Pros

Love the product and features, it get's a bit pricey though for startup organizations. I've been evaluating some other products that are cheaper but may not have the name recognition as well as all the features HubSpot does.

Cons

Price, can get pretty pricey quickly -- They charge a lot of add-ons, etc.

Pros

It is now more than easy to track the activities of different prospects in a single page. If you properly configure all Hubspot features, your reports, pipeline and activities will be at your fingertips to improve and adjust on a daily basis. It is definitely an essential tool for the success of our marketing activities.

Cons

The social publications tool is not adequate. Images are sometimes poorly reflected in social media. I would also have liked to have been able to advertise directly in ads section of Hubspot in order to associate them directly with the various active campaigns. Finally, it is almost impossible to see the evolution of the buyers journey, from prospects to customer of an active campaign. It must be said that these elements will probably be added/corrected very quickly.

We can track all of our marketing activity in HubSpot. It is really half of our website when you count blogs and landing pages. Perhaps most importantly, the automation of lead nurturing with the workflow features saves us tons of time and allows us to keep leads in the loop and bring them through the buyer journey when ready.

Pros

HubSpot does the trick for our small marketing team. When it comes to blogging, landing pages for webinars and ebook downloads and registrations for events and email newsletters and automated email nurturing, HubSpot works well for us. We don't use all of the features as well as we should but the core features I mentioned above work great. We do also use the campaign feature for everything we create so we can track the effectiveness of our content. It is not perfect attribution, but it does tell us what content is "influencing" who becomes a customer. The integration with Salesforces and the syncing of campaigns to Salesforce helps us track that.

Cons

I don't think the reporting function really tells us what we want to know. Maybe we are not using it properly, but it is not easy to just find out "How many new leads came in for this persona last week." And to compare that number in a month by month trend over time.

A good experience overall, from on-boarding the product, migrating our website from wordpress, to managing marketing tasks on a daily basis. This is a good tool if you want to consolidate your efforts and bet on a single horse. It's a little on the pricier side, but compared to enterprise-level solutions out there, it still affordable.

Pros

I like the fact this tool is a one-stop shop for the majority of my marketing needs. From website design and hosting, social media monitoring, to CRM management, it does it all. And if it doesn't then you can integrate it with external systems that you happen to use.

Cons

While it does virtually almost everything you would use on a daily basis for your marketing needs, they are still weak on the reporting side of the tool. I find it difficult to report on marketing pipeline metrics at a company level (Account-based marketing) rather than at a contact level for MQLs, SQLs, etc. They haven't found a fully viable solution to this so far, and I'm hoping it comes sooner rather than later.

Pros

With Hubspot Marketing, We have built deeper relationships by sharing important updates about our services to get the prospect to a sale-qualified lead. The deeper insights on every prospect/lead has always guided us to know what the marketing qualified lead is expecting from us, and we have adjusted our campaigns to make the most of it. With Hubspot, all the campaigns(social media, email) are very easy to create, manage and quantify the results. There is very minimal effort needed from the developer stand point. The only work needed is with creating the UI's. The templates for each of the campaigns are fully responsive(adjusts to every screen- mobile, tablets & desktops) and customizable as well. The tools helped us in getting additional traffic to the website, blog and landing pages. at the same time, we have nurtured the leads with the targeted campaigns, and made them Sale Qualified Lead.

Cons

The pricing of the tool is way above our budget initially, but once the leads started, we did not bother very much about the pricing. We have about 6 domains for each of the service offerings by our company. Somehow, the Hubspot Tool do not support multiple domains with the same pricing, we have to take additional subscription for each domain. We have tried reaching out to support team from Hubspot as well, but they did not have much of offer.

It is difficult to integrate our page with them, but in the end everything went very well. I do not see problems with this software

I needed to create a landing page quickly and easily and I found this. I was able to quickly format the page, add content, and put it live in less than 15 minutes. I didn't have to deal with the hassle of coding or development and I didn't have to hire a developer.

Pros

When you want to automate your marketing, Hubspot has been really helpful. We were able to conduct market across all the platforms without challenge. It's an easy to use and highly flexible to meet the businesses needs.

Integration with the social media platform was with no challenge. There has been no challenge for my time of usage.

Hubspot allows us to track data and analytics in real time. We now know what campaigns have the greatest return on investment, and which campaigns we need to cut. No more wasted time or money!

Pros

I love that Hubspot Marketing Hub can track leads coming in across your PPC campaigns, social media, website, and email campaigns. We will send out an email campaign about once a month and watch the leads pour in. With each campaign, we create custom landing pages right in Hubspot. This allows us to target each vertical market at scale.

Cons

Hubspot Marketing Hub is so robust. This can be an issue if you just want to create small email campaigns. There are alot of buttons to click through just to send out an email campaign that has only two touchpoints. But I rather have a system that is robust with all the capabilities, then a system that has none.

Pros

Easy to use email design, easy to schedule campaigns and email sends. Lost of integrations with other platforms and software.

Cons

Lists and workflows are VERY confusing if you are not trained. It takes an expert to set it up right and make it make sense.

Recently, we needed Hubspot to take into account the Brazilian currency to calculate between two properties. And the tool did not recognize this, we opened a call to resolve this situation. The case was referred to the development team after 15 days the issue was resolved.

Pros

It's hard to choose just one thing I like best about this tool. Here at My Hit, we use a lot of email marketing tools and none deliver the result we get with Hubspot. Technically speaking, we had issues with deliverability in all others, even with our own IP strategy, which was different with Hubspot. I needn't say about ease of use when creating emails or automation flows. And also the full part of marketing events. We are a complex company, and Hubspot has delivered incredible results.

Cons

Overall it is not a cheap tool, this is undoubtedly a downside to the market price. In addition, we constantly identify problems with our marketing events within the tool. This may lead to improper billing in our type of business.

Overall extremely satisfied with this product - it has made my sales campaign efforts much simpler.

Pros

I love the analytics associated with this program. Utilizing the features of this application I was able to launch to extremely successful sales campaigns. The application was responsive and the analytics were correct and useful. The tutorials and activity reports are also super helpful.

Cons

As a CRM tool I would like a better way to add/import contact and diarize calls that link to an external calendar such as Outlook or Google. I do not have a easy way to configure these actions - that is my biggest complaint.

Workflows with a variety of customizations that leave us with little room for error. For example, one way we can use the workflows is to put specific types of users through an email campaign where we send them a few types of messages about a special offer in different forms until they (hopefully) convert.

Pros

As an agency that needs to work quickly in the marketing world, the software really helps you get your marketing tasks done easy. Wheather you need automated emails to push your leads further down your funnel, custom workflows to move people from list to list and give them specific content properties cause of that. You are covered.

Cons

Ovettime, it's very easy to create a bit of a mess of your backend. Soon, you end up with 50 workflows and 400 lists with no idea where people are going too and are feaeful about what you can change or turn off.

Excellent, It was a great decision to use Hubspot, and still using it even for personal side jobs and other projects

Pros

I like the most the fact that is an all in one solution for all marketing needs, is easy to implement and the most important is that is free. Or at least there is a free option, while you evaluate. but it makes sense to upgrade to use all full features.

Cons

The learning curve may take some time, but with a plethora of training sessions and examples, it's easy to get the main idea.
