Once you learn hoe to use it, it is a great tool for all the marketing you need to do for yourself and if you are an agency for your clients!

Cons

You really need to have time to learn, and be patience. Naming conventions are really different

Benefits have two axes from my perspective, the first is when the benefits are offered to your company and the second is when technical support or recommendations for use: I receive SEO recommendations so that my publications are much more attractive to readers and for the search engines, it allows me to design email campaigns and workflows, in accordance with micontext, adapts and readjusts, and personalizes my experiences with dynamic content.

Pros

I like the most is that I am a small company and I am new in the marketing area, this tool has allowed me to create, automate, measure and optimize all my online marketing in one place. I've noticed that centralizes and improves the digital marketing management so important when I start a business.

Cons

I have not had problems, but I would like the free version to last a little longer or that the paid version has a lower cost.

### "Good all around marketing automation suite"

Hubspot has been reliable for us. We use it daily for a whole host of tasks. Their up time is great and support is readily available. Good overall experience.

Pros

Hubspot captures essential features such as email automation and social media posting along with more complex tasks such as workflows. We have been able to extend the use of this product throughout its lifecycle by deploying it against our ABM/inside sales efforts and importing sales data from SFDC.

Cons

Like any software, there are always features you would like to see added or use cases that aren't there yet. Their latest Target Accounts feature is a nice upgrade to fuel ABM activities, but falls short at the moment. I'm sure they will continue to enhance that feature.

Peace of mind, easy to automate things so I can focus on bigger strategic projects.

Pros

HubSpot is great software, as they are always innovating, adding new features, and making things easier for everyone to work with in the tools. The learning curve is fairly easy, automation is simple and straightforward. Email deployment is also great and easy to use.

Cons

While it has a simple and easy to learn UI, they are constantly changing things and making updates. This is good, but they do their UI updates so hodge-podge that I wish they would be a little more uniform in their design & implementation. Their AB testing could also be more robust - it falls behind most tools.

Overall we enjoy and are quite reliant on Hubspot, even with the difficulties we encounter. The support and CS team definitely go a long way.

Pros

The support is very good. The email builder is also very good and can be used without the help of a developer. The workflow automations are also very powerful.

Cons

There is a lot that can be done, making learning the tool and using all of the features to make it the most effective difficult. It can be a bit of a beast and having things set up incorrectly can cause headaches down the road. The social media tool is only so powerful, and we find ourselves needing to do things natively in platform.

Many! Including "How To Use Social Media". HubSpot and one other Company taught me how to get over 1400 HQ Twitter Followers in less than 30 days! Excellent Education Programs, with Certifications. I would NOT recommend for the Brand new Newbie/Beginner! More for Advanced Marketers but Beginners that are dedicated can most definitely get much from HubSpot. So as I stated before sending everyone there for the Social Media and Inbound Marketing if nothing else.

Pros

Excellent Education, Great Support Staff for things you do not understand and tons of tutorials as well. In the full version, it is awesome, actually far more than what one can do within 30 days. But gives you a good idea of what to focus on and where to get started with other similar programs. I recommend all my List Followers, Members etc. to utilize HubSpot as the best starting point!

Cons

If you can afford Premium Please DO IT! Great EDU on basically any and all subjects. The only real Con is that they are Pricey for Premium membership...do however offer many Free Options. So still worth joining even as only a FREE Member.

Overall, it's been a good experience. It's expensive, but not as expensive as other tools. That comes with something to be desired in terms of customization (without the help of Pro Services), but has overall really improved our efforts.

Pros

The ability to really automate our marketing efforts, easily create landing pages, and track activity per the analytics. It's been a game changer for us in terms of consistently getting info out, tailoring our messaging and adjusting our strategy per what works and what doesn't.

Cons

It's fairly difficult to learn, especially for our more tenured teammates. And after learning it, it's not as customizable as some other software I've worked with in the past.

When I was brought on to launch our organization's new business initiatives, it seemed like a very daunting task. We had an outdated list of thousands of contacts, no inbound leads, low website traffic, and no one in my role previously in 20 years of business. I was forced to wear many hats from marketer, business development manager, sales rep, and content developer. HubSpot brought everything I needed to do, under one roof. I am able to create, manage, and track everything I do. And the best part is, that it all talks to each other seamlessly. From my social media posts to our blog notifications to our off landing pages: all the data is compiled in an easy to create and understand report that helps me determine the best way to tweak our marketing to reach our personas and convert our leads into customers.

Pros

As I mentioned above, everything is in one place. For someone like me, this is a HUGE time saver. Another benefit I would say is exclusive to HubSpot is their awesome staff and support. The tools they produce are never stagnant. There are changes, updates, and improvements DAILY to each aspect of the software. It is continuously improving to work the way I need or want it to. They listen to and value the ideas of their users. I feel like feedback I leave when I find bugs or have issues completing a task, is immediately heard and addressed.

Cons

As is the case with any true inbound/content marketing software, you HAVE to spend the time pouring into it to see a return. If you don't take the time to learn best practices, the latest strategies, and the different functions of the tool, you will not see the return you expect from the software. Put the time in to learn, post, and publish constantly, and you won't be disappointed.

Overall, would recommend to everyone. IF you can afford the software, it's the perfect all in one tool. You still need to be a good marketer, but this will just make it easier.

Pros

It's an all in one marketing solution. I've personally used it on 10+ client sites to handle all email automation, social media posting, forms, landing pages and so much more. Their automation tools, rules setup is extremely simple. Not in a bad way, simple in that the average user can understand it.

Cons

The cost of the software can be prohibitive for a small company. They also require a year subscription (last I knew), which can be a turnoff to some. The automation software itself is fantastic.

In general, I could describe an excellent experience with this software, it is quite intuitive and practical for daily use by companies.

Pros

I think that I really love everything about HubSpot, it's a CRM that even in its free version allows you to do a lot of things that other CRMs don't, such as being able to access the API and modify or consult data in real time, you It allows you to track your customers and at all times know their steps.

Cons

Within the experience and dream that I have given this tool, I think that I have not really noticed any shortcoming or opportunity for improvement. The truth is that it is quite complete and safe for all types of companies.

### "Nice tool with effective features"

Our marketing campaigns changed entirely when we started using HubSpot. We were able to push a lot more campaigns and specialize the lists so that we could truly target our audience. It's also great to incorporate their forms on a website and whoever signs up for whatever kind of magnet (like an ebook or newsletter subscription) is automatically put into a specialized stream of communication. It's a really effective resource, especially if you like a "set it and forget it" system.

Pros

HubSpot is generally easy to use and pretty intuitive. There are some advanced features that take some time to get to know, but overall, my team was able to learn the system pretty quickly. It's also very reliable, so if we set up an automation, we can trust that it will happen every time; we've had other products disconnect or fail to push an automation sometimes, so HubSpot's reliability has been refreshing.

Cons

It's a little pricey for our needs. We're a small business, so we don't have a lot of campaigns running at once. Overall, it's a realistic and fair price point, but for a small business or a business with limited needs, it might not be worth the cost since there are cheaper options out there. But really, the features and functions are highly useful, so it's worth it if you use those.

Pros

HubSpot has a variety of tools that enables the user to cover a myriad of helpful operations. From helping with the right format of emails, helping in email campaigns on products, managing the contact lists, analyzing data and the part I like most, social media management.Also the fact that you create your account for free is a big benefit especially to the beginners. Having all these operations, HubSpot is still very easy to use.

Cons

Not so much, only that the pricing might be a little bit expensive compared to other CRM tools but its worth it.

Overall I found it good in the beginning as I grew my business but very soon I hit their soft cap in which I needed the extra tools but wasn't turning over enough to justify paying for them. There are much better tools out there for growing businesses and I feel that Hubspot needs to be more honest in its marketing, this isn't useful for business with starter turnover.

Pros

It is well supported, meaning that there are lots of online resources to help users find the information that they need.

Cons

Price - There is no middle ground. It is suitable only for small agencies with very limited marketing needs or huge agencies that have the budget for the extra features. Integrations - You need to budget in extra for the integrations using Zapier. This is a hidden cost and they should be more upfront about this because Zapier can become very expensive.

Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub

The initial proce, however, it proved to be a false economy because the cost for the really useful tools are beyond the budget of a small starter agency.

Have had the abilty to keep client files in order and up to date. Changed the way I am doing business with different travel partners. I have been able to keep better control over what material I am sending to partners and potential new cuistomers

Pros

I like that all my team members can see the different conversations and add their own perspective. We are a fairly new business and have grown by leaps and bounds in the last year. Over the few months we have been using HubSpot, it has allowed all of my co-workers to not only get to know each others strengths, but allowed us to reach out and support each other. Its an easy product use and understand , the support from the company has been good for us so far. When we have questions or run into an issue we can't assist each other with while using the Hubspot platform they have been attended to and fixed in a quick and efficent manor. I have used other programs that it has taken days for someone to get back.

Cons

Limited features on the free version. We have the premium version and its been great. The only thing that I get worried about at times is the formatting of emails. Sometimes the system gets a bit quirky and wont allow me to see the formatting of what I am sending. Thankfully this isn't something that happens often because I can email myself first and fix it if I need to

It's a very powerful tool for internal management and organization of our contact points with other companies.

Pros

The ability to log calls, emails, and different points of contact with hundreds of different entries. For instance, I have a call with Company A: I can write notes and log this under Company A's file within HubSpot. Then, I email Company B: HubSpot is synchronized with my email client, so the email automatically is logged within HubSpot. Very effective.

Cons

There is, somewhat seldom, some bugginess that I've encountered. Weird and wonky things have happened in the text editor when I'm trying to bold, italic, or underline stuff. However, I haven't really used HubSpot to the extent that I'd be able to say anything else bad about it. It's been a powerful, consistent, and effective tool.
