Even if some features were a bit of a challenge to wrap my head around, I enjoyed the experience and will use them again any time

Aktuell nutzen wir den hauptsächlich für das Tracking auf der Website und für Formulare.

Pros

Ein super mächtiges Tool. Man kann damit wirklich alles automatisieren und es HubSpot kann super in die Website integriert werden. Es arbeitet sehr integriert mit dem HubSpot CRM.

Cons

Es ist sehr schnell sehr teuer. An manchen Stellen ist es doch nicht so gut integriert, wie man es erwarten würde. Auswertungen sind zum Beispiel teilweise nicht übergreifend möglich, oder zumindest nicht so einfach.

Experience a high level of flexibility while being easy to use. Despite the many functions, the tool is very user-friendly.

Pros

Offers extremely precise options for segmenting target groups. We can filter our contacts by parameters such as industry, interest in certain product groups or behavior in our emails. This is particularly valuable when we want to tailor campaigns for our teams work. This seamless connection has helped us to optimize the flow of data and make campaigns more precise.

Cons

While it was easy to get started, the advanced features like API integrations and automation workflows were quite challenging at first. The reports are detailed, but sometimes you get lost in the data. A more visual presentation could make the analysis even more efficient.

Pros

The automation creator is very intuitive, and the models allow you to launch clean campaigns quickly. The analysis dashboard also provides useful information without additional tools.

Cons

Some features are reserved for higher planes, and it takes a little time to get used to all the metrics.

We're only just getting started with HubSpot, I met with our customer support agent and he's been very helpful, pointing us in the right direction with email management and lead generation. Making sure that HubSpot remains value for money.

Pros

It's great to be able to house everything under one roof and have a tech stack that communicates with everything I need.

Cons

There's so much you can do with HubSpot it can be overwhelming for some and hard to know where to start.

Covers a lot of different functions at the same time. The contact and company management sections are comprehensive and exporting is easy, gives a lot of different options, with a lot of data available.

Cons

Property management can be a bit tricky and can get easily out of hand. Email formatting option feels limited and out of date.

I really liked and all of it's features. The support was always good too. The chat/ticketing tool was very helpful for my support team.

Pros

There were endless features available. I was always learning about new and different helpful tools for different members of my team.

Cons

The cost was way too high for my small startup company to afford. On the flip side, there were also more features than we needed, but had to pay for.

is extremely user friendly and the interface is a joy to navigate compared to other similar platforms.

had limitations when it came to data and analysis of marketing activities, and an add-on was required for these quite necessary operational functions

It met our needs for email campaign management, landing pages and lead nurturing without requiring a separate set of tools. We were also able to track performance and customize workflows in one location.

Cons

Not the cheapest tool, and some functionality is restricted on higher-priced plans. For a small team, you don’t justify ROI for some time.

Overall, I’m happy with because it helped me and my freelancers stay organized and run campaigns more smoothly. We saved a lot of time having everything (email, social, automation, analytics) under one roof instead of juggling separate tools. Even though there’s a bit of a learning curve and you have to watch the costs, it’s a solid solution if you want a platform that grows with your company and keeps all your marketing efforts in sync.

Pros

I really enjoy how ties so many marketing tasks together. The email builder is easy to use, and you can automate campaigns without jumping between different tools. It’s also nice having a clear view of how leads move through the funnel, and the reporting is detailed enough for me to spot trends and make quick decisions. On top of that, the support materials (like tutorials and guides) were helpful for getting our team up to speed.

Cons

Pricing can become a challenge as you grow. Once you need more contacts or add-ons, the monthly cost can jump quickly. Another thing is the learning curve—while most features are intuitive, it can still feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially if your team hasn’t used an all-in-one platform before. We spent extra time watching tutorials to really get comfortable with advanced features like workflow automation and detailed reporting.

For the basics it's fine, but when you want to get into more advanced creation you'll find it's limitations, then you're into hacks to work around them.

Pros

The UI is simple to use, you don't need to understand coding or how to create web pages – especially if you're trying to create moderately complex visual designs

Cons

Adding a footer style blocker is really challenging, especially if you're creating personal auto response emails. For example there's no way of hosting the images, such as award logos. It also can't handle SVG format, which was what we were using.

Again, for me, my experience with was smooth and efficient. Its easy to use, connects well with the CRM, and makes running campaigns and tracking results simple. It gets pricey as you scale, but the time saved and insights gained make it worthwhile.

Pros

For me what I like most about is how easy it is to use while still being powerful. Everything’s in one place email, social. You can build and run campaigns quickly, track results clearly, and scale as you grow.

Cons

The least thing I like about is that it can get expensive as you grow, especially if you need advanced features or a larger contact list. Tools like A/B testing or advanced reporting are only available on higher tier plans. Also, while its user friendly, customizing things beyond what’s built in can be a bit limiting without developer help.

Our sales and marketing team find HubSpot actually quite hard to use. If our company was to switch from it, no one would miss it. Marketing has already decided to use Customer.io and sales is looking else where as well.

Pros

It's a fairly powerful platform, but when directly compared with Keap or Customer.io. It's not exactly better for the cost. They likely have more integrations than anybody else. That's about it. I feel like they stopped caring about their customers as much while they tried to sell their company in Google earlier this year.

Cons

Hubspot use to be the easiest to use all-in-one platform. But, these days allow their competitors have caught up and charge less. When you have a problem with the product or the integration you built, their service is not very helpful.

I've used it for so many years to the point where I'm so familiar with it, while also having liked its interface over most other CRM tools, that I just wish it would get a bit more robust and customizable.

Pros

It's user friendly, intuitive (mostly), and it can integrate with a huge and diverse pool of applications, extensions, etc.

Cons

It's not the best with automated email outreach. If you compare its Marketing capabilities with those of Outreach, HubSpot definitely falls far behind.

Pros

's easy interface and comprehensive tools were a breeze to navigate and implement strategies with. From email marketing to content creation, the CRM integration was particularly helpful in tracking lead generation and nurturing. And, the automation features saved significant time and effort in repetitive tasks.

Cons

Expensive! I found that it can become overwhelming for small teams and anyone with limited marketing budgets. Another thing is the steep learning curve for advanced features can be daunting. And the customization options can sometimes feel limited. Additionally, for the price I was frustrated with performance issues and bugs, especially during critical campaigns.

HubSpots' interface is simple and intuitive. The ease of use is the reason we went with HubSpot. The integration with 3rd party plug-ins, such as Zoominfo, is simple to setup and rarely goes down.

Pros

I like the ease of use in creating emails, web forms and landing pages. The reporting that and seamless integration with building and adding contacts works perfectly.

Cons

I use the regular Marketing hub if you want to upgrade to the professional version it comes at a steep cost. HubSpot in general nickle and dimes you on a lot of their services.

Plentyful options for any size businesses. The filter tool to sort names to call offers more options. I like the ability to use amd grow woth it.

Cons

To much going on and can seem like you get lost with the options. Especially when compared to Bigin.
