Great overall experience - really easy setup, really solid education hub to teach you how to use the platform, and generally really easy to use. Integrates into a ton of other services too.

Pros

Extremely quick and easy to get up and running with Hubspot - importing existing data is a breeze, and feeding new user data in via their API is easy enough albeit with a learning curve. Great UX, and the way all of their various products integrate with each other speeds up creating marketing automation/processes a ton.

Cons

Main issue is the feature lockout on lower tier plans - their free tier is very generous, but the price curve as you upgrade between paid tiers is very steep (from $24 CAD per month on starter to $1034 CAD per month on professional, with no options in between). This can be pretty frustrating when you only need a single feature from the higher plan.

Automation across the board. This helped me significantly with email marketing and associated materials like landing pages, forms (lead conversion), complementing sales processes, etc.

Pros

It consolidates marketing + sales efforts and everything in between whether we are talking content, templates, landing pages, email workflows, lead lists, forms, social media management, etc. Their support team does a great job. Hubspot marketing is overpriced but they do a good job of compensating by offering a startup discount for an initial term.

Cons

I think the app could be simplified even further and it lacks a few major value features like A/B testing within campaigns/workflows. There's a decent learning curve & without adequate training, you could find yourself redoing initial setups by missing a few critical elements (companies vs contact properties, smart lists, connecting the website + domain, etc).

This software is like having a marketing team working 24/7. In this digital age, having one centralized system like Hubspot to manage all of our campaigns is exactly what we were looking for to streamline our work.

Pros

The pros of HubSpot marketing automation are managing all campaigns to consolidate and oversee everything inside the module. For many years, I had to manage our marketing using different tools. At first it's manageable but as you begin adding more marketing tools it becomes a nightmare. Hubspot tethers everything into one account.

Cons

No cons to report at this time. Perhaps some users struggle getting their marketing campaigns into Hubspot. But they have excellent help documentation which walks you through the process step-by-step.

It’s a super robust tool that has features ahead of your current needs so you never really outgrow HubSpot but rather it grows along with you

Cons

You really need to plan out what you want and how you want marketing mgmt to function prior to setting it up in HubSpot. It’s really easy to get lost in the sauce because all the features can become distracting if you let it

I found it a no brainer to move to and wished I had sooner, it was only because I did not bother to take the time to take a closer look a year before. But since moving to the free CRM solution I have never looked back - a complete game changer for me and a great all-round solution

Pros

It is free and just an awesome CRM platform - Very Good - Nothing Better Than It in MarketSpace - Hands Down The Best Free CRM out there - Well worth starting out with on the Free Plan and Upgrade as and when needed as it will pay for it's self The training videos are fantastic and will get you up and running in no time, as long as you follow along and bother to take action Links up with so many other Softwares

Cons

There is a lot to get used to and can be a little overwhelming at first, but the support videos and training will get you over the learning hump quickly if you follow through A bit pricey when looking at the solution on a whole, but if used properly and you take your time to get to know what is that you are working with you see that it is an excellent total solution

Pros

There wasn't really anything about Hubspot that I enjoyed.

Cons

Where do I even start? Most companies try to specialize in 1-3 things, but HubSpot is trying to do them all. I absolutely loathe opening up the software. It's so confusing and the price is insane. I have severe ADHD and anytime I use HubSpot I nearly have an anxiety attack. There are too many options and when I'm trying to do a specific task, it's never easy and I usually accidentally click on the wrong thing because it's shown on the same page, then I have to find my task all over again. The site is so overwhelming.

Pros

Hubspot deserves 5 stars for its dedication to education on marketing principles. They are pretty dedicated to their users' success. The software itself is incredibly powerful, and they've clearly dedicated enormous amounts of time to make it as easy to use as possible. Even the least technically inclined in our company are able to accomplish just about anything they need to. The end-to-end solution is fantastic and makes my job as KPI reporter much easier than it would be without it.

Cons

While they do have a hugely powerful software suite, the price point is incredibly high, and the up-sells are everywhere, to the point where they sometimes handicap the functionality of another piece that you are paying for. It is not the right fit for every company, and this is really the key. For the company that IS the right fit - it is fantastic.

HubSpot is great at becoming the all-in-one B2B enterprise marketing solution, so we can focus on serving our customers and not having to enter data.

Pros

Connects very well to our CRM seamlessly, so we do not have to duplicate steps of grabbing leads, inputting them into our CRM, and then also using a separate e-mail marketing system.

Cons

We have used HubSpot as a CRM for years. It has optimized for CRM and there are better e-mail marketing platforms out there, but to connect them is very valuable.

Pros

I don't have much to say except, THIS IS THE DAMN SOFTWARE on the market for any business and/or entrepreneur.

Cons

No cons on my end, I don't know about everyone else, the interface was hard at first if you don't understand what your doing.

It's a perfect tool to engage inmediatly with prospects and you can build tough workflows and enable it to serve 24/7

Pros

The Marketing Automation module is one of the best tools you can work with if you need a good automation process! Before that, you have to know that this Hub is avaliable in Pro and Enterprise Module (starter or free doesn't have). Once you know it, you can build workflows with a lot of options, such as: send automatics e-mails, generate secuences, make to-do asigments, change values propierly, etc.

Cons

As I say before, you can't use this module in free or starter plan. Also, workflows can be confused in their elaboration. Recomendation: Test before you start on!

I had a great overall experience on my trial run! I would say if you want a simple option to help you touch all bases, this is a great option. I would also like to say their customer service is great, they actually called me, explained the platform, and helped me get started with using Hubspot.

Pros

HubSpot CRM has been a great help for several reasons. This platform has helped me improve my business organization. This CRM has digital marketing tools that will keep everything centrally located and easy to access. HubSpot has done a great job of creating a functional business platform. You can get packaged bundles, it’s a one-stop shop for all online business functions. HubSpot is easy to use. I did the trial version and my honest review is that you can spend a lot of time doing all of these functions in your own spread-out way but Hubspot can make it easier to keep everything organized.

Cons

I looked around, did my research. It seems as if there are other platforms out there that have better pricing. Some of the features are for premium subscribers only so if your budget isn't huge, there's a possibility you could come up short in terms of functionality.

Pros

It is an all-in-one solution that provides easy campaign tracking for forms, emails, landing pages, etc.

Cons

The web analytics are a little unreliable. I know it's not GA, but a stronger view of web analytics would be awesome. Also, changing a name of a campaign is not allowed, so sometimes if a campaign is renamed I have to create a new one, and reconnect the data sources, but it doesn't bring in historical data if I connect a source to a new campaign.

I feel that our goals as a team are being met a lot more quickly because of HubSpot. We are able to track what we are doing and keep each other informed with how detailed the history is on our customers. Just because of Hubspot it is easy to create accounts of customers, and directly communicating them through phone and email.

Pros

No Coding required: They have all the tools at the same place this makes it easy to use. Even the person who doesn't have knowledge of coding can use it. This is user-friendly due to its social media-like interface Official Blog: They have an official blog on which they have explained how to use. Any beginner can learn from there. Free Trail: Unlike their competitors, they provide a one-week free trial.

Cons

Annual Billing: They charge contracts annually. It is difficult for a small enterprise to pay annually. Premium Technical Support: If you need ongoing technical support then you have to pay for it. I would say that it would be best to be able to pin any task to the top of the page instead of only making it notes that can be pinned

You can set up snippets, templates and shortcuts and customize it to each client's preference.

Cons

The system keeps on sending notifications on the emails every time there's an interaction, we only need the OTP message not everything we receive on hubspot

Finding photographs or other media for workflows is not always simple. Email workflow data is frequently dispersed and challenging to locate. The design options for Landing Pages are restricted. Reporting - I've encountered restrictions when creating HubSpot reports. Certain reporting features are only available in single object reports, computed values are occasionally unavailable, and reporting power isn't always as strong as it may be.

Absolutely LOVE Hubspot. I love the ease of use and how easy it is for a team member to get up to speed with using the system. It's great for teams and has really great tutorials and webinars for learning how to get the best value from the system.

Pros

Absolutely fantastic educational information provided by the software provider. In addition to this, the software is really easy to use compared to most of the other MA platforms out there which require you to have a PhD to use them. The software also has inbuilt analytics which helps you to identify the bits that are working smoothly for your campaigns as well as the pinch points

Cons

The price.... I'd say that the premium version of the software is absolutely fantastic but costs waaaay too much.
