Overall we were pretty impressed by what we saw and think it has good potential, but it didn't fit the bill for us at the time.

Pros

I thought that the user interface and workflows (particularly for the "Sales" module - we didn't use the "Marketing" module much) were inventive and made pretty good sense, especially for the fact that you could customize the labels and add or remove stages of the funnel to match the particular business process. We had a good look at - and had some practice - using this tool to manage our sales flow from end to end on a couple of small deals and it seemed decent. I also really liked the way the tool collects data and grows the database of known companies and contacts to help make your company and contact creation process quicker. It was definitely a welcome feature to not have to look up and add in a lot of granular detail about companies, as HubSpot was able to provide that info automatically.

Cons

Price point. Ultimately we chose not to continue with HubSpot after our trial period, because it just didn't quick hit the sweet spot for us in terms of scale and scope of the tool. For the price, you might be better off looking at something more established like SalesForce. It really depends, though. HubSpot is a different take as a more visual tool and I could see it being great for dashboarding, where other CRMs are less visual with a more traditional spreadsheet look. HubSpot offers a free version of their tool, but it naturally comes with a hard sell by the sales team and you should be prepared to be in constant contact with them if you are using the free version. We definitely considered upgrading to a paid option, but ultimately found we were already kind of maxed out based on our limited CRM needs and could not justify the relatively high price point for our company's requirements. I think that if they had a more scalable pricing model, they may find more customers like us.

Una integrazione totale per il marketing web , email marketing, integrazione chat su sito web ( con WP e WooCommerce Plugin ), programmazione di azioni multipiattaforma sempre per il marketing, e tanto altro !!

Cons

Ho trovato qualche difficoltà solo nell'immissione dei dati di login tramite account Google. HubSpot sembra loggato all'account ma non mostra l'interfaccia di gestione dal plugin WP. Quindi spesso mi è capitato di operare direttamente dal mio account web HubSpot ... probabilmente un errore di comunicazione con il plugin di WP !

Pros

Deployment is simpler than other automation solutions and can be going in just a few weeks. No need to spend months gathering data from various softwares to link front-end and back-end when integrating Hubspot to other enterprise software.

Cons

In terms of reporting options, the HubSpot Marketing Hub falls short of being the most complete. For instance, it is unable to give in-depth client segmentation.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is by far the best marketing software in the industry. It is packed with features, but not so many that you can't find your way around it. The interface is sleek and modern, making it easy and fun to use. It's helped me accomplish my marketing goals and has also led to a lot of new ideas that I hadn't considered before using

Pros

With HubSpot marketing hub, marketers can create inbound marketing strategies by automating marketing, sales, and service processes. With HubSpot, I have a global view of all my potential clients: their names, phone numbers, addresses, the company, which business opportunities they are managing, etc. Additionally, I can connect this platform with social networks and with our website.

Cons

HubSpot's pricing was the thing I disliked the most. Although it was more expensive than other options, it worked well for me. Despite its high price, HubSpot's quality and features were well worth it.

Pros

I like HubSpot for the great variety of options they offer for inbound marketing. It is easy to see your website stats in HubSpot, and you can even create your entire website here, which makes integration even easier. Inbound marketing is about creating valuable content for your visitors and customers, and the HubSpot blog section does a great job guiding you in creating that perfect blog. Also creating a landing page is breeze. But the greatest aspect about HubSpot for me is creating workflows. With a workflow you can connect everything you created, based on time or actions. For example, you create a blog article with a call-to-action (CTA) button. If clicked, the visitor can leave his email address and receive a nice PDF. All actions are recorded: the pageviews, the clicks, the email address. Also everything can can trigger a next action. With the email address, you can add multiple emails that are sent to your (now) Marketing Qualified Lead, followed by an offer. The type of emails can be different if the mails aren't read or links aren't clicked, etc. Also a plus: support is always there to help you out.

Cons

I think HubSpot is a really nice all-in-one inbound marketing tool for SMEs. For enterprises, the statistics may be insufficient. Also, you pay per year, which may not be what you want. Most, or all tools offered in the HubSpot suite can be found for free somewhere else. So if you are only looking for a couple of features that HubSpot offers, it might not be the perfect solution for you. HubSpot doesn't excel in each functionality individually.

L’intégration avec d’autres outils est vraiment très facile et le tracking peut ainsi être complet !

Pros

HubSpot Marketing est un outil complet pour la lead generation, sa prise en main est très facile et les ressources pour utiliser l’outil sont vraiment complètes et bien détaillées. C’est un excellent outil pour suivre au quotidien l’impact des campagnes marketing et permettre aux sales de prendre le relai.

Cons

Il y a beaucoup de nouveautés et il est parfois difficile de s’y retrouver, pour savoir ce qui peut vraiment nous intéresser ou non dans l’utilisation de l’outil.

I learn ed marketing automation on Hubspot, even attended a few of the gatherings in Boston. Not intuitive at first. However, once you get their way of doing things, it all falls into place. When starting my own agency I wanted to go with Hubspot but it was too expensive. Went with SharpSpring.

Pros

It is a solid platform that is almost universally recognized and a standard in marketing automation. If you are a young marketer and you are certified on Hubspot, you yourself are marketable.

Cons

A steep learning curve in developing campaigns and integrating all the functions. It is also not the least expensive platform for the features offered. I think SharpSpring is a equal solution at a bette price point.

Honestly, I find this to be a really valuable tool for our company. It saves us a lot of time and efforts because of the features. It passes all of our needs by a landslide and I would recommend it to any sized business.

Pros

The software is designed to be very "all-in-one." I actually find a lot of value in the product because it's easy to use, and easy to teach to others how to use. The training modules were a key factor in our marketing design for the company. Our favorite part is the email campaigns because we don't have to mess with HTML or codes. The blog function is also nice but we use it a bit less. Would be really convenient for bigger companies.

Cons

I wish we could pick and choose the features that we'd like and have a price assigned to each feature. I find myself with so many features and abilities that I want to do everything and have extra features I feel like I will never use. Although I find the features easy to use and explain, I can see how members of other departments would find some trouble.

The benefits of Hubspot's Marketing Hub excel in managing our contacts and tracking marketing metrics are assisting us greatly with understanding which campaigns are performing well, with the option to incorporate A/B testing.

Pros

Integrating Hubspot into our business operations was seamless - Hubspot manages our end-to-end marketing campaigns including lead management and nurturing, social media management, analytics. The integration with Canva is great as we can manage our creative content in there too!

Cons

There are a few features on Hubspot which are missing or have been removed - including in the realm of really personalising & coding automated emails although the Hubspot Community is a great resource to find alternate solutions and answers quickly.

The fact that it's natively integrated with the sales hub, CRM and CMS is nice

Cons

The price is astronomical for what it is. It lacks content, especially industry-relevant templates. It has a similar UI to many other platforms and less functionality than many competitors. While its enjoyed industry standard recognition for many years, one of the primary frustrations of myself and my clients is that HS constantly gate keeps functionality. For any SMB it prices them out quickly. Migrating off them is a challenge. While they have tons of documentation and training - support is lackluster

I liked it, I think it is very practical. If you can move and stop using facebook campaigns, this platform will save you a lot of time and you will be able to see everything in one place. If you can afford the other features, all the better. It is a tool with a lot of potential for those who take advantage of all its features.

Pros

I like that it can be integrated with various marketing and sales applications, thanks to this we can have a better control of the information of all the people who are interested in our products. I love that you can automate emails, you can create a website and give us statistical information. Moreover, its cost is much lower than traditional marketing campaigns and its benefits are felt even after some time.

Cons

The usual, the costs. Yes, it is cheaper than other applications and offers a lot of benefits, but when you are starting a business you can't always solve the costs of the functions you need. Anyway, that's your right.

My company has been using Hubspot for the past 7 months. We have our site hosted through Hubspot and obviously use them for our marketing initiatives including blogging, social media strategy, and email marketing. Prior to Hubspot we used several tools to complete these tasks which ultimately was inefficient and took much longer than using a single tool like Hubspot. Since we have been using the platform, we have seen our traffic increase by 75% and our leads increase by approximately 50%. In addition, using the Hubspot CMS to manage our website has been one of the best decisions that we have made. On our previous platform, making changes was difficult and time consuming and often times led to us having to pay the company we were using for development time. In addition, our site was not optimized for mobile technology which drives almost 50% of the traffic on the internet today. By switching to Hubspot, we were able to take control of our website and make the changes that we wanted to make in a timely fashion without having to pay a developer. In addition, we were able to have our site optimized for use on mobile devices to capture more traffic and ultimately more leads. We are a small company of about 20 employees so we have to be able to do more with less and Hubspot has made us more efficient in our marketing strategies and execution.

Pros

This platform is very easy to use and also is very intuitive. In addition, the Hubspot customer support is top notch. Not only are they fast to answer any questions that you might have, but they take time after providing an answer to make sure that their solution accomplished your goals.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons to using Hubspot. If you are a SMB that is looking to develop and execute a marketing strategy, Hubspot will help get you there!

integrating the use of software to the company has allowed me few people to carry out multiple activities that were previously specialized as the designers or community manager, has allowed me to improve the client portfolio and observe what kind of need they may have during the sales cycle , has allowed me to reach a more demanding clientele with greater purchasing power. Being able to observe the customer's purchase cycle allows the campaigns to be launched in appropriate periods, ensuring the increase in sales. The free version helps me boost my company, which is small. It can be installed on fixed or portable devices and under any operating system

Cons

There are few elements that I found limiting, one is that I can not see the interaction between customers, and I have had difficulties with buyers who have more than one email, because they request products or information from different accounts and I take it as if they were varied customers. The client's privacy begins to be vulnerable to the system

My experience has been great with Hubspot. The level of support and functionality is extremely great.

Pros

Hubspot allows you to keep track of clients as well as build your website. You can set up marketing campaigns to keep in touch with clients. You can trigger automations based on many different features. The best part of Hubspot overall is the support they supply. They are AMAZING!

Cons

It can be confusing to use. There are parts that get confusing such as not being able to center specific things on a landing page but if you contact support they'll provide you with work around options.

I was able to build out email workflows and send out things when users met certain criterias. This also housed the company blog and all of the social media.

Pros

I used HubSpot Marketing Hub at my previous job as a marketing manager. There was definitely a learning curve, but it was super useful. Having an all in one place for all of my campaigns was awesome. Building out workflows was great as well.

Cons

Workflows could be finicky. Also, we couldn't do an easy integration into the CRM platform we were using. I know that HubSpot comes with a free one, but switching would have been a beast of a project.

Cons

Disappointed that I had to discontinue use because they do not support email synchronization with Outlook for Mac.

Cons

I think the product is a little bit overpriced. Also, it took time to integrate the tool with our website.
