Overall experience has been really satisfying.

Pros

The ease and user friendliness of UI, multi-purpose functionality and efficiency for the completion of tasks are the best part about this software. Also, the maintainability is very less making it apt for the convenient usage of the small businesses.

Cons

The backend panel given has to be more enriched with the functionalities and if the price point is lowered a bit can really be picked by many other small businesses.

Overall, HubSpot is a fantastic tool for large corporations. Its integrated functions are outstanding and you can clearly understand how lead generation and sales funnels are performing. Tech support was a bit frustrating to get in touch with at times but we usually ended up getting most issues worked out.

Pros

Lead management and reporting integrations are stellar. Information was clear and easy to access. The reports were easy to customize.

Cons

Two things I wasn't fond of. First, the price. It's expensive and better suited to large corporations whereas we were working with small to medium-sized companies. Second, the email templates were minimal and not easily customizable. I ended up going into wireframes constantly to make simple layout changes.

Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub

While we initially chose HubSpot, it proved to be too costly for our clients. After a couple of years, we migrated to a similar and more cost-effective platform. That said, I would still recommend HubSpot for overall functionality.

I would recoommend people to use Hubspot for marketing. It has not let me down.

Pros

I have been able to automatically generate Emails thus leading to making more sales as Hubspot helps me come up with emails that are specific to the specific audience am trying to reach.This has helped me grow sales. I was also given a free trial to test run the software before i started a paid subscription.

Cons

Some of the leads you may acquire using hubspot sometimes end being dead leads. This proves to cost me money as I will have already used money in marketing.Money that cannot be earned back.

Pros

Hubspot is a great tool if you're just starting out with Marketing automation. It offers a bit of everything in its more expensive package. The tracking information it provides is also mindblowing and extremely helpful to the sales and marketing teams, as well as providing good reports for the management. It will take your marketing to the next level.

Cons

If you have advanced customization needs, advanced multilingual support, or advanced CRM system, HubSpot might not be for you. The customization it offers is very limited, you only have a few switches here and there, but it's pretty closed off all in all. The advanced features are very limited and you might find yourself more angry at the limitations than you would be happy for the features it does offer. They're a small company and still have a lot to grow, so hopefully in the future they will address this

The Pros: First and foremost having all tools related to blogging, social media, SEO, email marketing and analytics all in one place. This is a timesaver. I used to jump between at least 10 different tools to do what I do in HubSpot. I love the dashboard to get a quick pulse on how my month of marketing is going. I love that their tools are built to be persona driven and campaigns can be organized around your personas. Campaigns are a great way to keep all your efforts in sync and organized and to keep ROI and measurement nice and clean for various initiatives. We converted our blog to COS and we are very happy we did, the blog drafting tools are great, easy to use and effective. Hubspot forms have become an integral part of our lead generation program. I love the ability to create complex workflows using automation based on any set of complex events and triggers I want based on what contacts have done and what we know about them. Workflows have transformed our lead nurturing program using targeted automated email lead nurturing. Huge time saver. I think Hubspot also perfectly blends the art of delivering an incredible tool that is their platform, but just as important is their ability to deliver the inbound training and support to make sure their clients are successful at using the tool. Lastly, I love the keywords tools, the sources reports, custom report features, smart lists, and their social media chrome extension. The Cons: I wish there was a little more customization when it comes to setting up users and user permissions. A little more granule options would be nice there. I'd like to be able to give certain internal staff access to the email tools only, or to social tools only etc... I also would like to see more in-depth analytics when it comes to user stories and traffic paths/flow. Overall, it's been a great experience so far. We are entering our 1 year mark using the tool in February of 2016 and we're happy with the success its helped our marketing department reach already. Comparing year over year, with hubspot we've created over 200% more leads and it's been more organized and easier to analyze. We LOVE the CRM integration with their marketing database. Our entire sales team uses the CRM. This combo is what puts the icing on the cake for our organization.

The is a one-stop-shop for any online business. it is a really good option to get started with if you don't want to learn the ins and outs of different platforms like email marketing, SEO and more. You can also track insights on what's bringing the most traffic to your website and optimize around that. The customer service is also great, they answer your questions within minutes and have a live chat to help if you need it. I highly recommend this1

### "Helping a Beginner Out "

My overall experience with HubSpot has been great. 6 months ago I started as an intern with no experience with HubSpot whatsoever and now I can't imagine that there is any other tool I would use for marketing automation. I've been able to learn so much more about tracking social engagement through clicks, views, etc. and it's been extremely helpful for our marketing campaigns to see what resonates with our customers and what doesn't. It makes the question "What do our customers want?" a lot more clear and helps steer us in the right direction when we find a path that works.

Pros

The feature I like most about HubSpot is how easy it is to create emails and the ability to clone and keep the template you already created. A lot of what my job consists of is sending out a series of email-marketing campaigns and it's important for them to look uniform and consistent - it saves me a huge amount of time and makes sending mass emails so much more efficient. Also, the customer service is awesome. This is my first time using HubSpot for my job and the customer support team has saved me from having to ask many, many obvious questions from when I first started up until now, which I'm very appreciate of! (Thank you HubSpot Support for being patient with me when I can't figure out why my workflow isn't working)

Cons

The only thing I sometimes have trouble with is getting images on my emails to size correctly. I'm sure this is because there are pre-made dimensions for images that need to be in place for the template to look a certain way for both PC and Mac users. But, sometimes I do have to scrap certain images because their size can't be customized.

I'm not sure what the company used prior to when I was hired.

Awesome

Pros

It’s the company culture and massive value add of their ecosystem. Other software providers may offer similar functionality, but no onw offers the training, thought leadership and support if HubSpot.

Cons

Price. This is a company that offers a ton of value, and charges for it. If you don’t have a strong marketing team in your pocket, you probably should hold off on HubSpot. The software isn’t nearly as hard to learn as it is to do the marketing right.

If you're not especially operations-minded, learning this technology is fairly simple because to their excellent assistance.

Pros

The tool is very simple to use and implements quickly. Many of its default settings, such as GDPR, progressive profiling on forms, opt-in, managing numerous contacts, etc., really promote typical "good operating" practices. Within HubSpot, everything is simple as pie. Making automated emails is as easy as 1-2-3: create email, select automation, and finish. It couldn't possibly be any more obvious. Then, it's quite easy to use the workflows function to use these automatic emails. HubSpot is unquestionably the platform for you if you want to concentrate on marketing automation.

Cons

The service is pricey, therefore you must ensure that every member of your staff is committed to the training. Training is crucial since lead follow-up and email marketing are handled quite differently from other businesses. Although HubSpot promises to be a drag-and-drop builder, this isn't actually the case. Over time, we stopped utilizing HubSpot's Landing Page Builder in favor of Unbounded, which offers landing pages in a more simpler format.

Hubspot marketing is a not a ordinary email marketing tool and it has many features where we can approach the particular person in a different ways since they use data analytics we can use our own ideas and designs to share the insights to that specific person and create attention towards our business engagements. We are able to integrate products in the CRM.

Cons

It doesn't have inbuilt calling feature options and the email notifications are sometimes confusing because we get the past updates of people who have seen it previously in the present date.

Pros

The breadth of features, and the ability to manage the majority of our marketing efforts makes HubSpot our go to marketing software platform. We use it for all our email communication, lead generation and funnel, and analytics.

Cons

It can feel a bit bloated and overwhelming at first, so more hand holding along the way would be nice. Hard to really complain about anything though as most of the experience has been solid.

The best part about this software is that my team and I are able to manage everything from digital marketing to our customer management with just one tool! HubSpot is great for every team no matter how small! HubSpot is also always pushing out new products to help keep businesses and customers happy.

Cons

I wish the website development tools were easier to use. As someone with little experience in code, trying to make edits or develop new web pages can be difficult. I wish I could manage this on my own without help from our in-house development team.

I love HubSpot. The HubSpot University made trainings super easy and I feel like a pro. Being extremely comfortable in the system is important to maximizing our features and benefits. I especially like the speed of response when interacting with customer service. The SEO, website tracking and social integrations are very beneficial and our Salesforce API is integrated for lead scoring.

Pros

SEO features to maximize organic search results and keep an eye on keywords within content. Email marketing for events while using the contact database (integrated with Salesforce) Landing pages are nice and easy to use. CTAs are easy to manipulate and modify coding. Templates are useful. Blogging platform is really nice and the automation associated with social postings saves so much time.

Cons

Media library for content, images, and uploads gets super messy and unorganized. It would be great if this could use a better user interface for quicker and more efficient use. Landing pages and custom templates require too much developer/coding knowledge. We wish there was an easier way to create templates from scratch or integrate with SquareSpace/website platform to create consistent branding without coding requirements.

Pros

HubSpot is a powerhouse; it can do almost anything in the digital marketing space, which makes it an essential foundation of a MarTech stack. Their support team is fantastic and very quick to help when I have a question. Granted I haven't worked with their major competitor, Marketo, but I couldn't imagine doing my job without HubSpot.

Cons

HubSpot can be difficult to get the hang of, but understanding most of its more complex functions, like workflows, just takes practice. I'm not a developer, but I have a design eye and lots of experience working with drag-and-drop web design interfaces; this is HubSpot's low point for me. Interacting with their page design tools is either extremely limiting or extremely complicated, depending on how familiar you are with code - either way this function is frustrating and time-consuming for me.

We promote email-based communication with people who live on different time zones and explicitly require to be contacted only during certain hours. The Hubspot Scheduling systems allows us to be productive during our hours of operation while notifying participants exactly when they want to be contacted. Amazing improvement to our communication system! Will certainly use in future studies!

### "Thought Leaders and Innovators - But it's Not Perfect"

Right or not, I think of HubSpot as the innovators in the Marketing Software Technology Space. To me, that means they consistently have the most important functionality and tie it together well. The down side is that I have seen outages in their web hosting, and I think there is a significant learning curve to really get value out of the software. Finally, because they have a dominant place in the market, I think they charge a lot more than competitors. For the time being I'm not sure you can get exactly what you get from HubSpot for a lower price, but you can get REALLY close for pennies on the dollar. I am and remain a HubSpot fan and advocate, but I am not always convinced that they are they best value for the service they offer. They offer huge value, but I'm uncertain that they are the best value for the investment when a client needs a package beyond the $250 / month mark.

Pros

Full functionality. Exceptional team. All in one place. Company has the right values and is going in a great direction.

Cons

Significant price point that seems to get higher and higher. Software outages that seem to get more and more often.
