Answering some messages, sending welcome messages, or being able to send certain emails can be very time consuming and tiring if done manually. In fact, in cases where the volume of users is too large, it could be impossible. The best solution to these problems is using HubSpot

Pros

With the automation of marketing, we rely on the behavior to customize emails, content and offers. Automate email campaigns to help our prospects move through the funnel and generate more qualified sales opportunities. It also creates extraordinary emails without having to modify codes. You choose between a dozen activations, conditions and actions to send the appropriate emails to the right sales opportunities at the right time. But the best thing of all is that each workflow that it generates can be linked to a clear objective, so that we will always know if our emails work correctly. Also, because workflows are part of the fully integrated marketing platform, it also has the tools to grow and replenish our database as contacts leave the list naturally over time.

Cons

The marketing aumatixación can become a complex process apart from the economic expense generated by its use. Also when there are so many tools we run the risk of focusing on paying attention to one and leaving out many automated marketing opportunities and we would be paying for functions that we do not use. In addition, all the tools for automated marketing have their fundamental basis in the segmentation of leads, and their function is to gather information about these users in order to deliver certain content. And the problem with this is that often this information is not always accurate enough and could lead us to deliver content to unsuitable people at the wrong time and, then, not get anything to help us, or the client in his decision-making or the brand in its growth.

### "I can't imagine doing my job without HubSpot"

I've been using HubSpot in different roles at different jobs for over 3 years now and I still can't speak highly enough about it. I use HubSpot every single day to post blogs, manage campaigns, track email engagement, and more. Now, we've even started to build sites in the HubSpot website builder for our clients and are rebuilding our company site in HubSpot as well. I've tried other tools and while some may say with HubSpot you're somewhat "stuck" with their selection of tools...that's fine with me because they're truly the best!

Pros

Their blog optimization tools are invaluable and the tracking and analytics are fantastic. HubSpot is so easy to use and they provide so much great training and support as well. Plus, they're constantly improving it and adding on. For example, they recently added additional reporting options, paid ad tracking in the ads add on, and more. We also use the CRM and it's really great because it's finally a CRM designed for ease of use by salespeople. So many CRMs are designed to give upper management the reports they need but are so difficult for salespeople to use and use well that it defeats the purpose. Anyway, HubSpot is awesome and I honestly can't imagine doing my job without it.

Cons

There are some occasional bugs especially with the new WYSIWYG/WYSIWII editor but support is always super responsive and can usually help remedy any issue quickly and easily. My one con for HubSpot used to be that their reporting left a lot to be desired but now with the new reporting add on that's not really true anymore. I guess the only con I would have with HubSpot is that it does take time to get started and get going with content. It's a full time job to manage content and marketing in HubSpot so if you can't dedicate time and resources to the tool - don't think it's going to just magically make your marketing better - especially not over night. If you understand that then I have no cons!

Awesome! My favorite overall marketing tool.

Pros

HubSpot Marketing is a great software to use. There are many different aspects of marketing - social media, email blasts, work flows, custom contact fields, lists, website design, etc. - that you can create in HubSpot. HubSpot having so many aspects of marketing is a great thing because they all are in sync with each other under the same platform. For marketers that dig deeply into analytics and metrics, having everything integrated under one platform is super helpful. Not only that, most popular marketing tools have integrations built with HubSpot. I can confidently say that HubSpot is the reason our marketing department functions. And any time we have a problem, it's very easy to get HubSpot on the phone for support. I can't wait to see what additions HubSpot will add next to their marketing tools!

Cons

HubSpot can be as simple or complex as you'd like it. The more complex you get, the more difficult it can be to achieve the result you want. Workflows and back-ends of their website builder can get very complicated very quickly if you don't know what you're doing. HubSpot does have a rather large resource center with walk through videos, so anyone can learn it. Just take the time to learn what you are doing beforehand.

My overall experience with the application is awesome!

Pros

This is an amazing web application that I have been using for various purposes. Starting from the smallest thing, it offers an awesome email tracking tool that never bothers you and does not cause spam issues. I am also using it for email marketing, and the best part is that I can send up to 2000 emails for free from my Hubspot email server and get proper analytic data.Overall, this is one of the tools that I love the most.

We do a lot of internal communication using Hubspot with emails.

Pros

The platform itself is quite robust, but it is very user-friendly. Hubspot has many of the same functions/abilities of the larger more expensive platforms, at the same time, being user-friendly.

Cons

The audience segmenting and manipulation was a little clunky, but over all not too bad.Also it would be nice to be able to limit visibility between different departments and teams.

I've been using Hubspot Marketing Hub for over a year now across multiple businesses of all shapes and sizes. What they all value is the advanced automation. Having an all-in-one website and CRM platform integrated with their social media, blog, sales pipeline etc, etc... All of their contacts are in one place with extensive information on their interactions with the brand - what content they are actively engaged with. It's truly valuable for medium to large businesses looking to utilise data and automation in their business.

Pros

Excellent CRM for sales and automation. Innovative workflow triggers allow for nearly any automation solution you can think of. Assigning tasks to sales team members, automatically moving deals to different stages of the pipeline, automating emails and communications. Hubspot is an advanced and genuinely useful software for marketers in particular.

Cons

Considering these advanced features, it can be quite expensive. So it's not for every business.

Best tool in my tech stack!

Pros

I can do all my marketing activities in one platform - in the past I had to use multiple platforms some of which didn't integrate and it make it difficult and impacted on results. HubSpot is so easy to set up and use. The landing, website and blog pages are all drag and drop and are easily editable. The forms are easy to create and add to pages.The social media scheduling is very handy and saves me so much time. The integration with the CRM is great and is invaluable for both marketing and sales. The analytics and reports are so helpful and easy to create.

Cons

HubSpot does everything I want and more, honestly there are currently no downsides for me.

Pros

The automation and visibility are the greatest features that HubSpot Marketing Hub can offer to your company. It is really easy to use and maintain, whether you have a small or a larger marketing (or lead generation) team. You can keep track of everything that's happening in every active or past campaign with just a few clicks.

Cons

Although HubSpot offers solutions for every stage of lead generation and management, tracking a lead from a campaign through the sales pipeline once its deal card is created is not straightforward. While it is possible with the right skills and advanced knowledge, it will require a learning curve and some time to refine the results.

We managed to boost our sales by over 10% with only a year of inception into our operations and so the experience was really great. We don't forsee fortfeiting Hubspot anytime soon. With such a poweful software, you can only expect to better your results.

Pros

The software has a simple user interface that requires little effort to enable you customize your preferences. We have been able to use the software in our organisation to track our coversations with our customers with very little ease. As such, we can appropriately send offers and campaigns to our audinces using this tool and at the same time doing follow ups with the same tool. Morover, the mobile version enhances the flexibility of your operations. Hubspot customer support is very reliable as they offer quick responses for to your queries or any other needs.

Cons

It is worth noting that some features may have complexities and can give newbies quite a hard time. This may force you to invest more in training your team to use it.

Hubspot makes it easy for me to have an easily customer database that i can access easily. I interact with many clients by hubspot emailing. It makes it easier to retarget potential clients in the emailing list. The interface easy to work with however the software does not have customer support system on the free trial which may be hard if one encounters a problem. Overally the software has given me many benefits over demerits.

Pros

It offers an opportunity to use a free plan which is comprehensive. It delivers what it promises to offer on free plan The platform has an interface which is friendly and easy to understand. You can navigate well. It is easy to create for example landing pages, forms and emails are all drag and drop. Hubspot has great customer support team which can be accessed via chat, emai or phone depending on which plan you are. It offers free tools like email signature generator, business templates, invoice template generator.

Cons

Hubspot hass too much plans and pricing options which may make users stick with free version or move to another provider. Hubspot has no customer support on the free version.

Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub

Has an awesome free edition that surpass most paid CRMs and can be used across the whole marketing team. It is even good for small enterprises.

Excellent - customer support is a little frustrating as it can take a little while for people to revert, and often you're pointed to articles etc. All of which is fine but it's almost over-detailed for usage.

Pros

The list generation and management and campaign management features are, frankly, unrivalled and the way it integrates seamlessly into hubspot CRM so that leads can easily be tracked during the conversion process. Also permission monitoring is really good.

Cons

There are almost too many features to use and understand.

Metro Fun Center began its relationship with HubSpot on December 1st, 2020. Our contract/subscription was auto-renewed on December 1st, 2021. Attempts to get information on downgrading our account or canceling our account began in mid-December, unsuccessfully. On January 5th, 2022, we sent an online email for assistance because no calls had been returned and I (we) had been placed on hold several times to no avail. We entered into an “online chat “ with a rep who gave us our first experience with HubSpot Customer ‘No’ Service. After this conversation, we landed with a gentleman whose title is Senior Customer Success Manager (a title that belies what he actually does in regards to a customer being successful, or maybe it is to assure that HubSpot is successful in NOT assisting their customers when they are not happy with HubSpot). Metro Fun Center has spent currently upwards of 50K for a CRM that we are not fully utilizing and are unable to utilize. This can be evident in our past and current usage. HubSpot, if they were truly concerned about the success of their customers and were forward-thinking then they see when customers are not utilizing their product and would reach out to them to offer any assistance. But their customer's success again is NOT their goal but bleeding their customers for monthly payments IS their goal. And they are clearly succeeding. Once an auto-renewal is done then a customer can not even downgrade to a lesser package which would be nice especially

Pros

Since Huubspot has a broad range of features it allows us to integrate everything together to reduce any errors or data inconsistencies. Everything around emails & workflows as well as form management is great and is easily integrated with Salesforce and Webflow.

Cons

The biggest problems I see with Hubspot is the clunkiness with all dashboards and data visualizations. There is limited functionality and setting us a dashboard is unnecessarily confusing. Secondly, their social media scheduling tool is just okay. When we were using this feature set we saw some technical bugs and just moved to another tool.

My overall experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been great and I would definitely recommend the software to colleagues. The software helps make my life easier and more organized.

Pros

HubSpot Marketing Hub is a user-friendly software that helps keep data and analytics regarding marketing efforts all organized in a singular hub for all team members to be able to access at any stage of a marketing campaigns lifecycle. The best part of this software is the ability to stay organized with multiple projects by multiple team members with visibility for all important tasks by multiple departments.

Cons

What I liked least about this software is that the program does not communicate with outside networks to pull and gather relevant data that has not been directly set as parameters in the actual software. Being able to pull data from online sources to include in further marketing analytics would be helpful.

The email templates and automation tools are the crown jewels of this software. I've used other email software and this one is so much easier to automate and the templates are easy to put together. I highly recommend hubspot for anyone in need of email marketing tools.

Cons

The social media section of hubspot is pretty lackluster. There aren't a lot of options in terms of analytics and it sometimes takes the system forever to load tags.

I love the additional content and training articles that help you use the platform to the fullest

Pros

Hubspot is a great tool for keeping track of contacts, creating lead gen forms, mailing, meeting automation

Cons

There are so many features, customization takes time and you really have to first outline specific usage to ensure you get all the features you need in the package you buy, otherwise you bleed money for every extra purchase. I find customer support to be quite reluctant to respond, when booking a meeting our account manager is available in 10 days to 2 week time
