This software has giving us a very great experience in managing and analyzing our marketing campaign, and all of our marketing emails has been automation with this software. CRM platform gave us solution for our customer issue and handle it within the given time frame.

Pros

Managing and viewing insight for our marketing campaign performance from various platform like google advertisement and Facebook advertisement. All of our marketing campaign data are combined on this single software which help us to analyze the campaign effectiveness and progress. The landing page template help me to design a lot better landing page.

Cons

The learning curves with HubSpot Marketing Hub is quite high, and a hand-on training is a must for our marketing team to fully grasp all the capabilities that this software can offer. There are still lacks of option that comes with the landing page builder, our web developer will be more happy if they could upgrade this feature.

Hubspot is key to our marketing team's success. We would not be able to execute our primary marketing tactic -- inbound marketing -- without Hubspot.

Pros

Hubspot is powerful and user friendly. It truly lives up to its mantra of "all in one." Our team is able to do all of our marketing activities and everything works in sync. Hubspot has built an incredible brand and product around the idea of inbound marketing. The tools in the software, from landing pages to file hosting to lead collection forms, gives a marketing team everything needed to succeed doing inbound. Lastly, they are constantly iterating and adding new features. It never felt stagnant.

Cons

It can be difficult to initially setup. It takes several weeks to have your website/blog design implemented into their content management system. There is certainly a learning curve, but once you figure it out it is easy to use.

My overall experience has been wonderful and I'd highly recommend this software. Especially in the small business or startup world seeing as it combines your CRM and marketing into one tool.

Pros

The customer support is second to none. Any issue I have is immediately taken care of and offered through multiple channels. Also, they are constantly making UX changes which I particularly admire because it makes my day-to-day easier.

Cons

I think there are certain sections that could be combined into one. Sometimes I find myself having to bounce around or even having to have multiple screens open at once.

Pros

I can't say enough about how awesome HubSpot is. We switched from another CMS about 8 months ago and I couldn't be happier. HubSpot is very user friendly and offers a huge amount of content that is easy to find online. Finding an answer on how to do something in the software is as easy as typing it into Google. Unlike the previous software I used, HubSpot makes their content easily available and uncomplicated. For the 2 or 3 times I have had to contact customer service I have been very impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism. HubSpot really practices what they preach. I have also been taking classes and getting certified through the HubSpot Academy, which has helped me to increase my knowledge of the Inbound Marketing Methodology.

Cons

I do not really have anything negative to say about this great product/company. The only things I would change have to do with their automated workflows and being able to specify a specific day/time to trigger one. HubSpot is aware of the concern and I actually have a 1-1 call with one of their representatives so they can get feedback and implement some changes. Very impressed!

Great support, rather streamline onboarding, great video, and webinar training. This is essential when using any SAAS platform no matter what size the client company might be.

Pros

CUSTOMER SUPPORT The customer support is excellent. I have been a web strategist for over 20 years and dealing with support especially in business is crucial. They are continually refining the platform to make it user-friendly for any level of expertise. Great for team members who are not yet savvy with the platform. STATISTICS Love the analytics once we tagged all the necessary components of social media, web pages, blog posts, CTA's, marketing assets. This proved to be very effective in continued effective strategy

Cons

The platform is wonderful, but we were sometimes blindsided by the add-on costs. This can be a challenge for smaller businesses that are looking for a relatively quick ROI.

HubSpot has given my company the tools it needs to enable our modern marketing efforts. We can create multi-faceted lead-generation campaigns and act on the data we receive to qualify leads and send to sales. I'm an avid supporter of HubSpot, but I'm also wary of the platform's rapid expansion on all fronts and how it might eventually lead to locking us in at ever-higher prices.

Pros

HubSpot does pretty much everything you need for end-to-end marketing automation. It's a CRM with strong email capabilities, landing page management. and more. You can build a full website on the platform, track your analytics, send automated emails, and even manage your sales process. Everything is built together and integrated, so it opens up some powerful opportunities.

Cons

My only quibble with HubSpot is that it tries to be monolithic in its zealot-like approach to inbound marketing. If you approach marketing from a different perspective than HubSpot, then you need to learn how to translate what you already know into HubSpot-speak. That's not necessarily hard, but it can sometimes be annoying.

Overall, I have a positive impression of working with Hubspot: it meets the needs of my company. I like it better than some competing products like Constant Contact.

Pros

I've used HubSpot to create landing pages, pop-up forms, surveys, and email marketing, and I have to say it's a pretty comprehensive and multi-functional platform. I liked its WYSIWYG editor, with its help you can easily create beautiful landing pages and emails. The analytics on the delivered emails are quite detailed. I recommend HubSpot to anyone looking for a versatile digital marketing platform.

Cons

A big problem for me is that the landing page and email editor automatically compresses images, reducing their quality significantly. As a result, some images appear blurry. To be fair, it's not just Hubspot that I've noticed this. Beyond that, Hubspot is pretty hard to master, especially audience segmentation, but Hubspot has a lot of tutorials.

Pros

Affordability and ease of use. The product is rock-solid, reliable, well-supported and it is a core tool for inbound marketing.

Cons

I wish there was an affordable way to do bulk email. If you grow past the core products - Hubspot can get expensive fast.

Fantastic experience! Best software tool I've ever used (across all professional and personal products). Bravo to the HubSpot team on creating a wonderful product!

Pros

\- HubSpot is incredibly easy to use and learn - The platform is powerful, all-in-one tool: with Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs - Think of HubSpot as like an Apple product and others as Microsoft product: there may be some feature creep that others have that HubSpot doesn't, but everything you need is at your finger tips and and incredibly easy and intuitive (and fun) to use! - HubSpot forms you and your organization in the Inbound philosophy, an extremely effective and contemporary way of marketing, selling, and servicing.

Cons

\- Not much, but one small issue we've had is fairly frequent sync errors between HubSpot and Salesforce. But if you're smart enough to use HubSpot Sales Hub, this won't be an issue.

HubSpot Marketing automation is my first preference when it comes to Marketing Automation because of its features and the way it integrates seamlessly. Helps users to initiate contact basis on the user behaviour through web and email tracking which indeed helps in new client/customers acquisitions.

Pros

Everything under one roof. What I extensively liked about HubSpot is its overall package and features which it has to offer such as Marketing automation, Intelligence web and email tracking, templatize emailing, CRM and marketing campaigns management and has a variety of solutions to offer i.e Marketing, Sales & Service

Cons

it's not very much easy to use, I'd say less user-friendly in terms of UI/UX. It has a variety of features in it and becomes difficult for someone to be familiar and get used to it having said that these guys have few resources to refer to understand how it works but not much of help.

Ho apprezzato la possibilità di creare e pubblicare landing page, form di contatto e call-to-action per mettere a frutto le visite degli utenti sul proprio sito, e la possibilità di creare abbastanza facilmente dei flussi di lavoro automatizzati sulle azioni degli utenti.

Cons

Come per altri segmenti di HubSpot, trovo che l'interfaccia sia complessa e che richieda molto tempo per l'apprendimento iniziale. Inoltre i costi di abbonamento per i servizi completi e premium, sono più alti della media e rispetto al valore percepito.

Pros

It has a very useful calendaring system. The social media integration system is very well designed and makes it easy to share. It has robust reporting and useful dashboards. Its very easy to use API's as well.

Cons

If you compare it with other similar softwares it can be a little expensive especially for smaller customers. The account management features are a difficult to navigate. Setting up dashboards for the first time can be little cumbersome.

I like how easy it was to use, however, it also didn't integrate with our ordering system so we'd manually have to track order information. It's not the best CRM for a CPG company.

Pros

I like the customization of lists, that's really helpful.

Cons

There's almost too much criteria that it overcomplicated the communication ladder. It's weird how it saves the contacts. In order to keep up with all the criteria, the team has to be super diligent to stay within the same record keeping convention and that's easier said than done. Also, the price is expensive, we ended up going with another provider because the cost benefit wasn't there. Our data got really messy and it was impossible to clean up.

I've been a user of Hubspot off and on for 8+ years and the thing I value most is their community support and resources. The software is user-friendly and should you ever get stuck, their customer service is right there to help you.

Cons

It feels like Hubspot can be limiting in the way it works with some external CMSs and doesn't offer some features that should be standard in today's marketing world. Not being able to just export the HTML version of an email is really frustrating when multiple cheaper services provide the basic feature.

Effective inbound marketing capabilities and high quality analytics make for a very robust platform that has helped us increase and reliably track our marketing efforts substantially.

Pros

Hubspot comes with a lot of great advanced features & tools for building out and customizing inbound marketing strategies. Lead flows and lead scoring have both been essential to our marketing efforts. Its API integration with Salesforce is another huge reason why we continue to use this product.

Cons

Depending on the scale of use, Hubspot can be expensive because its pricing structure is largely dictated by the volume of leads in your pool. It also has a learning curve, only really works when in the hands of a trained group of power users. Also, while it integrates with numerous other platforms (e.g. Salesforce), integration is not seamless and the mappings can be a lot to keep up.

Hubspot has been my go-to for lead tracking and contact database management. Easy integrations to different platforms I use for both me and my clients.

Cons

Not as robust for email marketing and can be a little convoluted when it comes to some of its features.

Pros

Hubspot saved me a lot of time in sales and marketing work. It reminds me of the fresh leads, followups, meetings, tasks, calls etc on time and helps me close more deals. Helped me a lot in increasing the efficiency of my sales work and automating it.

Cons

The tool is not very user friendly. It takes good time to learn and deploy it but once you learn about the user interface, it's a worth it tool to implement in your organization.
