My overall experience was positive and it covered 99% of our requirements.

Pros

HubSpot is fantastic and the MarketHub handles everything we do including Social Media, Ads, and emails. I love that we can easily create landing page that work with an email, track users and even add a code to our website to track where users have been on our site (Registered users)

Cons

The way they use contacts made the product VERY expensive. I would prefer to see a large bucket of users along with a way to keep users in our account when we don't use them for marketing. It was a significant cost to load users and then never market to them. I understand they maybe making some changes at this time but we chose to leave because of this cost.

Love HubSpot. Their customer success is on point, the tool pretty much automates our entire customer journey from trialist to paying customer - love it!

Pros

What's not to like?! Honestly, this tool has changed everything for our company. As a marketing team, we have visibility on every customer, who in the company has been in touch with them and what their lifecycle stage is. We do everything through HubSpot - website, blog, emails, workflows, customer success, sales and social media.

Cons

Not much. It can become overwhelming because there are so many amazing features. I will never work at a company that doesn't use HubSpot - this tool is worth every expensive penny we spend every month.

Overall my experience with HubSpot is amazing. I am using it on a daily basis and found it very helpful for my work. I am using it for campaign creation, campaign management, bulk emails sending to customers and new prospects, tracking emails, bounce rates, open rate, click rates which is a very amazing feature and accurate. I love the way I can manage all data and information which in it and fetching reports and creating dashboards is very easy and very informative in it.

Pros

I like HubSpot easy to use user interface and powerful marketing automation feature the most. I love HubSpot mobile app which is very easy to use and effective, because of this now anyone can access their HubSpot account from anywhere easily with their mobile app and on the other hand I like their dashboard reports and email tracking system too.

Cons

There is one thing that I dislike about it and want to highlight it which is HubSpot is a little bit expensive but I can say also that this platform is worth to spend.

I have access to all the major marketing tools and all the education I need to make sure I understand the market and how to better connect with my audience. HubSpot is a great tool that helps businesses reach their goals and grow by growing their online presence.

Pros

I like that it hosts literally everything you need tool wise to help you execute your marketing strategy. Having the blogging and social sharing platforms in one place has been extremely easy to use. They truly set you up for success by having tons of resources, checklists, etc. available so that you know how to market and connect with your audience.

Cons

Specifically for the software, I do not understand the Design Manager. This directly affects your marketing because if you are editing a template so that it is unique for the campaign you are working on you have to use the design manager. I think it is confusing to anyone who does not understand coding. The old design manager made way more sense to me. Looking at HubSpot as a product it is not convenient that their tier metric is contacts and the annual payment is inconvenient. As a HubSpot partner, we sell this to customers and lose a bunch of them because the annual price or we lose customers from going to Pro rather than basic because the contact metric will screw them over and they will wind up paying more.

We like it.

Pros

We really enjoy managing all our social media tools from HubSpot (except LinkedIn). It is also very easy to set up and execute automated mail campaigns. The preview screens for social media posts are really helpful to spot any possible mistakes. It's also great to receive notifications when someone downloads or signs up for our content. The customer support team is very quick and helpful when needed.

Cons

We cannot post Reels for Instagram through HubSpot, which requires manual intervention. We also cannot post on our LinkedIn account. Could be a great enhancement.

The ability to create main and subfolders in the HubSpot Marketing Hub helps a lot in organizing information about products, advertising campaigns, and customers, and the automation features, creating lists based on activities, user characteristics, and the main profile helps a lot to complete tasks smoothly. Automating some of our core functions with the HubSpot Marketing Hub has increased our ability to identify good leads and provide sales reps with appropriate reports that increase their likelihood of engaging, as well as emails that we can assign to various processes.

Cons

There are some functionalities that are wonky with the CMS as we host our website on HubSpot as well. Our developer runs into problems here and there and has to often find roundabouts, but other than that, everything is awesome.

I really love how easy it is to set up marketing email campaigns. It has helped my team reduce the time it takes to create marketing campaigns as you can duplicate (Benefits A-B testing) and better understand how to optimize marketing emails.

Cons

Support could definitely get better. A lot of training videos and relying on email responses with the team. For the price, it may seem good but still a lot of manual training. Also, I have old data from previous software but the importing/syncing is a bit more manual work.

Answering some messages, sending welcome messages, or being able to send certain emails can be very time consuming and tiring if done manually. In fact, in cases where the volume of users is too large, it could be impossible. The best solution to these problems is using HubSpot

Pros

With the automation of marketing, we rely on the behavior to customize emails, content and offers. Automate email campaigns to help our prospects move through the funnel and generate more qualified sales opportunities. It also creates extraordinary emails without having to modify codes. You choose between a dozen activations, conditions and actions to send the appropriate emails to the right sales opportunities at the right time. But the best thing of all is that each workflow that it generates can be linked to a clear objective, so that we will always know if our emails work correctly. Also, because workflows are part of the fully integrated marketing platform, it also has the tools to grow and replenish our database as contacts leave the list naturally over time.

Cons

The marketing aumatixación can become a complex process apart from the economic expense generated by its use. Also when there are so many tools we run the risk of focusing on paying attention to one and leaving out many automated marketing opportunities and we would be paying for functions that we do not use. In addition, all the tools for automated marketing have their fundamental basis in the segmentation of leads, and their function is to gather information about these users in order to deliver certain content. And the problem with this is that often this information is not always accurate enough and could lead us to deliver content to unsuitable people at the wrong time and, then, not get anything to help us, or the client in his decision-making or the brand in its growth.

### "I can't imagine doing my job without HubSpot"

I've been using HubSpot in different roles at different jobs for over 3 years now and I still can't speak highly enough about it. I use HubSpot every single day to post blogs, manage campaigns, track email engagement, and more. Now, we've even started to build sites in the HubSpot website builder for our clients and are rebuilding our company site in HubSpot as well. I've tried other tools and while some may say with HubSpot you're somewhat "stuck" with their selection of tools...that's fine with me because they're truly the best!

Pros

Their blog optimization tools are invaluable and the tracking and analytics are fantastic. HubSpot is so easy to use and they provide so much great training and support as well. Plus, they're constantly improving it and adding on. For example, they recently added additional reporting options, paid ad tracking in the ads add on, and more. We also use the CRM and it's really great because it's finally a CRM designed for ease of use by salespeople. So many CRMs are designed to give upper management the reports they need but are so difficult for salespeople to use and use well that it defeats the purpose. Anyway, HubSpot is awesome and I honestly can't imagine doing my job without it.

Cons

There are some occasional bugs especially with the new WYSIWYG/WYSIWII editor but support is always super responsive and can usually help remedy any issue quickly and easily. My one con for HubSpot used to be that their reporting left a lot to be desired but now with the new reporting add on that's not really true anymore. I guess the only con I would have with HubSpot is that it does take time to get started and get going with content. It's a full time job to manage content and marketing in HubSpot so if you can't dedicate time and resources to the tool - don't think it's going to just magically make your marketing better - especially not over night. If you understand that then I have no cons!

Awesome! My favorite overall marketing tool.

Pros

HubSpot Marketing is a great software to use. There are many different aspects of marketing - social media, email blasts, work flows, custom contact fields, lists, website design, etc. - that you can create in HubSpot. HubSpot having so many aspects of marketing is a great thing because they all are in sync with each other under the same platform. For marketers that dig deeply into analytics and metrics, having everything integrated under one platform is super helpful. Not only that, most popular marketing tools have integrations built with HubSpot. I can confidently say that HubSpot is the reason our marketing department functions. And any time we have a problem, it's very easy to get HubSpot on the phone for support. I can't wait to see what additions HubSpot will add next to their marketing tools!

Cons

HubSpot can be as simple or complex as you'd like it. The more complex you get, the more difficult it can be to achieve the result you want. Workflows and back-ends of their website builder can get very complicated very quickly if you don't know what you're doing. HubSpot does have a rather large resource center with walk through videos, so anyone can learn it. Just take the time to learn what you are doing beforehand.

This is an amazing web application that I have been using for various purposes. Starting from the smallest thing, it offers an awesome email tracking tool that never bothers you and does not cause spam issues. I am also using it for email marketing, and the best part is that I can send up to 2000 emails for free from my Hubspot email server and get proper analytic data.Overall, this is one of the tools that I love the most.

Pros

The platform itself is quite robust, but it is very user-friendly. Hubspot has many of the same functions/abilities of the larger more expensive platforms, at the same time, being user-friendly.

Cons

The audience segmenting and manipulation was a little clunky, but over all not too bad.Also it would be nice to be able to limit visibility between different departments and teams.

Having an all-in-one website and CRM platform integrated with their social media, blog, sales pipeline etc, etc... All of their contacts are in one place with extensive information on their interactions with the brand - what content they are actively engaged with. It's truly valuable for medium to large businesses looking to utilise data and automation in their business.

Pros

Excellent CRM for sales and automation. Innovative workflow triggers allow for nearly any automation solution you can think of. Assigning tasks to sales team members, automatically moving deals to different stages of the pipeline, automating emails and communications. Hubspot is an advanced and genuinely useful software for marketers in particular.

Cons

Considering these advanced features, it can be quite expensive. So it's not for every business.

Best tool in my tech stack!

Pros

I can do all my marketing activities in one platform - in the past I had to use multiple platforms some of which didn't integrate and it make it difficult and impacted on results. HubSpot is so easy to set up and use. The landing, website and blog pages are all drag and drop and are easily editable. The forms are easy to create and add to pages.The social media scheduling is very handy and saves me so much time. The integration with the CRM is great and is invaluable for both marketing and sales. The analytics and reports are so helpful and easy to create.

Cons

HubSpot does everything I want and more, honestly there are currently no downsides for me.

The automation and visibility are the greatest features that HubSpot Marketing Hub can offer to your company. It is really easy to use and maintain, whether you have a small or a larger marketing (or lead generation) team. You can keep track of everything that's happening in every active or past campaign with just a few clicks.

Cons

Although HubSpot offers solutions for every stage of lead generation and management, tracking a lead from a campaign through the sales pipeline once its deal card is created is not straightforward. While it is possible with the right skills and advanced knowledge, it will require a learning curve and some time to refine the results.
