Good when we started but the longer we use the more expensive it gets, we are looking into other software like GoHighLevel.

Pros

I like how we can automate our emails using the marketing hub, but, since we downgraded to Started from Professional, we had so much limitation.

Cons

The cost, we had to downgrade from Pro to started because as a Startup company, we can't really afford it.

When i first started I started with Godaddy. NEVER AGAIN! Hubspot reached an insane demographic and its interface is so simple and cut dry. although it can get a little bit pricey with their add ons? it still a much better investment than Godaddy. Their security for risks of Malware, Hacking are on point. you get notifications each time your site is shared and how many people are seeing your site (page) that GoDaddy does not provide. Their customer service team is knowledgeable and quick thinking. if you sign up for a "free" site. you get what you pay for.

Pros

Easiest interface, Reaches more of a dynamic, Customer Service.

Cons

can get a bit pricey if you do all their add ons

We have been using Hubspot for multiple purpose like content management. In order to manage the running campaign, generated leads, leads follow-up. Hubsport is bang on. Recommended for all the companies /professionals who are running digital marketing campaigns.

Cons

For a beginner campaign management and lead monitoring/nurturing can be bit tricky. Hence, UI can be improved further

From what I can recall, off hand, I looked up website global rankings, and I believe that I came across hubspot.com as one of the sites offering some sort of SEO evaluation and ranking for site submissions in their form. I got a great score on my site, so I didn't proceed with any transaction, but I do appreciate that they offer the service, and they provide good content articles on their site as well, about how to get ahead in promoting web sites. I just took a look at the site again, and it looks like it received a new update, if I remember correctly. Perhaps I'll go and check out their services again; they're offering some things for free, I see.

Pros

I appreciated that I came across hubspot online, as a marketing blog article content producer, recently. Then, earlier today, when I was doing more research at my local library here in downtown Los Angeles, CA, I noticed that one of the publishers of one of the books that I picked up happened to be an author or marketing content producer (or something along those lines) from hubspot. It's an inspiring thing to imagine that the marketing professionals from hubspot can back up the web presence marketing and also produce published and cataloged library books for learners.

Cons

I didn't quite get involved with hubspot for this product, particularly, but I would suppose that I had some insight, somewhat, as to how their marketing process and professional capabilities could potentially play out for a marketing needs client. I'm not sure which book it was that the lady was featured on, in the back cover, as one of the authors (or the main author).

The benefits I get from this software are the peaceful feelings of knowing my emails have been opened. I haven't used any other features yet, but hopefully in the future I will.

Pros

What i like most about this software is that I know exactly when my client opens their email. The notifications is an awesome feature! No more worrying if my client received my email.

Cons

There isn't much I like least about this software. The only real downfall if I have to complain is that I have to continue to log in.

Working at a digital marketing agency who are hubspot partners I got the chance to dig deep into the and use its different tools. I liked the simplicity of managing the contacts and segmenting them into static or dynamic lists and then reaching the audience through different types of campaigns

Pros

I live automation in Hubspot. You just need to create a dynamic list and create an automation workflow and let hubspot do the rest of the job. It offers many tools to help you capture the leads, nurture them and convert them into customers

Cons

The chatbot module being part of the service hub is a bit disappointing. I believe that having the full chatbot functionality within the Marketing hub is very important as the chatbot can be a great tool to convert more customers

Setting up is tough but once you ace it, you will love the software

Pros

The dashboards are amazing. You can have a clear view of your ROI. You can create different reports and track them with ease. Creating landing page and integrating it with different forms is very easy. Also you can run targeted campaigns.

Cons

Intial set up is very tough. Setting the process right is also not a cake walk. Hubspot charges extra to get the training to set up your hubspot account and customer service is not good.

The most important about Hubspot is the great quantity of tools and features that you can find in this software. They are really easy to use and the Look and Feel is excellent

Cons

In order to use the software sometimes you will need a trainning cause there are so many tools and anyone could make a mistake. Also, the monthly price is very high compare to other products.

I've been using page builder for a while now, and it has made creating landing pages much easier than ever before. This is a powerful tool for making landing pages, and I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good landing page tool.

Pros

I am not an expert to the world of website related stuff. I needed something that would make it easy for me to create landing pages to offer some free eBook downloads to students. I loved how easy it was to create the page, and how I could customize it to fit my unique brand. It is easy to use, and I like how I can see how the page looks on different devices. I am so grateful for this tool, and it has helped me make an impact in my business.

Cons

I don't think it has anything that I don't like. Everything is very useful.

When my company first started using the tools there was a big jump in leads. Since I have used it there has been steady growth! It a great tool to use to not only grow your business but to learn about marketing strategy and grow your own skills using these tools. HubSpot does a great job educating their customers on the tools they use via blog posts and videos. The breadth of information in invaluable to my business!

Pros

HubSpot has designed a tool(s) that is easy to use and very intuitive. Everything is in one spot which streamlines work flow. From social media marketing to creating a solid landing page the tool really does it all. The tools I use the most are the email and landing page automation tools. Email: easy to use without knowing one line of code. You can create simple follow up emails or create a complex journey. Bonus - the visual work flow makes creating a complex journey that much easier. Landing Page: LIFE CHANGER! A well designed landing page helps improve important KPIs that move users lower in the conversion funnel and mitigate drop off. The landing page tool allows you to create a page that is responsive on many device types, customize forms, images and copy seamlessly. Need to know which landing page works the best? They have a dashboard that will tell you. Want to A/B test - they got it. My dev team loves me now that I don't have to pester them with landing page tasks. :)

Cons

Price! If you can't afford a pretty hefty price tag there are other options but to my company it is worth it to have everything in one spot. Yearly subscriptions.

I have been on Hubspot since the Foxboro days (2005). It was my first exposure to any marketing platform. Since, I have created a many sites on Hubspot. At my current company we do all things Hubspot; marketing, sales, client services, you name it! Since implementing "All Things Hubspot" my company has grown 30% year over year. Thanks Hubspot for contributing to my success. I can't imagine marketing without you.

Pros

Hubspot is very user friendly and intuitive. I love the fact that it continues to evolve as marketing evolves. It helps me stay up to date with best practices.

Cons

There isn't much I don't like about Hubspot. I have only had a few instances where something breaks due to an update but that it is definitely not as bad as other platforms (Salesforce).

Easy to use and get team on-board. Because of extraordinary results and ease of use, I always get management's buy in to implement new features.

It was a great option to try but at the end we switched to another internal tool, away from the agency that worked with us. We may give it a chance in the future again.

Pros

It is complete and high quality, including all features needed for a 360 marketing campaign.

Cons

It may be expensive and require effort to setup and configure. Usually you will have an agency or similar Hubspot partner helping you set it up or doing training.

Pros

HubSpot's marketing automation platform is incredible for setting up and managing campaigns. It's easy to build emails and analyze the results, as well as segment lists down to very targeted sectors. The workflow tool is very easy to use and the visual representation is very helpful for someone who had no experience in this prior to using HubSpot.

Cons

The reporting platform could be more cohesive, but there have been updates since we have been using the platform and more are being pushed through all the time. I would love to see a tie-in for Google Analytics, since we use that platform quite heavily.

Pros

I like that all marketing and sales information is housed in one site and easy to find and/or navigate. Templates are easy to set up and edit as well.

Cons

I believe it would be nice to be able to change the type of email or way the email is originally set up rather than having to "clone" the email to change from workflow email to non-workflow email, etc.

Overall, is a good application. Forms are easy to design and embed in website pages. It can replace a couple of marketing tools easily. It's also easy to set up email sequences.

Pros

We use Hubspot's marketing platform to manage ADs on Linkedin & Facebook. We also use forms extensively to capture leads.

Cons

Initial setup takes some time but once it is done, everything works well. Landing pages can be improved further.

I am starting marketing, and on the personal side, my blog. It helps grow when i can keep people interested, automated email, capturing said email when they hit the site, Facebook ad management, that ask helps. They have everything i need to grow my audiences.

Pros

Until I clicked into a blog post. After i read it, I looked around, and kept looking... And looking...... I just fired up my latest blog, and this is everything you could want to make it work. I'm still learning all the ways to use all of the amazing features, and that's on the free plan! Once i can swing it, I'm upgrading. And i never upgrade. Ever. They have it all, hosting, WP integrations, WP importing, automation, email marketing, I could go on. It is so awesome that you can start for free with all they give you, so it takes the pressure off of learning the ropes. I thank them profusely.

Cons

It can be a bit overwhelming at first, if I had been fresh to any of this, I'm sure it could have scared me off, but they have a help article for everything. I really have nothing to complain about at all

Simple. Free. They not only let you start for free, they give you a bunch of stuff free forever. None of the others do that . Not to this extent for sure. No free trial, just free.

Hubspot is more than just a great sales and marketing software platform, it's a solution surrounded by the greatest knowledge sales and marketing hub (Hubspot Academy) and by the smartest and most helpful implementation, account manager, and support people in the business. Implementing Hubspot was the One-Two Punch our business needed. It aligned our sales and marketing efforts and delivers detailed sales and marketing metrics. We now have the needed information to manage the growth and success of our business thanks to Hubspot.

Pros

Ease of use. Sales and Marketing teams won't adopt a new platform that is difficult to use or adds more time to their day. Thankfully, Hubspot is so much easier to use than our prior CRM and Marketing tools our teams were excited to switch.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but to implement a quality CRM and Marketing solution it takes time. Thankfully, Hubspot is there to help you along at every step of the journey. Make the most out of your time with the Hubspot team by implementing action items between calls - not during. As we discussed inbound strategies with Brittany, our dedicated Implementation Specialist at Hubspot, we made a point to put those items into action before the next scheduled phone call. This not only allowed us to review and tweak our own strategies, rather than discuss the specifics of general implementation, but we ended up with more time to discuss strategy and big-picture initiatives.
