Pros

The CRM is flexible and easy to configure to your needs on the fly. Working with other CRM professionals, they are often shocked at how quickly I am able to implement new properties. Lists and filters are thorough and well-considered, allowing me to save lots of time identifying sub-groups for ads and outreach.

Cons

The company object type needs more feature parity to contacts; company lists in particular would be excellent. The company de-duplication tool misses a lot; sometimes two companies have a literally identical url, and have been in the system for many years, without showing up in the tool.

Pros

Email tracking with pop up display. This tool is very accurate and allows me to see almost instantly when an email is opened. I'd say it's about 95% accurate. The best one I've found. It's also free! Which is very cool btw!

Cons

What I don't like is that I cannot purchase just the email tracking on its own. I have to buy a package, which is of no use to me. I also can't figure out to go back and view the opened / clicks. Lastly, because it is free has its cons. You get a limited open click alert. Understandable, but if I could buy it for monthly use - that would be awesome.

This software helps me to drive unlimited traffic to my laning page, Gets my content in front of the right people at the right time,helps convertbmy leads to potential visitors, Helps me track visitors and report to the bottom line .. And in all It's flexible,easy to use and it's functionality is 100%

Cons

What I love least in this app is the ability of the app to is the ability to build and modify website without IT

I worked with a certified hubspot agency for the setup (also quite expensive), but after that the daily usage is quite intuitive.

Pros

Lots of cool features that are quite easy to use. Great academy to learn how to take good advantage of all the features. Good integration with third party apps.

Cons

Very, very expensive for small businesses making it impossible to buy. It should have cheaper versions, even with limits on quantities.

HubSpot is an easy to operate tool with little learning of tools and system. One can easily operate and use all the features with just a kick start. In relation to pricing, its seems to be more expensive but when compared to other such tools in market, its the perfect demand according to their service provided.

Cons

For tools with such vastness, it seems so foolish and hectic that we can't integrate videos to all the social media platforms. In today's market trend, video and clips are the main and effective source of advertising and promoting products. So they need to work on this thing soon.

We are solving things like revenue generation, increased lead gen, introducing automation to increase digital transformation. HubSpot helps to solve all of these.

Pros

HubSpot is a full suite marketing, sales and customer service automation platform. It seamlessly integrates with each of these core business functions, which makes it easy to collaborate and communicate. The HubSpot team is always working hard to introduce new functionality to make everyday tasks a little easier and smarter. I'm always blown away by their level of customer support. They always go above and beyond to help and support where ever you need it.

Cons

There isn't much that I would say I like least, the pricing can be tricky to get over the line. Especially in developing countries, where price sensitivity and digital adeptness is not a key strategic component.

Quick. Once you learn the platform, emails, social, and ads come together very quickly. The Hubspot academy side prepares you to use all aspects of the system and the marketing newsletter offers up creative updates. Overall experience has been very good.

Pros

I like the customizable templates for email and the ease that it can be applied to a series of emails. The social media hub has really improved over the last two years and integrates well with the social platforms we use. The multiple views make planning a social campaign easy and fluid.

Cons

We use Eventbrite to host about 20 educational events a year. The integration with Eventbrite is consistently faulty. I will consistently have 1-3 people every event that where placed on the wrong side of the if/then branch. Hubspot looks into it everytime and hasn't been able to clearly define the problem. Other than that one small issue we have been happy with our other integrations.

Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub

I was not a part of the decision to switch to HubSpot from the previous software. That being said my team consistently mentions the ease with which we can reachout to our clients and we appreciate the time HubSpot saves us.

Overall - a sure fire win to organize the office, especially if you are a recruiting / marketing team.

Pros

The visibility and the shared information among my team is one of the biggest pros. It makes the progress of contracts or individual applicants easy to see and understand. The SMS integration with Sakari is a big plus. I love using the Task reminders as well. Their support has been speedy and top notch.

Cons

I would say the menu bar at the top can be a bit confusing to find the options you're looking for. Contacts makes sense, as does automation. But Marketing vs. Sales are categories with some overlap, and it's also hard to differentiate "Conversations" from "Marketing." So it just took some rote learning to learn where everything is and how to use it.

Hubspot essentially centers my entire work day. It is my main tab on my laptop throughout the whole day, all of my other platforms my other platforms all originate from hubspot.

Pros

Hubspot is just a clean CRM that allows me to keep tabs on all of my leads and progressively inch them towards the sale. It keeps me organized and does a lot of legwork for me on the backend with the automated emails.

Cons

Sometimes things can be a bit difficult to search for if formats are not consistent eg. phone numbers.

I've been using HubSpot for 2 years now and it is by far the best marketing and sales software on the market. If you are looking to bring all your tools into one place then HubSpot is the one for you. Once all set up there is very little need for technical users to build out pages, emails, etc. The HubSpot tools are put together so that you can deliver the best inbound marketing campaign possible and have everything you need for success. With it's closed loop reporting you're able to track all your marketing efforts and see actually ROI on each piece of content you're creating whether thats a simple tweet, blog post, content offer, etc. Also, alongside the software itself, the HubSpot team provide world class support so if you do become stuck they'll help you out no matter what. I'd strongly recommend this to anyone considering it!

Excellent experience so far. Looking for their campaign management upgrade.

Pros

We used the software extensive in setting up our marketing function. This is easy to set up and supports large teams at effective cost because it is not in pay per user model. Anybody can use this as it user friendly and requires basic training of where the options are. Business metrics helped us focus on channels that are working and retrospect why certain channels that are not working

Cons

Campaign management fails to record the budget and reports on that front.

Growth. It's easy to track engagement and performance of our marketing channels using HubSpot. Hope there will be heatmaps kind of tool that can be able to see number of clicks etc. for the blog and landing pages.

Pros

Your design manager tool helps me a lot to manage our marketing emails and pages design system. I like that our marketing team uses our HubSpot templates with ease without the full need of a designer. What you see is what you get!

Cons

So far I can't find any reasons to dislike anything from the software.

Great experience with large clients, but once we went into the startup world it became unaffordable.

Pros

I loved everything, from their email editor to their form editor Like that the workflows for email marketing deployment are easy to set The winner for me is the Marketing Automation + CRM integration.

Cons

There is no lead grading or lead scoring fields like in Pardot. The Landing page editor is amazing but can be a headache to use. They should improve that UX. Too expensive. Great for growing businesses but not suitable for startups.

I love HubSpot. The HubSpot University made trainings super easy and I feel like a pro. Being extremely comfortable in the system is important to maximizing our features and benefits. I especially like the speed of response when interacting with customer service. The SEO, website tracking and social integrations are very beneficial and our Salesforce API is integrated for lead scoring.

Pros

SEO features to maximize organic search results and keep an eye on keywords within content. Email marketing for events while using the contact database (integrated with Salesforce) Landing pages are nice and easy to use. CTAs are easy to manipulate and modify coding. Templates are useful. Blogging platform is really nice and the automation associated with social postings saves so much time.

Cons

Media library for content, images, and uploads gets super messy and unorganized. It would be great if this could use a better user interface for quicker and more efficient use. Landing pages and custom templates require too much developer/coding knowledge. We wish there was an easier way to create templates from scratch or integrate with SquareSpace/website platform to create consistent branding without coding requirements.

It has the best data management system and reporting analytics. Easily segmented and integrated with all the softwares. It has also an excellent process of creating workflows and alerts.

It gets slow when it holds up more data which results in delaying daily tasks with static lists which are used to integrate with email marketing tool

A central hub to monitor all marketing actions. From website content, blogs and social media to each individual inbound marketing campaign.

Pros

The modules! The way website pages are modular and can be adjusted by a WSYIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor is absolutely essential for non-technical marketing employees. Websites can still be coded from the ground up within HubSpot but it isn't necessary. There are hundreds of complete themes to edit to your liking. The marketing tools are excellent, keep track of the funnel and each individual campaign within HubSpot directly.

Cons

Some website features are a little limited, for example the "preview" screen isn't always accurate and being able to embed complex javascript elements can be a little bit of a challenge.

However, in the end, we shelled out the cash and couldn't be happier. We are silver partners with them already and well on our way to gold! They have played a huge role in helping us grow our creative agency and continue providing great marketing service to customers. From emails to blogs to designing content strategy, HubSpot has it all!

Pros

The features, blogging interface, educational content, ease of access, and various content formats it helps with.

Cons

It can be a bit pricey. Plus there could be a better navigation experience.

Pros

I like that the CRM and marketing tools are all in one place and that I can access it easily from anywhere. I appreciate the API with Proposable and some of the work arounds for logging emails with contacts or entering contacts easily. I also really like the scheduling feature.

Cons

You really have to know your way around Hubspot to use it. If you don't have an agency, I can see where it might be really difficult to take advantage of the tools. Also, the technical support can be hit or miss. Sometimes they can't find an answer or just refer you to forums (when no answer exists).
