Pros

I'm using Hubspot since 2021 and I feel it really changes our way of working. All the things, functionalities and features are really helpful. We can create email marketing campaign in just a couple of clicks with built in templates. The dashboard buttons/functions are really helpful to design email template using buttons, graphics etc. All other features like social media marketing is also helpful for our colleges. We can easily create different campaigns for our institutions and achieve required results. In short Hubspot make our colleges marketing campaigns much easier with it's all in one marketing solution.

Cons

I feel that Hubspot offering great services in front of price but I recommend to reduce monthly prices as I saw some of my friends are asking and talking about lower price of the platform. They are expecting lower price in front of their budget. Anyway, it's a great all in one tool to cover all the marketing aspects.

Generally, I can attest to the potentiality of Hubspot and I can fully recommend it for any medium or large business corporation seeking to keep track of their marketing activities as well as real time business conversion.

Pros

At the very first time with Hubspot Marketing Automation, I was confused on how to go around the tool, however, with the assistance of my secretary I discovered how easy it is to navigate the platform with ease with its responsive and optimized interface which allows for smooth work flow. I was able to understand and keep track of our marketing activities through the use of the strategic analytics placed to keep you abreast of your operations. A sure way to stay ahead as well as understanding and seeing your Marketing return on investment.

Cons

Regardless of the fact that Hubspot has proven to be effective when keeping track of your marketing activities it nevertheless would serve more than it purpose for smaller companies or start ups do to its several large software component and interface not to mention the pricey nature of the software, it will be great if they consider the price.

### "The new and easier approach to "old school" collaboration"

Simple, no costly "clients" to download and set-up. Collaborate as an individual yet when additional "eyes" are needed, they can be added in the blink of an eye. Seamlessly and quickly go from prospect to client in a flash. If the company you are eyeing has limited information "searchable"....Hub Spot apparently has the inside scoop and will list C-Level or Influential contacts to cut down on "research".....thus "cradle to grave" is shortened immensely.

Pros

Extremely easy to set up and manage. File share and team collaboration in a "mobile" world could not be any easier, though you're miles apart. Additional features are very easy to add!

Cons

The constant customer service "pop-up" can get annoying at times and I've found that even though they are "always" there, 24/7.......they are often "not available".

Overall, this is a very useful tool for teams with a lot of opportunities to track and manage data in meaningful ways.

Pros

The best thing about Hubspot is that the basic learning curve makes it easy for anyone to catch on quickly and perform basic tasks. There is also a wealth of information available online in the form of tutorials and workshops, so anyone on your team can jump in. Customer service is also excellent and friendly.

Cons

Some features seem counterintuitive, the largest of which is the lack of integration between deals and contacts. There is no easy way to integrate them if needed (we frequently have external lists that we would need to see deal information for, but there is no easy way to upload just a list and gather deal information). There are some small quirks like that, and also some missing reporting features which can make things a bit frustrating if you’re really trying to dig into your data.

I use this weekly to update client sites that operate on this platform and help them improve the flow of traffic to their site and increase the quality of experience for users once they arrive.

Pros

For what it offers it's pretty robust and the in platform reporting is really great. The ability to sort and separate various sites from one login is just fantastic. The wysiwyg editing is pretty spot on and allows even the most designer novice to make significant changes without requiring much coding if any.

Cons

I really don't like that they limit what can be done technically on a site. This really is about automation and less about being able to technically tweak the site to get that rounded SEO perfection. The platform does require a bit of know how and you have to spend some time with it to really learn it to use it effectively.

I have nothing but great things to say about HubSpot. I worked at an agency that was a HubSpot Partner for over two years and used HubSpot daily. It makes a marketer's life so easy! The features and functionalities make it possible for agencies and marketers to just use HubSpot rather than multiple softwares and project management tools.

Pros

I appreciate most everything HubSpot has to offer but I appreciate the ability to organize contacts by buyer persona and where they are in the funnel. All of HubSpot's features make it easy to turn strangers into customers from blogs and keywords to templated landing pages and workflows.

Cons

I really enjoy HubSpot and all of its features however I wish regardless of your tier you had the workflow capability. In my experience, the low tiers did not have that functionality.

### "I've been using Hubspot for a year"

Well, first time I used Hubspot was on march 2018 because of my new job, actually it is my first full time job since I moved to Chile from Venezuela, I used to work as a freelancer back then, so when I started to use Hubspot and building on it our marketing plus automating lots of internal processes we saw a 100% growth in less than a year on our business (medical center for the diagnosis of sleep disorders), I really consider this tool something every business should have to enhance everything.

Pros

I like how easy it is to understand, learn and build not only marketing processes but also internal processes thanks to it's integrations through Zapier.

Cons

I think I can't name something about Hubspot I liked least, I think this app is very complete and everytime I need something extra that might not be into Hubspot I ask customer support for advice, if they don't come across a solution for my problem then I research about some integration I can do from Hubspot through Zapier so I can make it happen.

Overall our team got just to the manual process and for the price, tool, education video and support, it was useful for a small startup to track our sales pipeline.

Pros

Hubspot is great. It's a low monthly payment each month that allows you to track sales lead and process them through the funnel. Best part is you can have a chrome extension to automatically add your sales lead and email into hubspot. Allowed us to follow up, track our pipeline, and create email custom templates that I can blast.

Cons

The experience for this software felt very manual. For some seamless things, many times it requires me to go into hubspot, create the company first, then it would allow me to add the contact, for example. It wouldn't let me add contacts from gmail extension until I have created a company first. So imagine if I had to contact 1000+ companies and I had over 1000 contacts. There are many other manual parts just similar to this.

### "A hugely valuable insight tool"

Pros

As a small team, we're constantly looking for insight into prospects and customers. A couple of years back, Hubspot gave us some really interesting insight. As an agency working primarily with educational clients within the UK, we dreamed of expanding our network to overseas, but never taken the leap. We then identified through hubspot that our site was seeing a large amount of traffic from US institutions. We were able to act upon this and to invest in a conference in the US which enabled us to grow our reputation out there which is still paying dividends today.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any cons, it's just that good. I think the notification emails could a little nicer to look at, but I am being super picky at that point

Pros

I love the ease of use of HubSpot. The user interface is seamless throughout the platform. It really is the only all-in-one tool on the market, and makes executing campaigns streamlined and efficient.

Cons

Occassionally the features are rolled out before they have been tested by a wide audience. Sometimes new features tend to break ones that have been working for years, and that can be difficult for a user managing multiple HubSpot accounts.

It's really good to have lots of functionalitys in only one platform. In the same interface you can create Landing Pages, you can set up your marketing automation and also have your CRM.

Pros

The UX of the platform is good. It's intuitive. I really liked Hubspot academy, I learned a lot about Inbound Marketing in general, not only about the platform itself. It's easy to create Landing Pages.

Cons

At the beginning I felt like they contacted me to see how everything was going but after some months they didn't contact me very frequently and I felt I still need the help.

Excellent customer service, but a little difficult to get the hang of. Still, our marketing team totally relies on Hubspot and we've yet to find a better alternative (despite the steep price tag).

Pros

You can do basically everything in one platform, and there are many customizable features and options. Also the customer service is excellent.

Cons

It's a little bit overly complex and can be a headache. But I think it comes with the territory. If you want something customizable for your company and team, then it will be complicated. Once you get the hang of it it's easier to figure out.

The cost of the services is a little higher than most services and your teams must be dedicated, and it's totally different to follow on lead and email marketing so training is very important.

Pros

HubSpot is really solving an amazing problem of time consumption, like being able to send certain emails, answering some messages and sending appreciation messages, so with hubspot you don't need to do all that manually, so in the case where users are to large, the best solution is HubSpot.

Cons

I think the HubSpot page builders should improve their skills, is really amazing but for people without web designer's skill, if you are a frontEnd developer with the skill of HTML and CSS you will like it but if not you can be limited with what you can do with those landing page.

We're currently taking a deep-dive into the CRM functionality of HubSpot. It's an area we've not been using to it's full potential and there's really so much to do with it! Overall, I don't see how I could do my job fully without the help of the . I use it daily.

Pros

The versatility. We use this software throughout so much of our organization. It's really a great software for CRM, social media and website management.

Cons

I wish there were more opportunities to collaborate with other users on our software license. We have many organization members that use Hubspot for many different things. It would be nice to have more collaboration abilites between users of the software.

Great tool, can be used by both marketing and sales. For digital or email savvy people this is a great for providing more strategic messaging for those that open and don't. the Free version is also great if you're looking to simply try it out and test results first.

Pros

This is a great tools even for sales outreach. Great email tracking to nurture and engage prospects. Tracks clicks, opens, even forwarded emails to understand if your message is getting across and shared. Also shows the location of the person opening your email, also helps to see if someone is out of town this way. Great way to provide a more nurtured email to opens and those that are not you can keep cold emailing.

Cons

Much like similar solutions there are instances of false positives like if I open an email it will mark it as the person I sent the email to opened it and my location comes up. not all emails are tracked, clicks can also be considered opens and vice versa.

We have used Hubspot for years and have found it to be the best tool for what we do. It's user-friendly and allows us to have everything in one place. Overall, I would recommend this to medium-large size businesses.

Pros

\-Easy to Use; user friendly -Allows multiple websites in one portal -Consolidates marketing efforts into one place (blogging, social media, emails, workflows, analytics, etc.) -Excellent customer service

Cons

\-Limitations to certain tools: we have multiple websites in one portal, but the analytics tool can only be sorted by subdomain not individual domains like we have. So it's difficult to segment traffic, leads and customers by website. The Ads tool also does not track conversions the way we would like; it bases on last touch point instead of original source
