Trainings are incredible. The software allows you to save a full marketing salary if not more.

Pros

HubSpot in general is pretty amazing. We schedule all of our digital marketing, from blogs, to social media, to emails and everything in between to go out through the platform. It provides outstanding metrics to support the marketing budget and provides valuable data to let you know what is working and what isn't.

Cons

You really need to go through onboarding to understand the tool to the full extent. Without onboarding, it takes a long time to learn. We did not do onboarding, and finally learned how to use the tool via the marketing software training and a whole lot of trial and error, but had we gone through onboarding it would have saved us a lot of headaches. I marked ease of use down for this reason. And I marked down customer support because they don't let you know how crucial onboarding is. Then once you have the platform and are struggling, they offer it at a higher cost than you could have gotten it if you went through onboarding upon signing up.

Le faite que l'on puisse programmer les envois.de mails, le faite que l'application te permet de garder ou disons d'enregistrer les contacts des prospects

Cons

J'ai trouvé assez compliqué pour un début le déploiement et surtout l'utilisation en simultané de plusieurs personnes mais à la longue je m'y suis faite

This is our first all-in-one marketing platform and as a small start-up, it's been a great tool to get our marketing efforts streamlined and be able to see key information and manage marketing projects in one place.

Pros

I love the Hubspot interface, which makes it easy to use on the daily and find what information I'm looking for, whether a campaign, a channel, etc.

Cons

I think the analytics leave something to be desired. You can't dig very deep into pages unless they are hosted by Hubspot--for example, we can see overall site traffic but cannot drill down into say, a particular blog post or landing page to see metrics at that level. I also think some of the reporting is confusing to set up between understanding the analytics tools, dashboards, and reports. There are a lot of templates, but making a custom report never seems to come out with what I was ultimately looking for.

### "HubSpot is More than Automated Marketing"

Pros

HubSpot is a methodology that we implemented into our core processes. Not only do we use the tool to automate email marketing, publish landing pages and forms, and maintain our database. But the great thing is the HubSpot Academy which gives you best practices for SEO, lead capture, nurture content. They've taken marketing as a comprehensive whole and put it into one software. Also, you will be surprised by how responsive and attentive their help service is.

Cons

We don't use HubSpot for it's sales CRM so we have to have it integrated into our Dynamics CRM. This requires the use of a 3rd party integrator. Due to this, we have to work to make sure and audit that this sync is, in fact, working. Also, the Design Manager to create landing page templates is not really drag and drop friendly, but I believe they are changing that soon. To edit a landing page once the template is set up, is so easy though.

Pros

HubSpot is very rich in functionality - it can do all from hosting blog posts to newsletters to automated journey to lead capture to campaign landings. Everything is smooth and relatively easy to use, and if I needed something super specific for which I could not come up with a solution myself - support was always fast and very helpful.

Cons

Design capabilities are somewhat limited, especially for the landing pages. There is always a possibility to hard-code, but that requires help from developers, but independently I am not always able to perfect my content within HubSpot and match it exactly with the branding.

I user Hubpost for my personal Business. It help me a lot in converting website visitors to customers. Even though the price is high, which is something that no one likes, they keep updating the software so we can change strategies is it is necessary.

Pros

This software is easy to use, the graphic is well designed. Even, for someone who gets the first time contact with it.

Cons

The Hubpost is a little bit expensive compare to other marketing tools. The quality and features are pretty much good, so it is worth it to stay with it.

I love everything about HubSpot, ease of use, sequences are probably my favorite feature! Very easy to set up sequences and add contacts and run in automated fashion.

Cons

Originally I did not like the layout and different columns in HS but it just took a matter of time and I actually like it now, even better that Salesforce.com!

Big fan! Would highly recommend.

Pros

I started my job less than a year ago, and despite having never used HubSpot before, I feel the system was easy to learn and any time I had a question, the Customer Success Team was ready to assist with answers that were easy to understand. The primary marketing tools I use are email and lead capture (forms and CTAs), and I have found both quite easy to deploy and have seen great results. The updates for the CTAs have especially been a BIG help recently!

Cons

Figuring out how to craft the correct "rules" for active lists and workflows can be challenging at times, but the Customer Success Team has been helpful when I have questions.

Aufgrund der Möglichkeiten eine schnell zu verstehende CRM Datenbank mit vielen Funktionen und Möglichkeiten. Für den Start war die kostenfreie Version total in Ordnung. Nach einer Einarbeitungszeit empfiehlt es sich in eine kostenpflichtige Version zu wechseln.

Cons

Ich denke die Analysetools sind noch ausbaufähig. Grundsätzliche Auswertungen sind Problemlos möglich, aber mehr Tiefe/Details, wären gerade auch für größere Unternehmen von mehr Interesse

Overall Hubspot it is a solid product however the quality of the support needs improvement as it was the reason we downgrade the services

Pros

Are the capabilities for the emails and the sms that are very intuitive and very easy to deploy for our campaigns and the reporting it is full of good insights

Cons

The support, we were facing a deliverability issue and when contacting we were send to review the knowledge base instead of providing an actual support

HubSpot marketing Hub offers various tools and features for various marketing activities such as email marketing, lead generation, automation, analytics and more. It is very appreciating having all these tools in one platform.Its interface is very user friendly. We find it easy to navigate the platform, access its features and set up campaigns without requiring any technical knowledge or coding skills.Hubspot hub provides in depth analytics and reporting features that enables us to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns.

Cons

Its limitations in email design. There is limitation in terms of email design options. It should be more flexible and should have some advance design features to create more appealing and customized emails. There should be more pre designed templates which could save our time and can offer more choices for users.A/B testing of landing pages. A/B testing is available for email campaigns but it should be available for landing pages too. This will allow business to improve their landing page design and content.

You simply have to get used to it ;) In the beginning, it may be hard but then you discover the tool more and more and you can get the most out of it after some time ;)

Pros

HubSpot offers so many various features in one place, which makes it much easier to do my tasks. What I like a lot is, for example, creating lists on various conditions and properties, which makes it then much easier e.g. to send email campaigns to a selected group of people (no need to dig in excel and so on). In one place I have full history of my contacts: from where they are coming from, which emails they opened and clicked, whether they are visiting my website and using my app. To any marketer such information are super valuable and useful.

Cons

Customer service people reply quite or very fast, however, their replies are not always very helpful. It sometimes happened that they left us with "it is how it is", with no helpful workaround. Also, it's quite expensive and for beginners, it may be hard to use all the features, as some of them are quite well hidden ;)
