Overall experience with the has been very very positive. There has been no issues that have come up and it is very simple to use and navigate.

Pros

The email marketing tools in HubSpot is very simple and intuitive. They have a very easy platform to navigate and great resources to help you create great emails. The email analytics are very simple and straightforward and provide great detailed information.

Cons

There are no cons that I have come up with using me HubSpot email marketing tool.

Was using the free HubSpot CRM and email marketing tool was part of the free CRM. Once the switch was made to HubSpot it was clear that the email marketing was way easier than MailChimp and better in a lot of ways.

Pros

is a decently good product, full of features and multiple ways to promote your marketing campaigns. I do enjoy the ease of use, the customer support, and the fresh clean software.

Cons

I think there could be some more functionality in , and I think for the price I should be able to track more integrations

My over all experience has been a good one, it allows me to keep up with emails sent to clients and customers.

Pros

I love that you can send files and emails and have the ability to keep track of them and when they are opened. Now you no longer have to wonder if that email that was sent was actually opened. Great time saver

Cons

The one thing that i liked the least about the software was that when one email was sent to more than one recipient it does not show you who actually opened it, it will just show that it was opened by someone and the times.

Easy to use, straightforward and intuitive. HubSpot is how we manage all of our marketing campaigns whether inbound or outbound.

Pros

HubSpot has really redefined marketing software. The contact management, workflows and email campaign management is what we use most often. Our website is hosted within HubSpot and we can make changes easily and quickly despite having no experience or knowledge of code.

Cons

Our engineering team doesn't like the limitations of HubSpot for website creation. You are very limited in FTP access and administrator privileges.

Pros

I loved that it was easy for our designer to use, he was able to create beautiful templates that worked well in so many different email clients very easily. It was pretty easy to navigate creating and sending emails, you had a nice simple modern interface that walks you through each step. I liked the ease of use and UX.

Cons

Unfortunately, creating programmatic campaigns to track things and clone them was very difficult. You can't just clone a whole set of steps whenever you create a campaign, you have to create them all individually and reset everything. I am used to programs like Marketo where you can just clone a whole set of values. This makes tracking way easier.

We really liked the ability to easily create landing pages and integrate email and social marketing into them. It is also easy to create and manage lists in the platform.

Cons

There's nothing specific that we disliked, however, there could be more templates and design elements added to the landing page creation portal.

Overall I find value in HS - they have worked out a lot of the feature creep and focus on the main tools that drive success but it can get pricey. A lot of what they offer can be found as separate free tools. Not for small businesses - this is a little too much for those needs.

Pros

Some automations work great - email function, look book tracking, distribution of follow up emails to a a targeted customer segment, and no need to know coding. It takes a little bit but the UI has been getting better and growing its intuitiveness for usability.

Cons

Can be pricey especially if your plan is ruled by the number of leads. If those leads are dead make sure to scrub your database. No A/B testing either unless you go for the pricier plan- this should be an included feature at the low pricing level in my opinion - it would help them drive more client engagement and thus more use and value. Ongoing support is great, but...... its costly

I've been using the Hubspot for almost two years, and I like it a lot. I control the customers, the conversations I had with them, I use the reminder tools a lot, to follow them and I do a lot of reports through the system itself.

Pros

Hubspot is very useful when creating tasks, sub-tasks, reminders and many other things. You can manage all customers, know where action is needed to improve performance. The software makes it possible to do all this because it has many tools. It is possible to follow up with certain customers, with specific reminders. It is possible to make reports, conversion rates. Another very interesting thing is the fact that you can customize the software workspace, creating a fully customized workplace according to the area of ​​operation. I've been using it for almost two years and I like it a lot.

Cons

Some commands, or filters have some flaws at times, which is necessary to load the page again, this is uncomfortable sometimes. The software is not as intuitive, although it is somewhat simple to organize.

My experience with the hubspot is brilliant. Its a good management and marketing tool. Easy management of generated leads. Nice marketing tool.

Pros

The thing i like most about Hub spot is, its ease to integrate the Hub Spot to any website to collect the data to Hub Spot platform. I am a web developer and i am quit impressed the Hub Spot CRM and its easy to user features. Hub spot also provides many functions and plugins to collect the leads and other data to its database. Also, one more feature of Hub spot is its trial version. Which helps users to understand the hub spot.

Cons

I don't think there is any cons of Hub spot. But, as compared to other CRM, its plans are bit costlier but they are worth according to hub spot features.

Pros

I've been using HubSpot for about 3 years now, both on the agency side and the client side. I love how everything is all in one place - publishing tools, social media, ads, email, automation, client segmentation, etc. I also run a site via Wordpress and hate how I have to utilize different products to achieve the same result as HubSpot. I also really enjoy having access to a Customer Success Manager because as a one person marketing team, it's great to have someone to bounce ideas off of. Additionally, I love all of the different integrations that work with HubSpot because it ties everything into one simple platform.

Cons

If you aren't a coder and need to change up a template, it isn't exactly user-friendly. Most of the site is plug-and-play with modules, but sometimes you need to tweak an email template or a page layout, and that isn't always the easiest.

Pros

I recently switched to and I'm so glad I did! It's a great CRM that has helped me manage my leads effectively. The tracking feature is especially helpful as it allows me to keep track of lead activity, create custom lead segments, and analyze lead data.

Cons

I'm really impressed with the features it offers. It's easy to use and has a lot of integrations that make my job easier. The only issue I have is that there are times when I need to integrate with a specific tool or service that isn't currently available. Other than that, it's an amazing product!

Pros

The user interface is easy to navigate and their training is helpful. Support is usually top-notch, as well. HubSpot makes it easy to set-up workflows and lists, create emails, and develop forms . We use a WordPress site and embed HubSpot features with no problems.

Cons

The integration with Salesforce isn't always perfect - using the two together has presented a few headaches. The glitches have been major, but it could be much smoother. The landing page builder is clunky. It's still not drag-and-drop like many other builders out there, which is a little surprising. It's also expensive, and continues to cost more as you generate more contacts (a double-edged sword).

Cons

The Starter version of the Marketing Hub is quite limited and the cost jump between the Starter and Professional is astronomical! This is a great Enterprise solution but I would say is not for SMBs.

We use HubSpot for its marketing/CMS features as well as its CRM features. It does a great job managing everything from one platform and its easy to use.

Pros

HubSpot has a good interface design that is above average. It's easy to manage CMS content and configure workflows for approval and publishing controls. Performance tracking for published content is intuitive in HubSpot and it's easy to make adjustments to campaigns as needed.

Cons

Some of the CRM navigation isn't so intuitive but its still easy enough to find what I'm looking for. We considered adding the service hub feature but it doesn't seem as easy to customize.

Pros

Hubspot truly is an all-in-one platform for marketing. I've been able to use and implement Hubspot at various organizations through my career and it's always been a generally positive experience.

Cons

The biggest con to Hubspot is it's pricing structure. I often find that early stage companies go with Hubspot because it's one of the most popular options, but I've always helped transition startups off of Hubspot when it ultimately becomes too expensive for them.

I really enjoy the website portion of HubSpot. It's easy and conversions easily flow.

Pros

HubSpot is probably the most user-friendly marketing automation software I have used. It's very intuitive and their new chat option for support has come in incredibly helpful when I can't wait 24 hours for an email response or want to call in.

Cons

There are certain glitches I've seen while syncing with Salesforce. We have a very robust Salesforce database with lots of different records and it's hard to separate those types of records into HubSpot.

Pros

HubSpot is the best lead management tool that provides almost all of any company's solutions. The workflow and automatic email marketing services are best. Management of lists and integration with other software is really smooth. This is the best CRM I know.

Cons

There is nothing much that I came across while using the HubSpot tool and its services. There is no drawbacks.

Overall it's a must have even at the free level because it makes life very easy and keeping track of your efforts is effortless. The price points going further up the payment plan ladder are a bit steep but as your business grows and you start making a bit more then they make a lot of sense.

Pros

I firstly like how it integrates with sales and support in the CRM, the snap shot view is also great as you have a birds eye view of your activities. The email feature is also great for tracking sends, opens and click throughs especially when sending documents that reside in the CRM, it kind of takes care of the "I was wondering if you had a chance to look at the document that I sent".

Cons

First time use is not so user-friendly, not the "Hit the ground running" kind of setup, you really have to get to know your way around and the cost for the full access plan is not so kind to the pocket.

HubSpot is an easy to use integrated platform to streamline your marketing, CRM & sales processes. Before our HubSpot adoption about 2 years ago, our site was built with Wordpress & a couple of add-ons, multiple social media channels managed individually, keyword researched with Google, CRM with Zoho, email marketing with MailChimp & a several Excel sheets for reporting. It became a challenge to sustain our talent on multiple platforms, transfer data between these channels, reconcile them and make our decisions more pro-actively. That solution stack just started to give way. HubSpot makes it easy for us to get to know about Inbound Marketing & Sales, their solutions through selected free tools and free trials, their blogs and the fabulous Academy. HubSpot is difficult to ignore when it comes to marketing automation. HubSpot solutions are easy to learn, easy to use and their support crew is very responsive.

Pros

1\. Sufficient features & functions for us to plan, execute and monitor all of our demand & lead gen activities the inbound way 2. Easy to use browser & mobile apps 3. Excellent Academy of training resources 4. Useful content published in their blogs & social media channels 5. Friendly support team

Cons

If you have never used a CRM software, I feel as if its a bit of a learning curve to understand all of what Hubspot is capable of.

Have been using Hubspot for over 2 years. The platform is intuitive and easy to onboard. Previously used Act-On. Main use is lead nurturing and email system and segmenting database. Reporting tools are easy to get to divisional leaders.

Pros

The software is robust for everyday lead nurturing. Forms and Landing Pages are easy to set up and update. Smart Forms allows for deeper information. Exporting lists and setting up multiple criteria for lists is easy for the entire team to learn and implement.

Cons

Learning curve with learning forms and setting up workflows.

I am an inbound marketing exec who uses HubSpot on a daily basis. The company I work for, Strategic IC, is a B2B digital marketing agency that helps clients generate qualified leads via inbound marketing and sales, social media and open source web development. We are a Gold Certified HubSpot partner and therefore also promote the use of HubSpot to our own clients. We use HubSpot to run various different Inbound campaigns, and create lots of landing pages and CTAs through HubSpot. HubSpot is used throughout the whole of the company and is a very easy and intelligent tool to use. We and also our clients that have bought HubSpot have experienced good results from using the tools it provides. HubSpot includes lots of training and certifications so it can be used if you're a beginner and also if you're a really experienced marketer as well. It provides really good resource for teams that want to write content such as blogs, eBooks etc., send out personalised emails and other tasks all on the same user platform. HubSpot is also very helpful with data analysis and measuring all different types of metrics - the dashboard provides good visuals and graphs to help understand progress.

Pros

Online training academy and certifications - Provide step-by-step videos/classes to help you implement what you want to achieve. In depth analytics and data collection. In depth customer timeline that tracks every communication you exchange.

Cons

In order to pass some certifications, you have to submit a practical assessment. This can often take a while to be graded and returned to you. Some modules remain locked until you have received the practicum back, causing delays in getting certified. Add-ons through HubSpot are expensive, some clients do not want to pay out for these extras. Links sometimes break on blog posts.

Pros

Hubspot's email workflows help me automate my reachouts to both leads and customers. The CRM is useful and easy to update. It plugs into the other tools I use. I'm a big fan.

Cons

There's so many features that I'm certain I'm not using the full capabilities of the software. They've got good resources to learn what you need to know, but some of it's not the most intuitive.
