### "Hubspot by far the most complete marketing platform available"

I have been using Hubspot since 2006, ten years, and the company has continually improved their platform with each year. The primary reasons why I use Hubspot is 1) the ease of use in hosting a website, blog, landing pages, emails, and 2) the analytics you get down to the individual which enables a marketer to optimize performance of marketing initiatives. Previously, in order to recreate the same capabilities with wordpress, I would have to assemble a set of tools, all with their own analytics and user models. I truly believe marketer's are more efficient and effective with Hubspot.

Pros

Efficient for marketers, effective for executing marketing campaigns, best analytics to determine which parts of your marketing are working and which ones are not. Capable of performing all digital marketing tasks. It also is very secure and fast platform for website hosting.

Cons

lowest cost useable configuration is ~$450/month - however you come close to that once you assemble point tools to achieve the same capability.

Pros

My favorite feature in hubspot is the prospecting sequences tool. I use this for planning outreach and automating many of the tasks that used to require manual work.

Cons

Integration to our CRM. It is custom and breaks frequently. Not sure that this is a hubspot issue but it’s frustrating.

Overall, we use Hubspot to create landing pages without needing the help of a developer, and to create automatic emails workflows (for example, the onboarding automatic emails that are sent to new users to help them know the app, its features and our company itself). As a sidenote, we are also using the free version of Hubspot CRM to manage our database of influencers and keep track of our exchanges with them.

Pros

Hubspot Marketing Hub offers a series of tools that almost any digital business need, and they're integrated between themselves offering even more features and analytics. Once your developer has it implemented into your website, you won't need her again for the most common marketing tasks. This alone is one of the major benefits of Hubspot, because in your day-to-day operations you want to have as few bottlenecks as possible.

Cons

While the integrations between tools are awesome, I feel that they alone could be better. One example for this is the landing page creator, which really needs a revamp to be fully flexible. On the other hand, Hubspot can be pricey: I'm pretty sure that you can have much cheaper options if you use a competitor's tool for every tool that Hubspot has (but you'll lose the integrations between them)

At my earlier organization, we had migrated from Pardot to HubSpot in 2013, and since then we have seen great transformation in terms of quality of marketing leads. The tool is really easy to use and has tons of nice features. Dashboards are insightful. As we talk, we use Hubspot for forms, landing pages, social media posting, email campaigns and keyword tracking. Everybody says content is the king, and Hubspot is the ideal tool to do content marketing.

Pros

It has so many add-ons which increase its functionality. It helps in creating a personalized and automated marketing campaign. Using this, we can track all the marketing activities and manage all social accounts under one plateform.

Cons

Its professional and enterprise subscription is too costly. Its custom reporting does not respond sometimes. Also, its customer support is poor other than that, it is better than its competitors.

Pros

We love that Hubspot automates our marketing processes and gives us insights into what's working and what's not working! It's easy to set-up and the training and support are second to none. The hype may be about new features like Chatbots but my favourite part of the suite is the CRM. It's a CRM that sales people actually like to use as it makes their lives easier. Which is rare in a CRM

Cons

There's no denying that the full suite is expensive. It's an investment worth making if you're serious about sales and marketing and want to grow. But people shouldn't underestimate that ongoing effort needs to be made to get full value from it.

Overall it was good. I was able to work on multiple social media projects and it helped me to manage them.

Pros

I used this tool after using free trial of some other tool. Yes I can say that the social media mangagement, Post scheduling and tracking was very convenient with this tool.

Cons

I can't complain about the features. The features is as good as other tools but pricing is something that they can think once more.

I have to say that I really enjoy using HubSpot for marketing automation. I’ve been super impressed with the functionality and how much I can do with my email marketing using their software compared to other solutions out there. It’s definitely worth every penny and I look forward to using it more in the future.

Pros

The workflow builder is incredibly easy and is probably one of my favorites out there. If you are someone who has to build a long and complex workflow with lots of triggers, HubSpot is for you. Their email template builder is also great and it gives you a lot of freedom to customize the modules without coding. You do have the option to customize CSS if you like. Also, the dynamic content (or smart content) function in the email editor is awesome. I had to create a series of emails for a client that had anywhere from 4-6 variations with different images and text, and they were super easy to set up within just one email. Additionally, I love how many custom properties you can build. If your business requires a lot, the. HubSpot is perfect.

Cons

As much as I love the template builder, it’s not intuitive and takes some time getting used to. Another thing I found challenging was creating a CTA button. I found it frustrating that when I duplicated an email, the CTA button was still linked to the original email campaign so I had to go through the process of creating a new one. That also took some time getting used to

What hasn’t it go? It integrates so many useful components to make it a breeze to manage customers from first contact to after sales support

Some areas of the software do have complexity that requires workarounds / uploading contact lists with multiple branch contacts nested under one company add complexity.

HubSpot's marketing platform is very robust and contains everything an inbound marketer needs. Every time I speak with their support team, they are friendly and quickly resolve my issue. Since HubSpot is a pay-per-contact platform, the cost can easily increase if your organization is rapidly growing or doesn't keep a clean list of contacts. If your company currently uses a WordPress blog, integrating it with HubSpot is easy, but may result in having to create 301 redirects if the templates don't match up exactly. I recommend, if possible, converting the entire website (including the blog) to HubSpot.

Pros

Aside from the ease of use, the product is continually evolving to meet the needs of current marketing trends. HubSpot requests user feedback on a variety of aspects - from design to feature functionality - to make their product the best. It also integrates well with a variety of other platforms, including WordPress and Salesforce.

Cons

Creating a robust form (that includes more than one email or formatting a multi-check section) is cumbersome, and, in some cases, not possible. If you have more than one HubSpot account, all of the premium features are per user per account, which isn't ideal.

Blogging and landing pages tool is quite impressive.It's easy to build and test personalized landing pages without using much time or without any help from designer.I managed to build great personalized landing pages from the ground up by just using the built-in library of the mobile optimized templates and the results were amazing especially the automatic content change based on who's viewing the page.It makes it easy to optimize for search and relevant publication as far as blogging is concerned.Although the cost is over the moon,the end result is worthy every dime.

Pros

The well designed product is self generated for small business owners with little or no coding ability.Apart from the easy to use touch,it offers online marketing tips for business owners throught their blog equiping them with the necessary knowledge to help in improving their business.The 7 days free trial is quite appeasing considering the amount the consumer has to part with.

Cons

The amount of money that the consumer has to part with is quite alarming.The fact that one has to pay for technical support is not interesting .The cost increases with increase of the contacts or requirements which is kinda upsetting and the worst part is one has to upgrade to a upper level to run A/B testing.

Pros

Very robust in terms of offerings and ability to consolidate marketing efforts. Centralized reporting makes it easy to see, at a glance, the performance of campaigns. Many complex featured available including automated workflows, predictive lead scoring and action tracking.

Cons

Some aspects can be very complex, and to be honest a bit convoluted. Specifically, I had issues with the complexity of the marketing automation system in creating if/then workflows with follow up emails. Tracking per source can be a bit difficult, as some leads slip through the tracking sources. Limitations with design for landing pages and emails.

Pros

The best thing about HubSpot is that you don't need to be a developer to implement the tools. I'm a marketer with limited tech background and was easily able to execute for my business.

Cons

What I wanted was ONE program to manage all the things, and HubSpot does that. However, it's a big expense for a small business... definitely more expensive than all the separate programs I was using when you combine them. But it's more effective than piecing these things together on my own.

We use HubSpot for most of our clients. We heavily rely on the email tracking, sending and analyzing, blog posting, Landing page and CTA creation, and workflow automation. The customer support is amazing and always helpful. I highly recommend this software if you are looking into Inbound marketing and need a powerful tool(s)!

Pros

It is easy to use with a variety of customization. Great analytical reports. Blog and social media posting and reporting Easy to use Landing page and Call-to-Action creation

Cons

Email customization is limited and has presented a lot of problems displaying on mobile. Through many restrictions, not necessarily because of HubSpot, it is hard to make it become exactly what you want.

Pros

Hubspot is easy to navigate and use. It's a great tool for email automation, building out landing pages, scheduling and monitoring social media posts, and maintaining a blog. On top of that they provide great customer service 24/7.

Cons

There are a few features I wish they could add. For example I'd like to be able to a/b test automated emails within a workflow. I'd also like to see more accurate reporting.

The thing about Hubspot is that they put on a really good front. They have sales people that will call you every 2 weeks for years and they send you a ton of content on marketing automation. You look at their website and you think "I really want my business's marketing to be that good!" We were totally duped. We are a small team of 3 people and in looking to purchase Hubspot, we thought it would really amplify our efforts since our team is so small. Instead it has ended up costing us not only the cost of the product (for which we pay around $700/month plus the initial consultation fee of $2,000) but also hundreds of hours of time trying to get it to work for us. They force you to pay $2000 up front for a consultant to work with you (and then don't do anything to ensure you get all of your consulting hours fulfilled). Our consultant consistently missed phone calls that he scheduled. I'd sit on the phone for 15 minutes, he wouldn't dial in, and then I would have to email him to ask about where he was. We complained about that and eventually got assigned a new consultant. He was a bit better (at least he showed up for meetings). I, however, had the mistaken idea that paying $2000 to a company on top of the $700/month would mean that the consultant really cared how much value we were getting from the product. Sadly, in our meetings he really expected me to have the agenda on how to use the software which I'm still insanely unfamiliar with. We are now moving away from them and I have to migrate our blog to a new system. This is just another time consuming task that Hubspot's added to my list. If you are a start up or small team, do not fall for Hubspot's slick sales and marketing. Once you start paying them, you are just a number and they really don't care how much value your company is getting out of it. For us, the money we've spent on Hubspot has been like just funneling funds down a black hole. Wish we could have bought something else with the $12,000 we paid them over the past year. While 10k on software may not seem that much to a larger company, that is a huge sum for us at this stage. We really were not the right fit for the product and it frustrates me to this day how hard a salesperson pushed this product on us ensuring us that it will make a difference for our business. Do not use this or think that it is somehow going to magnify your marketing efforts. It'll just waste your time and money.

It is a great marketing tech (automation product) in our portfolio . We use marketing hub and Sales hub both and really love it .

Cons

it requires lot of initial learning and training to run your marketing campaigns but that is ok.
