Pros

Lead nurturing and marketing automation is really simple to set up and has a clean interface. It is very easy to churn out pages and manage your brand.

Cons

Getting the right support can be a challenge for any complex issue and feature limitations on lower tier packages force you to spend on more expensive options.

As a company we do not miss a beat now. Our technology is up to date, and using Hub Spot helps all team members to stay in the loop. We are also able to market new products to existing clients and prospects.

Pros

It is user friendly and easy to explain. We were able to get rid of a tool we were using that was ancient. Everyone transitioned to hub spot with no issues. We are able to work on leads and see all information. We are able to link our emails so everyone working on that project can view all updates.

Cons

There isn't anything that I have found that I do not like about Hub spot.

As a marketer at a lean startup, I loved my experience with Hubspot the product and Hubspot the company. It allowed me to get marketing automation going in our company without learning complex software or hiring implementation specialists. We might have to consider one of those other more-complex solutions someday, but that'll be a nice problem to have... and the switching costs will be worth the time we saved getting ramped up with our first marketing automation solution.

Pros

As a marketer at a lean startup, we don't have the resources to have a dedicated marketing automation specialist on staff. We don't have the bandwidth to learn the intricacies of complex marketing automation tools. Hubspot is \*perfect\* for startups, as (1) it's got everything you need, and nothing you don't, (2) is very easy to learn and use, thanks in part to the design, and (3) the customer support resources are very, very good. No need to hire any external consultants to help you get set up. Between the extensive help resources, easy-to-learn design, and exceptional customer support resources, it's easy to get up-and-running with Hubspot. And that's what every lean startup wants and needs to do: keep running!

Cons

Hubspot is perfect for lean startups, but--in spite of what they'll tell you--it won't necessarily grow with you if you're lucky(?) enough to evolve into a large organization with complex marketing needs. Here's a specific example: The premium version of Hubspot includes mutli-touch attribution, but it's limited in the number of touches it'll track. If you're in B2B marketing, you're familiar with customer journeys that take 7-9 or more touches before a lead converts. If you're using Hubspot, you don't get that level of insights.

Listing down the tasks & many more.

HubSpot Sales Hub best complete solution for sales & marketing you can easily track each lead with Sales Pipeline where you have a complete record in front of your dashboard. We can create Leads contact list even we can, email, schedule meeting call details, create a list of tasks & many more.

Cons

HubSpot Sales Hub is a complete package for sales & marketing i think there is nothing to dislike in it but for smaller companies, it will be cost-effective as their pricing is a bit high.

Pros

I like how complete this tool is. It has many different features and they all work well. If you're looking to get started with email campaigns this is definitely a great tool to start with.

Cons

I don't have many negative things to say about HubSpot. I do wish sometimes they would answer my questions faster but that's all I can think about.

If you want to grow your company effectively - HubSpot is definitely the way to go! The infrastructure and features on offer are fantastic and easy to use and have a huge breadth of functionality. The integration with Salesforce is smooth and provides really valuable insight into customer behaviour and much, much more! HubSpot seem to genuinely listen to customers feedback and recommendations and are always improving the software for an even better user experience!

Pros

\- Interface is attractive and intuitive - Analysing and reporting insights are robust, powerful, and make it easy to create in-depth reports - No knowledge of coding needed - An 'all-in-one' platform, enabling marketing teams to bring everything together under one roof and work more effectively together - Free continuous training and education - Enables those who aren't necessarily 'tech-savvy' to make use of the data provided - Free version available - Workflows really easy to use, rival Pardots workflow tool seems clunky in comparison - Ability to understand customer personas and behaviours and what they are doing on our website, this enables us to customise marketing content for them - The customer service is excellent and they seem to really support their clients company goals

Cons

\- Can be pricey the higher the contact database - Training required to learn the full scope of the software - Some forms of reporting are only available in the higher end, higher priced versions of HubSpot

Pros

Hubspot is pretty easy to set up and offers a view across your entire organization from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success. Before switching to Hubspot we were using tons of different tools that weren't integrated which causes things to fall between the cracks. The best thing about Hubspot is having everything right in one place. Also, Hubspot's customer support is really amazing. You can get someone on the phone in minutes which is so important when you are trying to deliver things under a deadline.

Cons

I feel that Hubspot's Landing Page builder is not as good as they claim for people without web design skills. If you are a web designer with knowledge of html & css you will probably like it, but if you don't have those skills you will be limited with what you can do with their landing page builder. Hubspot claims that it is a drag and drop builder, but that's not really the case. We eventually stopped using Hubspot's Landing Page Builder and switched to Unbounce for landing pages which is much easier.

Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub

It had most everything we needed under one roof, instead of a bunch of different tools moving data manually among them. The customer support is great too.

We started a company wide certification on Hubspot Marketing, we got all our workforce fully trained in knowing what a buyer persona is, the marketing funnel and how best optimize lead generation landing pages. Since then, our clients have increased their budgets and let us know what a difference it has made on their marketing strategies.

Pros

It's really friendly and easy to use, but where they have an edge over the competition is their educational materials: so many videos, courses and e-books covering all the essentials from how to set up your landing page to how to nurture your leads through an email workflow.

Cons

Their analytics need some workaround: it's not the best interface and the data sometimes is not as clear as it should be. The details are buried deep inside some sub-menus when they should be at a glance.

It has helped us revive an email marketing list with with automations and personalisation. The system works great and gives excellent data on the engagement.

Pros

We plugged this into our CRM using one of their out of the box integrations and we're up and running with our first automation on the same day. The interface makes it very easy to setup and edit any email campaigns.

Cons

The paid ad sections work well for the networks integrated but it would be great if they could link it to the full Google network and other social platforms.

Pros

Keeping all the contacts and companies up to date for my sales team is easy via bulk uploads, and sorting incoming data via workflows allows for quick reassignment of leads and sending nurturing sequences. HubSpot's company insights and data analytics are quite helpful too.

Cons

HubSpot is not as flexible and versatile in its use as Salesforce, so to get certain results or sort by specific cross-identifiers there have to be work arounds. The customer service is not always up to speed.

Overall we have been very happy using HubSpot Marketing Hub and it gets the job done. We are not looking for another solution, so that says a lot that we're more than satisfied with its performance.

Pros

Setup is easy, support is there if and when you need it and the system just does the job. We use it as a CRM and sale automation platform and it has performed better and more efficiently than others we've used over the last 2 decades in business.

Cons

I would like to ability to make greater changes to the platform display so it outlines the exact customer / company information needed at a particular time.

Overall I’ve had great success implementing different marketing strategies and tactics using HubSpot. The email marketing portion of this is super user friendly and easy to get setup quickly. Dashboards make quick work of high level overviews and the list segmentation is easy as well. Support can be difficult at times but eventually seems to workout.

Pros

Cons

Reporting isn’t very accurate on some reports. Tie into other systems can be difficult. You end of being nickeled and dimmed to death for add-ons.

Pros

I have been using Hubspot for over 2 years now, and I am yet to find a better marketing suite. It does everything you need it to do. It is the ultimate marketing hub for my agency and has been instrumental in our success. I went with Hubspot Marketing Hub for my agency because I was looking for a more holistic marketing suite to help us with our marketing goals. I am so happy that we did! We've been able to dive into Google Adwords, boosted our email marketing efforts & more.

Cons

There are too many features and functionalities which is good, but it takes a lot of time to find each of them. So, UI can be made more user friendly.

The hubspot marketing hub have been really helpfull for my team, it contains almost everything that we need to make the ideas of the marketing team come true. It was so easy to learn, and it have an impresive documentation that helps even more to the developers to use hubspot on it's maximun potential. The reports tool, the chatbot, the meeting links, the chat support, the workflows, trhe mailing service and of course the CRM, has made our work absolutely easy and has increase the effectivity of our campaigns considerably.

Pros

I really like the easy and practical flow used to take an idea to a live page. I mean, is so easy to make a template, preview it in different devices and resposive sizes, then make a sandbox and send it to your approvers and finnaly take it live in less than a minute. That flow helps our team to reduce the time-to-market a lot, and thats really valuable.

Cons

May be the code editors embed in the Hubpot design tool , could be improved. Actually is a little hard to code in it, because its like a simple text editor. As a developer I would love to see more tools, helpers, code colors, debugging and another features like that into the code editors of hubspot. I know those are little deatils, but they could make the difference.

Initially, we were just looking for a solution for sending emails, but Hubspot is much more than that. It is a complete business ecosystem but even more than that its a different way of looking at the way you do business. Now every decision we make, we consider if that decision is part of the 'Inbound Methodology'. Hubspot is literally the center (hub) of our business. We are absolutely customer-centric and for us, inbound is the way forward. We are a small team doing big things.

Pros

It's power. Hubspot gives you total visibility over the buyer's journey. You can easily track the efficacy of your marketing spend. Automations allow a small business to punch above their weight and allows a large business to deal with lots of data. I couldn't imagine our business now without Hubspot.

Cons

It can seem overwhelming at first. It is not the kind of thing you can just try, dip into and out of. You need to commit and dive in deep. We found it was not great at dealing with multiple brands and the landing page builder sucked.

Overall my experience has been very positive using Hubspot Marketing, it provides a wide variety of tools and options to make my job much easier. Whether you want to strictly use Hubspot's available templates or integrate your own designs into it, it works just the same and is very versatile.

Pros

The best part of Hubspot for marketing is the fact that you can see everything - stats, emails, blogs, social, landing pages - all in one place. Our company is unique in that we manage many brands under our parent brand, and Hubspot makes it easier to have all of these separate entities together and managed under one program. Scheduling things ahead of time, automating emails, creating templates, hosting files... the list can go on and on for the number of helpful features that I rely on every day!

Cons

While Hubspot does a great job of working with us to accommodate our unique situation and number of brands, there are times that we encounter problems with how it interacts with our other software such as Salesforce.

Pros

Anything and everything that I need to do related to marketing is located in HubSpot Marketing Hub. From scheduling emails to social media posts, I can do it all in one place. Better yet, I don't have to leave the platform to look for my analytics. It's truly the one-stop-shop that I've been looking for with marketing. It makes my job so much easier.

Cons

I don't like that I don't have a universal calendar for emails and social media. It would be extremely valuable to be able to see any and all communication going out on one page and be able to filter by campaign (like evergreen or new product) or type (social or email or blog.)
