRM and marketing automation specialist for years. I tried more than 20 mkt automation tool out there, and I can affirm it, Hubspot Marketing Hub is by far the best. It's fast, easy to understand and use with a great UX, with a lot of features to manage all of your inbound marketing effort in one place, amzing reporting capabiities, and it has for me the best automation capabilities out there. It also integrates with more tools and deeper than its competitotrs. You got it, this tool is amazing

Cons

Of course the cost. When a business asks me which marketing automation to choose, I only advice to go for Hubspot Marketing if it is a well established company with strong fundamentals, the one that can ensure it will earn more money than the cost of the tool, or a startup eligible to join the Hubspot for Startups program and get 2 years of discount on it.Also, it's the best for automations, but not for some other features, and you will end up not using it. There are great chances your outbound manager will manage its campaigns directly from FB ads or Google ads hubs. Your blog will be better managed directly on your domain, and your social media manager will use its own tool to planify its publications.

May 17, 2022

Implementing HubSpot was extremely easy and the customer support team helped us a lot. It made executing campaigns extremely simple and helped us save a lot of time. Though email deliverability still remained an issue to be solved.

Pros

Email campaign setup is extremely easy Can prepare intuitive workflows to take the next steps based on leads' actions Smart list creation makes contact selection easier Can build intuitive landing pages while dragging and dropping elements

Cons

Emails tend to fall under the spam folder of the recipient and it does not get detected by the analytics Reporting and dashboarding are not as great as salesforce Forms have limited types of fields to add

### "Finally I am on HubSpot!"

October 3, 2019

4.0

Over my career, I have been part of the implementation team for four other platforms. I finally got onto HubSpot and am very pleased with its capabilities. My team has adopted well, the integrations to other platforms are nice also. Overall, this has been a great experience. However, one major negative is how our account was handled. On-boarding was really not that valuable for us, we felt rushed and it was on HS time not ours. There also seems to be a lot of turnover happening in HS and my sales rep went completely dark on us when we needed them, no transition plan was brought forward. We also paid for a monthly strategy person who was great at the start, left HS, and my group was thrown into another person's account. That person tried their best to pick up the pieces but we ultimately were paying good money in strategic support and got nothing from it. No credit was issued, just admittance of how it was handled poorly with an apology. I do now have an account manager who has been with HS for more than 5 years and is truly great to work with.

Pros

Up-time, hardly ever system outages or glitches. Increased team efficiencies. The ability to use HubSpot as workaround solutions for other areas of marketing where we need to execute something we can figure out a way within HS to make it work. Landing pages, forms, workflows, and all other tools within the Marketing platform have been great. Easy to use, easy to train, and easy to transition to.

Cons

Some basic things you think should be included are not. For example, workflow chat transcripts are not available neither is the ability to identify profiles with multiple or secondary email addresses. Also, the drag and drop builder is nice but limited as you oftentimes find errors when trying to embed code within the template, it get denied even though you are able to select html editing.

### "HubSpot Marketing Hub a good Marketing Tool"

January 15, 2023

4.0

Using Marketing Hub's Ads tool, I can link all of my social media accounts together, consolidate all of my advertising channels into one place, and keep all of my data in sync. What's more, the platform helps marketing professionals adopt a customer-centric perspective, as we can see how our customers see us in real time.

Pros

I like HubSpot because of its user-friendly interface and the many ways in which it helps my company. For example, it simplifies email and social media marketing and gives me a breakdown of how many customers I've gained or lost thanks to each channel. The Marketing Core facilitates the development of traffic generation and conversion strategies.

Cons

I think HubSpot is missing some important social media features. In particular, a meeting link page can't have a custom thumbnail added, so it won't look right when displayed on LinkedIn.There is not a lot of room for personalization in email templates; the quality of landing pages is quite low; the quality of templates is poor; and basic web metrics are poor. It's difficult to distribute templates to others, and there are many HubSpot interface issues that need fixing.

In general extremely simple to utilize and strong email advertising device with simple simplified email developer and many formats to get everything rolling with. HubSpot is the most incredible in the market point of fact. Also, it assists us with robotizing all our promoting messages and append structures and fabricate presentation pages inside the stage that we use for our email advertising efforts.

Pros

Simple to utilize and has the best UX one can request 2. Profoundly adaptable and fragmenting email records and crowds is exceptionally simple with basic channels 3. It is a phenomenal decision for lead supporting and trickle crusades 4. You can without much of a stretch beginning Stomach muscle testing different email showcasing efforts 5. Personalization is truly outstanding inside HubSpot which assists us with acquiring drew in crowd and expanded open rates for messages 6. Extraordinary reconciliation with HubSpot CRM (Across the board place) 7. Great announcing highlights assisting advertisers with settling on informed choices

Cons

To make exceptional plans and change existing formats that HubSpot offers, it's anything but a simple undertaking and requires HTML/CSS information 2. The more awful thing with HubSpot is its cost and when you arrive at limit for adding contacts inside HubSpot - you are accused of gigantic measure of cash 3. I would rather not say this however client administrations aren't awesome

### "Automation Workflows"

June 12, 2019

5.0

I enjoy using the automation workflows! They are my favorite to set up and monitor in HubSpot. I love the flexibility of the application and the user-friendly quality that makes it easier for me explain how the workflow operates.

Pros

Workflows are easy to set up and can be used for a wide range of purposes, from nurturing leads to tracking event registrations. I have also used them for data management by copying data from the company level into the contact level. I am also able to test the workflow before activating and see which contacts would be enrolled in the workflow based on my enrollment criteria. I can also stop and adjust the workflow settings at any time.

Cons

Workflows have some limitations on the triggering criteria, time settings and company properties. Overall there is a lot of freedom on how to set up workflows. Only occasionally I will hit a curb but I can still get the job done.

### "All-in-One Marketing Solution"

January 18, 2023

5.0

Pros

Hubspot Marketing Hub offers comprehensive marketing tools that would Traditionally, a comprehensive marketing strategy would require the use of dozens of different software platforms. Each platform in our marketing stack would promise to easily integrate with the other platforms but the integration always lacked critical functionality. Hubspot Marketing Hub offers comprehensive marketing tools all in one complete package. Since implementing Hubspot, nearly all of our marketing and sales efforts live in Hubspot Marketing Hub which has resulted in huge improvements in productivity and increased revenue for our business.

Cons

Hubspot's value proposition is that it offers all marketing and sales tools within one platform. Although this certainly sets it apart from other marketing tools, it is also one of the biggest downsides of using the platform. Hubspot tends to focus on building new marketing tools over improving and expanding the features of the tools that already exist within Hubspot. As a result, most tools within Hubspot are good but not great. Our company is forced to make things work using the tools within Hubspot rather than purchasing a stand-alone software that offers significantly more features and functionality.

### "Must Have Digital Marketing Tool "

January 16, 2023

4.0

My overall experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been extremely positive. With so many features and tools, I have been able to create content that engages customers and drives conversions. The user-friendly platform makes it easy to navigate and understand the detailed reporting and analytics provided by the platform. It has become my go-to tool when launching new campaigns and reviewing data to determine what content is resonating with customers at any given time. I’m consistently impressed by how intuitive this powerful software is, allowing me to maximize ROI each time I run a campaign.

Pros

HubSpot Marketing Hub is an invaluable tool for marketing departments, providing tons of advanced capabilities to help optimize finances and operations. In particular, I found that one of the best features was its incredibly sleek dashboard which provided an overview of all operations in real time. This gave me a clear understanding of our performance in terms of leads generated and campaigns launched. Beyond that, HubSpot also gives you comprehensive analytics about where your leads are coming from and helps you create better customer journeys customized to different target audiences. Ultimately, HubSpot is the ultimate all-in-one platform for any marketer looking to improve ROI and maximize team efficiency.

Cons

One of the least favorite aspects of HubSpot Marketing Hub software was navigating to different pages and finding various features. The software's interface didn't have a very intuitive design or user flow, making it difficult to find certain tools or settings. Additionally, trying to bridge elements from one page to another was particularly challenging and ultimately led to frustration for some users. To make matters worse, customer service wasn't great in addressing inquiries about navigation issues. Allocating more resources toward user experience would likely benefit HubSpot in the long run and make their customers' lives easier when engaging with the software.

Good for starters headache to transfer data.

Pros

Easy to start, Free option for new businesses, great at tracking tasks and taking notes, inputting contact numbers and companies and deals are a few extra clicks than most but easy to see whats going on

Cons

Exporting data is a nightmare it exports contacts and companies and deals separately. Searching for a contact or company has to be searched in a seperate area had hard times finding files while on the \\phone with a customer. Pretty expensive if you want all their features and they are rediculously high. Impossible to get in contact wit customer service unless you pay a lot.

### "HubSpot has been a game changer"

February 13, 2020

5.0

We built our website and landing pages on HubSpot in addition to managing our email marketing through the system. Our sales team loves the insight into prospect activity to help them have more informed conversations. We've also seen some preliminary success with using an inbound marketing strategy.

Pros

We love the ease of use and administration, intuitive design, integration/collaboration between teams (service, sales, marketing), and the automation capabilities.

Cons

There are a few functionalities we'd like to see included in development, but I do find that HubSpot is VERY responsive to customer ideas and suggestions and many things that were unavailable when we first came on board are either now available or are currently in development.

We made the switch because we found Pardot to be less user friendly and more restrictive when it came down to content creation and gaining insights into contact behavior. We had also experienced some support issues with Pardot. We were using Pardot in conjunction with our parent company and were also running into some issues with list management and content partitioning. Pardot does have many of the features provided by HubSpot, Hubspot's are just simpler to use and the support is much better.

### "Small to Mid Sized Business use"

October 17, 2020

4.0

Overall, its a pretty good experience, everything is extremely streamline, although I hope more features will be added in the future. I would continue using this just for like newer customers and keep older customers on our old system only because the migration is very time consuming. Each customer would have to be recreated due to the lack of migration tools.

Pros

Great for small/startup or mid sized businesses to help their sales force track their sales data with many features for goals and customer data all in an easy to view window. Its pretty easy to setup companies and contacts with a ton of fields that you can customize. The file organization for each customer is easy to use and very self-explanatory. The software overall isn't overcomplicated and most of it is pretty self-explanatory. The emailing system is an excellent feature for making sure you have a record of all conversation with a customer.

Cons

So depending on the complexity of the business, the lack of features may be an issue, the software is pretty streamline right now just due to the limited amount of features available. I would've liked to see a few more options for file organization and customer organization. The email system as mentioned in the pro section is very useful in keeping track of conversations but it can only be applied to one customer at a time. It would be nice to be able to tell the software where you would like to store the messages. Another feature would be integration. There aren't a lot of options of integrating with custom CRM/ERP software right now, there are only 3 integration options available. So this is great for any company starting from scratch but alot of migration work for companies that have already established a system.

Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub

The cost and the simplicity of the software. Due to a language barrier, Hubspot was easy to train users.

### "The best marketing partner"

December 13, 2021

5.0

Pros

It is the most popular, popular, convenient, affordable program in the field of marketing. It automates most of your work, leaving you with little to no work. With it you can automate all the marketing work and track the result of your work. It offers a wide range of opportunities for your business. It has everything including CRM system, marketing tools, sales, email marketing, Messaging, Integration, B2B, B2C, Ecommerce.

Cons

It works flawlessly, it just needs advertising to reach a wider audience. Almost everyone knows it, but they use other platforms, I myself have instructed many to use this program, they are already using it, they are very satisfied. But I think it needs to be presented to the world more about what is good and what opportunities it has.

### "Broad Tool with Wide Range of Possibilities"

May 16, 2023

5.0

We have been using the software for about two years and it is still a work in progress. We now have daily process flows that are working well for us but are still not totally dialed in on the high-level dashboards and reporting functionality that will allow us to take the software from a daily workhorse to a productivity and profit builder.

Pros

HubSpot has many facets and can be tailored specifically to a users needs. It requires patience and dedication to overcome certain hurdles but given time this becomes easier to understand. Finding help can sometimes lead to frustrating conversations with experts wishing to sell you add-on services but those can be avoided and many solutions can be found internally.

Cons

Its broadness of capabilities can be both amazing for the wide spectrum of possibilities it offers but can also be frustrating that there isn't always a one-stop shop solution immediately available.

### "It´s a very easy to use CRM software, I love to use it daily because I save a lot of time."

April 25, 2018

4.0

I save a lot of time that I can use to be more productive in my business.

Pros

Easy dashboards and the social aspect and it's ability to manage my social media presence. Support is amazing. If you call them, they will be very kind and they'll love to help you. It's very easy and fun to use. It has easy to use interface and it allows a Search Engine Optimization (SEO). It will improve your experience daily. The platform design is simple. No programming knowledge required, easy for everybody. Its reports are detailed, straightforward but easy to read and understand. It has a lot of resources and training tools very helpful for an easy learning. It's a great CRM tool for manage your customers needings and discover opportunities in business. It can generate reports in a large variety of metrics, making it vesatile. Easy data finding just typing customer's name. It reduces the need of other tools. You can save a lot of time. There is an mobile app available, so you can use it and work anywhere. This software really simplifies marketing automation .

Cons

It's price. If your business is small and you have not a medium cash flow, good sales level and full-time dedicated worker it seems to be to much expensive in its cost-profit relation. Pricing can be expensive depending on the version you need. It stops working completely sometimes. It's hard to find customers with latin names because important characters like the accent are not available. It's hard to get friendly with the app. Sometimes information finding is difficult, it may take a while to find it. The contract is billed annually, not monthly. The market platform reporting could be better. Too much time needed for customizing it before you can use it easy. It's not the dream application fot multinational companies that work in multiple currencies. Sometimes you get daunted using it. The editors for mailing or webpage creating can be clunky. If you are not enough carefully you can get awful results. Sometimes tools need to be improved for a better performance and to be functional and friendly to the user.
