### "Great for Newsletters"

It is very difficult to create a newsletter in Outlook and send out to a great number of people. Generally, I have to create a PDF to attach. That is not a good way to send a newsletter because most people won't open it. However, the Hubspot newsletter appears in the body of the message and people can easily look at the articles and click on the items they want to know more about.

Pros

I use Hubspot Marketing for creating and sending monthly newsletters. They are easy to create and look beautiful and very professional. Once created then I can send to my newsletter list that I created in the Hubspot CRM. The best part is that I can then see who opened my newsletters, what links they clicked on and other activity. I also know my open rate and click rate. This is very useful for me to see what is working and what is not. Valuable feedback so that I can continue to improve the newsletter to improve my results.

Cons

It takes a little time to create the first newsletter or marketing piece. But once I have the initial design, all I have to do is use the same theme and design for future newsletters.

It has allowed us more sophisticated emails and segmentation of our user base. It has also allowed our marketing team much more control over the website without the need for web developers.

Pros

Marketing is at the core of HubSpot and that is what we use it for. It has links and syncs to Salesforce but mainly we manage our website and run all our email marketing through it.

Cons

The inability to deduplicate things or merge things when the sync to Salesforce is enabled. Leads to messy data and is really frustrating they have not developed a way for that to work

1) Makes carrying out marketing efforts easy 2) One stop shop for most of my marketing needs 3) Easy to use, so it makes my Hubspot work quick 4) Customizable for the beginner and ready for an advanced user

Pros

From email automation to website hosting to analytics to workflows, Hubspot has a lot of marketing tools to offer. They have comprehensive training through the Hubspot Academy, though I find the tools pretty straight forward to use. You can cover content marketing, email marketing, some social media marketing and some paid advertising help using Hubspot's marketing platform. Plus, their support team is fantastic! About 80% of my clients who are using it love it and it's easy for a marketing agency to carry out their strategies with.

Cons

Social tools are lacking. Moving towards content and away from SEO (meaning the keywords tool was recently removed and more content tools are being added for strategy) If you build a Hubspot website, there's no easy way to get it out of Hubspot. Can be expensive if you have a lot of contacts to manage

Personally, I am very happy with my choice. Not happy that the price continues to rise as my contacts continue to grow. It is already a hefty price.

Pros

I love the contact files. Easy to create different fields and track what you want/need to track. I love how easy it is to implement with your web page. It was like night and day from my other programs. I couldn't believe i was already done when my forms uploaded to my site. I love the tutorials...they not only help me with the software but give me great marketing ideas as well!

Cons

The price is a big con for me. Despite loving so many of the features...I have a hard time recommending it because so many of my colleagues have found what they are looking for, for a drastically reduced price. The extras that HubSpot offers just aren't worth the consideration. I can't stand that they leave up the options that aren't available to me at my current subscription level. Especially since the price difference for that is ridiculous. Just leave me and what I can afford alone! It takes too long for customer support to respond. I'm on to other things before i remember I have to look in my file for answers to my yesterday's questions. Sometimes the file is even closed and I have to start from scratch again. Ugh! Contacts are automatically created from my emails...which means my price can potentially go up as well. I have to go in daily and delete unwanted contacts instead of proactively choosing them on my own. That would be preferable. Feels like a trap.

HubSpot is a great marketing tool for teams just getting started with marketing automation or those growing/scaling their marketing efforts. It was easy to learn and has a lot of options available within to make it easy to do more with the system.

Pros

Hubspot is very intuitive and allows teams to centralize all information within a single place. Their customer support team is amazing and they are constantly releasing features that are helpful. It also integrates really easily with other systems and has a marketplace for exploring more options and uses.

Cons

It does seem better suited for smaller organizations rather than large enterprises but it has everything we need.

Overall I really enjoy using HubSpot. I use it daily as a CRM and the added marketing features are an added plus.

Pros

HubSpot is my CRM of choice. Providing the most bang for the buck, HubSpot has the features I need like email marketing, and lead management without having to pay for the bells and whistles that I don't need or use.

Cons

At times it can move slow and become cumbersome. It is still developing so sometimes it would become glitchy.

It supports my business growth by helping me track, manage, and provide the finest content. Using this firm has allowed me to witness significant progress. Making a gorgeous e-blast to send to a mailing list is quite simple. It's also quite simple and adaptable to manage lists. Emails may be easily customized using the drag and drop interface, and the pre-designed themes are lovely and simple to edit. We've benefited greatly from Hubspot's marketing hub. I would rate it a perfect 10, but there are few things that need improvement in the hub.

Cons

Apart from flawless WordPress integration, the plug-in for WordPress is a bit hefty on website load time.Hubspot has certain limitations. Email control, security SSL settings, and domain control are restricted and should be improved.

I learnt social media marketing,management skills and web analysis.The customer care services were effective and thus i created interactions with more customers and increase on my companys productivity.

Pros

The best thing about this software is it offers fast consulting services and an online resource academy for learning inbound marketing tactics.It also promotes inbound marketing concepts through their own marketing.It helps manage ineractions between a company and its customers.It helps a company to tell about its future,measure sales,the companys productivity and give report on revenue sources.Its free and works well with gmail,gsuite,microsoft office for windows and other software.All in all it got many tools in one package.

Cons

As much as this software is good it got some negativity.It lacks customization and design tools.It miss advanced feature tools such as business process management tools to manage workflow.Its not ideal for larger corporations since their software doesnt meet the needs of this companies fully.By use of hubspot,a companys price or cost incurred will go up.As muchbas a company want to spend less,this additional leads will likely multiply the amount of revenue used.

### "Easy lead collection and nurturing"

Pros

HubSpot Marketing makes it easy to collect leads and nurture them into customers. Emails are also easy to set up and send out. I like how it tracks our visitors as they journey through our site and allows us to keep track of their interactions with our team. We can easily move leads between phases when it makes sense to do so.

Cons

The one issue we've had lately is that the mobile emulator on emails does not always reflect reality. Sometimes the emulator looks great and then our test emails reviewed on our actual mobile devices are messed up. This is frustrating!

Cons

NA. But I will suggest hubspot to increase monthly limit as we are sharing our data with Hubspot and I am sure It is also getting benefits from it.

### "Great Marketing Tool for Mid-sized companies!"

Great product overall. It mostly does what our mid-size company needs to do for emails, landing pages, forms, lead captures. Not very robust out of the box and you need significant support from a developer on a continued basis.

Pros

Very easy to use! Even for marketers who aren't experienced with using marketing automation tools, Hubspot is very easy to learn and they have hundreds of forums to help you find answers. The interface is simple and intuitive. You can send simple batch emails and build pretty sophisticated workflows. There are hundreds of integrations that work with Hubspot.

Cons

The list of integrations is extensive but often quite limited in their capabilities. There are occasions when customer service will either tell you that something "isn't possible" when in fact it is, or they'll simply never reply to you. For marketers experienced with Marketo and other more powerful Marketing Automation systems, Hubspot capabilities can feel a little too narrow. Also once you get on Hubspot, they really want you to use their system for EVERYTHING! This can be a good thing if you're starting from scratch but a painful and time consuming process if you are already running on other systems.

Excellent. Couldn't be better compared to other software vendors. Solving problems, getting things done is intuitive, fast, excellent customer support.

Pros

Compared to other automation platforms, deployment is easier and takes only weeks to start. Inmediately after is in production, we've started to improve processes to make them more effective meaning, getting more inquiries, request for proposals and quotations. Integrating Hubspot to other enterprise software is SO smooth and easy, no need to spend months to get data from different softwares to integrate front-end and back-end.

Cons

Dashboard could be more flexible or include more default pre-set dashboards by category. It is getting better compared to a year ago but still needs some extra effort, specially the dashboards related to content (blogs).

It's very cost efficient given the features it has & has amazing UX given how complicated and robust the features are. Big or small, THIS is the "super CRM" you need.

Pros

It's helps you do all the things you'd want to do to better marketing (ie. top-of-funnel awareness building & demand generation). it's a robust tool and definitely enterprise grade in its capacity. Automation, at it's best, is an efficient way to handle task productivity and also thorough front-end planning of how you'll approach even tiny marketing decisions. If you check the reviews online, it's Hubpsot and a few others are both killing it for features and easy but also values, while known giants (ie. Salesforce) are NOT so great and many known enterprise grade tools are simply too expensive given the actual value they deliver.

Cons

It's a full robust tool and, even with it's great online training "academy", it takes a ton of effort. The question is not "Does person X have the background in marketing"; more like "are you willing to invest the time to train in and properly use this enterprise marketing tool". If you're just, say, managing a mailing list, use MailChimp; if you just need opt-in pages, use ClickFunnels, etc. But this is suite of tools, so commit your marketing team to step up to the plate here. Value is good but still fluxes depending on if you got a discount from a startup accelerator (1st and 2nd years are both cheaper). Customer Support CANNOT do the hard work of learning this tool and designing marketing processes for you.

Hubspot is a feature-rich application that you has a lot of opportunity for customization and integration. Their documentation is rich and there's a community and paid support as well.

Cons

With so many options and features, the user will need some time to get familiar with every feature. Even with the help from the community and support, there will be times that the user feels lost when finding something in the Hubspot ecosystem

Overall, we regret that we switched to Hubspot, it is not even close to be a silver bullet

Pros

Good looking modern rich UI, nice dashboards

Cons

You start "for free" and it quickly becomes the most expensive tool you've ever seen in your life :) for one thousand per month, you literally cannot do anything - it constantly requires plan upgrades and they tend to charge for literally everything extra. Lots of important features are missing (check the forums yourself - lots of people complain)

Pros

The ad tracker which monitors how your ads perform and gives you a clear picture of how much conversions they generate. The search engine optimization is powerful enough and helps us boost our ranking authority in the web.

Cons

The marketing tools are a bit expensive but as long as we are getting the returns we want, this is of little concern.

I have used this platform for years in my own businesses and find it useful when I want to use a set it and forget it marketing automation option. And the free CRM is what we use to capture and nurture our sales pipeline.

Pros

There are a lot of useful features at any level from free to paid. The CRM is great once you get used to it and have it configured. The platform as a whole leaves little to be desired if you're a paid member. And the lead capture feature is truly a godsend.

Cons

It is not very user-intuitive. And while the free functions give you a taste for what it is capable of, you can't get the full-value without paying for the platform. Which brings me to the next point, it is not affordable to most small business owners. Add to that, the fact that most business owners are not marketers, they end up having to hire on a marketing agency just to set up their Hubspot account and run it for them. This makes it an enterprise only platform. Which is fine, as long as you're not a small business needing a marketing platform solution.

It wasn't really a nice experience working with this tool. Hubspot Marketing hub is not a tweetable tool for beginners. I don't mean to discourage you in any way, but you can try it out for yourself and I'm sure you'll gain your own experience later.

Pros

As a marketing hub, Hubspot used to help out by saving time and effort with clients' projects. I appreciate its automation capacities, email performance, and marketing effectiveness too. Emails are sent distinctively to leads- making them look trusting and secure. It also works well for small teamwork.

Cons

I don't like the quality of email templates, customer service and the user interface is not intrusive. This had me spend more time trying to figure out how the UI works and frankly speaking- I didn't enjoy it. I had to switch to an alternative. Pricing plans are far way too expensive compared to its competitors. Hubspot Marketing hub lacks lots of critical updates for current in-demand email marketing tools and I encourage developers to put in extra work.

Hubspot makes my everyday life much easier. Automated workflows, call and email tracking, deal boards, and email marketing campaigns are all in one place. It's the source of truth for our marketing and sales teams.

Pros

The platform is incredibly easy to use, even for the less tech-savvy members of the team. Email and call tracking is particularly intuitive and provides real value to our business every day.

Cons

Certain features are only available at certain tiers. For example, the chatbot knowledge base which is becoming universal in the industry, cannot be added to our subscription. It requires an expensive upgrade to the next subscription level.

Pros

Hubspot provides one of the best all in one inbound marketing saas in the business. In fact, the term was created by their founder :). We love Hubspot for blogging, landing pages, email automation, lead management, and full fledge campaign management.

Cons

Hubspot comes at a hefty price. In the market we are seeing others rising in the ranks with a similar but not quite the same offering. We recommend if you have the budget go with Hubspot.

Its cost may be prohibitive for smaller businesses, and the learning curve can be steep for new users, especially those unfamiliar with inbound marketing principles or marketing automation software.

All-in-One Marketing Solution. Automation and Personalization

Cons

Cost-Not cost friendly for a young business. Learning Curve: For new users,(They should try to offer some basic training that comes with a subscription for free)

Pros

Hubspot Marketing Hub is great for inbound marketing and really incorporates everything I am looking for in a marketing software. It makes lead management, nurturing and qualification easy and helps you to move your leads along the buyers journey. The Hubspot Cookies and integration of Google Ads really make it easy to track everything. I really enjoy using this software for generating B2B leads and nurturing themn.

Cons

The only thing I am missing is a integration of bing ads and a possibility to build my own attribution reports in the marketing / Ads - part of the software.

Loved it! It made our team smarter, better marketers and allowed us to do some really amazing targeting.

Pros

It had everything, top to bottom, you could want. Literally a marketers dream. Not a bell or whistle to left wanting.

Cons

It was very, very expensive and integrating and syncing the database was a long process involving several outside vendors and team members.

Pros

Hubspot truly is an all-in-one platform for marketing. I've been able to use and implement Hubspot at various organizations through my career and it's always been a generally positive experience.

Cons

The biggest con to Hubspot is it's pricing structure. I often find that early stage companies go with Hubspot because it's one of the most popular options, but I've always helped transition startups off of Hubspot when it ultimately becomes too expensive for them.
