### "HubSpot - best support in the biz"

11/10 would recommend. Lots to like here.

Pros

Good functionality, amazing support team. I basically live on live chat. They're extraordinarily responsive and are genuinely committed to solving your problem. Of all the tech I've used it is the absolute best. From a functionality perspective, there's a lot of power here. Workflows, scoring (if your wrangle it a bit), and lists are all incredibly powerful. Those three features alone, plus the way they interface with email and ads, make the software worthwhile. The sync to SFDC is generally pretty good.

Cons

Reporting is very weak. It's great for marketing metrics, but reporting anything up the chain is difficult, especially compared to the ease of doing the same work in SFDC. The website builder is pretty poor and creates unnecessarily complex and messy code. The SEO functionality is very weak. But - to be clear - HS is trying to do everything. There are always going to be bits that are great and bits that stink when you're covering functionality that spans from front end web expereinces to boardroom reporting. It's a matter of deciding what's right and important to your organization.

I love how intuitive HubSpot is. The interface is easy to look at and easy to use.

Cons

Licensing for 1 is reasonable. If you need 1-5 users, but aren’t mid-scale the subscriptions can get pricey.

I love HubSpot. I tend to get a little freaked out due to the cultishness of the product and the philosophies you almost need to subscribe to if you want to get the most out of it. But it is a wonderful CRM and a CMS if you choose to go there.

Pros

Pretty much everything. It's easily to use, great GUI, can be affordable based on clients needs, really an all in one solution.

Cons

Gets very costly based on contacts needed, or features needed. There is also a cult-aspect the more you dig deeper.

### "Beware of the Ad Spending Limit"

I signed up for another year to get access to Microsoft Ads control (supposed to be in BETA.)

Pros

When enabled, it is easy to review the overall advertising performed in Google, LinkedIn and Facebook. Basically an All-In-One platform to create content, share content and see who interacts with the media.

Cons

Recently learned about a $10,000 limit per month on advertising. Normally do not spend this much monthly, but I was on Holiday. Going on my 11th day without using the ADS feature. (It stopped allowing maintenance of the ads through the easy to use control panel for ads because I went 465 dollars over the limit in December.)

As mentioned it was a daunting task to hand all marketing activity over to an automated system, but the accuracy and proactive nature of the platform make it an essential marketing tool.

Pros

\- Integrates perfectly with CRM for easy automation to the leads and prospects already in your system. Takes a lot of the heavy lifting out of email campaigns. - Detailed campaign metrics make automation a breeze. - The concept of creating a fully autonomous marketing machine was initially daunting, but it was simple and intuitive to set up. Once installed you leave it alone to do all the hard work. - Highly customizable features allow for extremely poignant targeting and gives you maximum flexibility to be as specific or broad as you'd like.

Cons

\- Very little wrong with the automation process. All the trainings and customer support take away any potential confusion or frustration setting up automation process. Can't complain! - \*Only potential con I could see people having is the price. Without incubator pricing the product can get very pricy and will obviously scare away smaller companies and startups, but if you can get the incubator pricing the value it brings is worth every penny.

HubSpot is a good value considering what you get and what you pay. It's easy and gets results.

Cons

As with anything, you can make HubSpot really complicated. But that's our choice. We now have a team that manages the system.

Cons

Brilliant. Customer service is great. Knowledgebase is second to none. Features are very powerful. I love it.

Pros

Whether you're a small business using hubspot marketing starter, or an enterprise business using marketing hub enterprise, it's hard not to find great value and power in the suite.I'm a long time user, so I find it incredibly easy to use and navigate, but I have trained a lot of people to use hubspot and most people think the user experience is great. It has lots of power and can do complex things but if you need simple functions, it is there for you as well.

Cons

The costs can creep up quickly as your marketing contact tiers climnb but if you keep an eye on your database, it shouldn't be an issue.

for the rest everything is ok but here I would have liked that thanks to the application we can directly on the platform have access to a customer book on which we can base ourselves to carry out campaigns and thus present our products in fact it would have been very cool but for the rest everything is nickel

Pros

I discovered HubSpot through their blog article. Although I read the reviews about it and I started to use the trail version. After one month I felt very comfortable with the tool. The price is little bit expensive for me. However, when I compared with the other tools, It was totally worth the price. There is So much to mention but I really want to highlight these areas. The tool is Integrated Digital Platform for Marketing, CRM & Sales. So, it takes care of all the repetitive tasks so that you focus on the proposed areas. Besides, it’s a powerful tool for brand visibility.

Cons

I do not see anything negative since the platform is regularly making improvements. However, I would like to highlight one point that I face difficulties when I handle large volume of posts. So, this offers limited possibilities for more advanced customization.

Good choice for your marketing strategy. Advanced sales reporting and forecasting, extensive marketing tools available as well for a better performance. So easy to use, strong onboarding with step-by-step guidance.

Pros

The app does an amazing job at tracking and updating data, automatization is great as well as reporting and sales features. It has a free plan and flexible pricing on the other side. Easy to use and easy to create, customer support is more than excellent.

Cons

You have to consider the limitations between the free and the paid options. NO live chat, sometimes that is a plus.

We are able to keep leads organized and nurture them through the sales process. I am able to assign tasks and deals/contacts to other team members, it is really universal with our whole team. The marketing videos and educational videos really help also.

Pros

It helps keep me organized with the incoming and current leads. Im able to search easy and organize the lead types to find what I Need. It shows all information I need for each lead, vs the old system we used to use.

Cons

I need two monitors to be able to use it easy. So being able to be more functional with the lead and the deal record in one tab would be helpful.

I am yet to find any aspect of HubSpot Marketing that I do not like. However, I do wish it was little bit more user friendly, especially for complete beginners.

The best one so far is the lead nurturing program of the software, without any technical knowledge one can use Hubspot and manage their leads, view analytics (Traffic, campaigns, etc) build landing pages (Drag and drop) and so much more. I love everything about Hubspot

I would say that it needs new forms, we can no doubt create forms but within the section, the careers form should have been a template.

Pros

is intuitive. Ease of use is one of the primary reasons to consider HubSpot. It's easy to set up, configure and integrate with other applications. I do like that I can train others to use it across sales and marketing and empower them to take on responsibilities rather than having to ask me to set up or execute specific tasks in the tool.

Cons

ABM abilities are limited but they are working on added capabilties fairly regularly. There are better solutions for ABM in the marketplace for sure, but I would like to use one tool for B2B marketing automation if possible.

Cons

From this point of view, I found limitations with the website analysis data. They can provide more accurate and real-time data. As well as, it does (from time to time) require a technical consultant).

Pros

It is easy to use after the training and I really like their support system. When you have any problem, they will give you the best solution for the first time and solve your trouble.

Cons

If it needs to say something least like I think it is nothing. As a startup company, HubSpot plays the most important role in our company and it is like one partner. Especially it's an all-in-one system, it will help save a lot of time and more efficient. Price is not a big problem if you compare it's with your employee salary.
